Ive been coming here for 11 years. The staff at GRO are very friendly and more importantly, very professional and knowledgeable. They were noticeably very organized, and the waiting time was close to nothing. The optometrist, Dr. DeKuiper was friendly and thorough enough to want to ask for him specifically next time that I need to come in. You wont be disappointed, I promise!

Dr. De Kuiper is obviously a top guy and with an extremely thorough exam, he knows how to communicate. His knowledge and experience is immediately evident and as a result, comforting. There is no push to spend on lenses or frames here, unless necessary; he presents straight facts and recommendations, and options. After my 30 years of going to eye clinics, this one is, by far, the best. We are fortunate the GRO has a very nice branch here in Holland.

I have been seeing Dr. DeKuiper for over 30 years. I like his calm manner and the clear way he explains what the results of each test mean. He also tells me what could be signs of future problems. Since members of my family have glaucoma, my annual visit with Dr. DeKuiper contributes to my peace of mind.
