My husband goes to Lansing Cardiovascular and they always take good care of him. They make sure they check him on a regular basis. It give me great peace of mind knowing that they are tracking his health as closely as they do. I know he is in good hands. He is very comfortable with the people and knows they are taking good care of him.

The doctors and service was great, however I will never go to this office ever again.I called billing on 5/8 to pay my balance of $146.25, which I paid in full. Nine days later, I get another bill for $176.39. When I called their office on 5/23 to find out why I have another charge since I had no recent visits, they now tell me I owe $233.37!!!They claim they were late billing me for insurance purposes. Three different and higher balances within a span of two weeks. I will never go to this office again for any reason. Period.

I bring my mom to Lansing cardiovascular a few times a year. They are respectful and thorough every single time. Fantastic staff.

Have gone to Dr. Choo for years. Have had great care. Never feel rushed when I have questions. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Great doctor and staff.

I never get to see a physician anymore. The past 2 visits that I have had scheduled were with a physician, yet after I am put in a room, I am told that one of the mid levels will be in to see me. I expressed this concern when I checked out, but the receptionist just said the docs are usually here in the late afternoons if you want to see them. I tried to explain to her that I do not mind seeing a mid level, but when I specifically schedule with a physician, and that is what you write on my card and tell me in my reminder call that is who I am going to see, then I expect to see that person. I really liked the docs that I did get the chance to meet, but I will not return since I am pretty sure that I will never get the opportunity to see them again.Also, there is always a new person working the desk when I come in. Can they not keep staff??

Ive believe they are a great team and I would recommend for any cardio issues. Awesome job!!!

Dr. Eugene Choo and the medical staff at Lansing cardio vascular offices are absolutely awesome. I had a massive heart attack in 2009. My heart was mush and veins and arteries too small for by pass surgery. Dr Choo seriously saved my life. They have done everything they can to keep me alive. Took extra special care of me. They really care about their patients. I owe them so much. Here it is 10 years later and I am still thriving. Thank you to Dr. Choo and everyone in his offices. I would and have recommended dr Choo to others.

The staff was GREATI would HIGHLY recommend going there for both the Ugent Care and Heart Care. They gave me EXCELLENT care

Do not waste your time going here. Drive the extra mile and to somewhere else. Waited 3 hours for 2 stiches and got and Bill for 400.00 after the initial 125.00 at the door. Was not told about additional balance until I received the bill in the mail. On top of everything the stiches fell out on day 2. I could of did a better job myself

I’m always completely satisfied with every visit. Professional, informative, friendly, they demonstrate that they truly care.
