The dentist is very well educated and knows what he’s doing which is why he may seem a little nonchalant. My wisdom teeth removal went very smooth, he’s quick, and efficient. The nurses are amazing! Very caring and sweet. They made me feel very comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Dr Clayton and his staff are top notch in all aspects. Always professional. In less than 30 min our sons wisdom teeth were out with no issues. We couldnt ask for it to have gone any better. I highly recommend.

I had 3 of my wisdom teeth removed. I was not prepped about the procedure. I walk into a room w needles and tools on 2 trays, I’m obviously nervous. I lay down and she straps my legs down; after I start asking questions and express my concerns did they tell my they strapped my legs down. They asked if I was allergic to anything and I told them. They then joked when I told them the side effects the certain medicine gives me. They did not tell me when I was going to sleep. All I know is they are laughing at me and putting a needle in my arm and then I wake up at home. I found out that they told my partner that I was crazy , yes , “crazy” in quotations. They would not give me my teeth as I asked for them several times and my partner told them as well. Actually a parent was there asking for her sons teeth as well. Rude and very unprofessional. I will never recommend them to anyone and I will neverrrrrrr go here again. These are the only people who take my insurance in the area. I rather pay full cost than to deal w these people ever again !!

Dr. Clayton is very good at what he does! He removed my wisdom teeth last week, minimal pain and quick recovery! Highly recommend!

At FIRST, I thought this was a highly professional place and the STAFF SEEMED TO be well EDUCATED; hence the reason I initially chose it.Im very particular about who I deal with in regards to medical staff and their education, especially when it comes to my children.So anyway, I brought my daughter there to get all 4 wisdom teeth pulled; excellent job, I was impressed, no problems.The SECOND time around, wow...just WOW!It was like a 360 degree turn, with regard to the professionalism.The DOCTOR was RIDICULOUSLY RUDE AND MEAN, as was the staff, not to menton the lack of ORGANIZATION. IT WAS AND AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!Not only did it take FOREVER to get a CONSULT, they NEVER even FOLLOWED UP to SCHEDULE the PROCEDURE!!What the staff there didnt realize is that I actually CALLED OUR INSURANCE, only to DISCOVER my son and I HAD BEEN APPROVED!!!YALLLL, this was WELL INTO 3 MONTHS, AFTER THE FIRST INITIAL CONSULT!So I called the staff over there at COASTAL ORAL, and they ACTUALLY said that NOT ONLY dont they have the APPROVAL of our INSURANCE, but were not EVEN IN THEYRE SYSTEM!!!! WHAAAAAT!???In the meantime, my son and I are in absolute AGONY, and Im starting to get an infection.
