I hate eye doctors. Always blowing air in my eye and making me blind for the day. Not here! They have a great machine that makes it where I don’t have to get dilated and didn’t blow air in my eyes. The glasses women are well dressed and clearly have style. Aly helped me and she was more then great.

Called to set up new patient appointments and Ms Amber was absolutely gracious and kind with her patience while I fumbled around trying to figure out our vision insurance. I recently booked an appointment with low country eye care after I recieved a text. Amber worked with me making sure I had an appointment that fit within my schedule. She was very attentive and helped make sure I had my insurance up to date and after realizing I signed in under name nickname instead of my birth name, the process was completed. I probably should have led with that. We had a good laugh and completed my booking. This was a great experience.Update:I recently went to my appointment. I met Amber in person and thank her for her help. Jillian took care of my preliminary exam. She was so fun and made my experience very comfortable and pleasant. After I finished my exam, Sarah helped me pick out a pair of glasses. There was no pressure . She took her time with me and explained all my options. Everyone was great at explaining exactly what they were doing and the results.I definitely recommend coming here for all your eye care needs.

I came to compare prices between online retailers and low country eye care. Aly was beyond amazing and helpful. She showed me many different options and styles to match my personality. It is often easier to go through online means but you miss the customer care portion of the process and it is because of amazing employees like aly herself that I decided against other means and went with low county eye care. If it werent for aly and her knowledge and helpful demeanor I wouldnt have decided to shop in store. As soon as I walked in the door I was helped by Amber. She was very kind and helped me with my paperwork when I messed it up. Very understanding and helpful. After my exam Aly was able to help me with frames. She went over what would be included in the cost by breaking it down and explaining everything. They were the nicest people I have ever met at an eye doctor before. And of course Dr. Brown was just as nice and polite when she talked about my results. I will definitely be coming back here in the future and telling everyone what a fun and nice practice this is.

I had the best Optometry visit of my life today at Low Country Eye Care in Hinesville. The facility is very nice, and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Hannah was my eye technician and took the time to listen and document my concerns, but she also worked efficiently and quickly to help my appointment fit into my busy work day. Hannah and Dr. Jennifer (sorry, I forgot her last name) made my experience excellent, and I am so thankful to have finally found a local place for my eye needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Brown, for a few years and love the atmosphere here. They all do a great job at keeping their facility clean and well organized. Friendly staff from beginning to end. Amber, was also helpful when checking out with questions I had, and gave me free samples of blink moisturizing drops and a coupon. She was friendly and uplifted my spirit. I definitely recommend this place.

I moved to the Hinesville area in 2017 and have been going to Low Country Eye care for a few years now for regular eye exams. It’s always a good experience, and the staff is extremely helpful! I took my daughter today for some concerns with floaters, and everyone was so thorough and helpful! Dr. Hendrix was awesome, and I could tell he cared about making sure he checked everything possible with my girl. Hannah helped with taking the pictures of her eyes, and did the dilation drops and was SO caring and sweet. She even went out of her way to talk to Dr. H after we left and call us back to assure us that everything was okay. 10000000% recommend them. It was a scary appointment, but they did everything to make us feel comfortable.I forgot to mention that they also got us in on extremely short notice. I called at 9:30 (when they opened) and we were being seen by 10:15. They care about their patients.

A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE! A visit for vision care ranks right up there with a visit for dental care...dont like it at all. But, the service made up for my bias. Dr. Hendrix was very thorough and took his time to explain every step of my exam and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood. I felt valued as a patient. The ladies up front just took things over the top. Jillian, Sarah, and Katrina were patient with me as I searched for just the right frames. All three were pleasant, professional, and caring. I will travel miles to get great service. This time it was in my own back yard.

I’m literally only giving a three because of Miss Hannah who give my 3 year old her eye exam. She went above and beyond to make her comfortable and excited about the appointment. The whole mood changed when the doctor walked in though, she wasn’t very warm nor did she have any patience for my daughter and even got annoyed because she wouldn’t look straight and tossed her tool across the room onto her desk. Then we were going to try on some glasses and that whole situation was very cold also. Hannah you’re amazing at what you do and we thank you!

My 87 year old mother is a very independent person and was excited when she was able to walk in to book her appointment. She said the young lady who helped her get on the schedule was “extremely pleasant and had beautiful hair.” She will not. And I repeat NOT stop talking about how excited she is to pick out glasses with whoever Aly is.
