You can’t get a hold of anyone there or make an appointment and the lady who picks up can’t help and she hung up on me and does not bother to help make an appointment. The lady that picks up the phone transfers you to a switch board that is not clear what number you are suppose to pick then you push a number and it says their not available and hangs up on you... very poor management the number you call should be a number that you can schedule your appointment with and they should train their office staff better so they have knowledge to help people that call in.If the first phone call you make can’t even be managed properly and I would hate to see how the doctor manages things.

Such an amazing service from the entire team! After my first visit to my OB, Dr. Ahn, he made an immediate introduction to Maribel Ramos, who was my Pampered Pregnancy Coach. Maribel provided excellent service, was always available and tentative to my personal needs - from private tours outside the schedule since my husband and I have hectic schedules and couldnt make the group ones, to assistance with my insurance, connecting me to everyone I needed in the hospital prior to my delivery so I could be relaxed in advance about the billing and documentations they needed, and even handling everything with 3rd parties such as breast pump suppliers etc.All the classes are provided for free - birthing class, Lamaze, Breastfeeding, handling a newborn and even CPR. All my friends paid a fortune for these classes, which were super valuable to us as new parents. We highly recommend using their services!
