I have previously spent $ thousands of dollars with our family of 5 here over the years. Had ordered a set of prescription sunglasses by Timberland and had a issue with them back in October of 2020. They did give me a entire new pair and fixed problem. So 4 months go by and the brand new pair are doing exact same thing, the rubber pieces on nose and ear are falling off and tearing. Since under new ownership was TOLD they will not cover and to just purchase a new $360 pair of sunglasses after a new eye exam of course...

I have been working with Gerald at this location and can honestly say I have never had any problems whatsoever. Gerald is the best and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

My father who is an elderly man had an appointment and he was treated disrespectfully because he couldnt remember when and what surgery he had. I believe Wal-Mart has better costumer service. After this, will make sure he never is treated there again!

I never actually made it in for an appointment. I called to set up an appointment and was treated rudely. Gerald answered very nicely until I asked to make an appointment. Then he told me he was too busy and asked me to call back in 15 minutes. Needless to say I never called back.

At first, I was reluctant and cautious to go to Meijer for eye glasses, fearing that I would receive cut rate service and products. However, after discussing my needs with Christina and seeing her attention to detail, I moved forward and ordered a pair of glasses. Now I am completely happy I went there. The care and expertise I received from her, as well as buying first class optics makes me confident to recommend their service and products to others. I couldnt be happier!

Great service and amazing prices. I really like Dr. Pancy, she takes the time to explain everything she is doing and make sure things work for you.

They have a good selection and the employees are helpful but their doctor, Dr. Pancy is a joke. Not only does she act rude with some of her patients, myself included, she sat there and treated me like I was stupid and didnt know what I was talking about when it came to MY eyes. Since she is a doctor I felt like I could trust her with the end results of my exam when she said my prescription needed to be changed, and she winded up completely ruining my prescription. Which now means I wasted that $55 for her exam and wasted some of the money I spent on purchasing my new glasses. Not to mention the wasted time on having to wait for an incorrect prescription to come back from the lab.
