This was my first time at this place. From making an appointment, waiting, eye exam, and the final talk about my lens was an easy experience. The staff is very friendly as well. Jam Hunt was great, friendly and the best part was that she did not force me into any kind of packages that normally other places would do. She kept it simple when I told her that it came to just wanting my price low and answered my questions. Jam hunt made my experience comfortable and she’s funny. The staff was good as well. Avoid at all costs. JAM the manager is extremely unprofessional and rude! We brought the entire family there for glasses and they were really helpful initially however once my glasses came in with a defect (missed cut) an extra line on the right lens they acted like you are an inconvenience if you have an issue once they bill the insurance and get the co-payment. It took two weeks to get the remade pair of glasses and within 24 hours I had to return because the right lens is loose and creaky. Unfortunately you they have offshored customer service and it is extremely difficult to get through to the actual local store. Then when you go into the store the optician is always late even when you have an appointment. Unfortunately you are stuck with the commissioned sales people who don’t care. The manager JAM told me that she had to take care of the other customers first! The overall product quality is poor!!!!! Also, she upcharged me an additional $98 dollars for a higher level progressive lens then I needed because the standard progressive was covered by my vision plan!!They are a total ripoff!!!!

Jam Hunt is awesome! Eureka is awesome too! They were both very helpful and made sure I understood everything and helped pick out some nice frames. I will tell others to come here... customer service is A+!

Eureka was very informative and helpful from the moment I walked inside the store. The woman at the front desk was training but still very attentive and friendly. The environment was very welcoming. I give eye lab 3 out of 5 stars solely because of the discomfort my mother felt during her eye exam. It was done virtually and I understand completely the need for virtual appointments at this point in time but the doctor had a very thick accent and it was hard for me to understand him and my mother , who is hard of hearing, was very uncomfortable and hated the exam. It also did not help that the tech before the exam was in training and had my 71 year old mother in a physical position for the duration of her pre- diagnostics exam and was very disconnected from the one person in the room she needed to make comfortable I had to get up and place my hand on my mother to comfort her and relax her so she could complete that part. However, the rest of the staff could not be more warm and welcoming if they tried. They were amazing and very knowledgeable. They were respectful and considerate of my mother and I could not be more pleased with them. So pandemics and new employee awkwardness aside, I think they deserve 5 stars assuming everyone is as great as they were. Cost wise my mom got 2 pairs of glasses for less $$ than the single pair I bought her 2 years ago. I never complain about saving money.😊 The website was also very useful. I was able to book the appointment online without any issues and my mother was able to pick out her frames ahead of time . I did not order them there because I wanted her to try them on first but I did take a screenshot and the girls grabbed them and did their thing and we were set. We ended up not using my mothers insurance because it was cheaper not to. I do recommend that you call and confirm your insurance because those change often everywhere.

I’ve been wearing contacts/glasses for almost 30 years and this is the best experience Ive ever had. Jam went above and beyond for me. I can not recommend this place enough. If you’re in need of contacts, glasses, and new prescription, do NOT hesitate. Go make your appointment.

To make a long story short..My eye exam was done virtually and no one went over my exam with me. I was asked to pick out some glasses so I did. I also wanted some contacts as well but was curious about the colored contacts. A rep showed me different colors and she told me it was more expensive than the clear , I went with the color (6 months worth).I came in a few days later to pick up the contacts and I asked a different clerk about my exam. I wanted to know if my astigmatism was gone because I was told a few years ago, I wouldn’t be able to get colored contacts if I still had astigmatism. The rep told me, the colored contacts is basically for fashion and what I needed for my astigmatism doesn’t come with colored contacts. She said “you’ll be better off wearing your glasses.”I put the contacts in and I couldn’t see at all. I called the customer service number to explain my situation and the rep set up an appointment for me to go back in to exchange the colored contacts in for some clear ones. The rep also mentioned if there was a price difference (which there was ) I would get a refund...When I arrived , I found out I wouldn’t be getting any money back even though the colored contacts were way more expensive. However, she was able to order me some clear ones. I would like some of my money back. I will not recommend this place nor will I be back.

Eureka was nice. But I was made to believe that the sunglasses i gave them to get new lenses was going to be returned to me as sunglasses not regular glasses. The lady at the front was not very helpful and basically made it seem like it was my fault even though I confirmed with the other lady that I was getting sunglasses back.

It says something when I go out my way to rate a place.Long story short service was terrible, unprofessional and incredibly rude staff. This was first time I’ve ever had to redo an exam because my prescription was off. Paid for a years worth of contacts and they counted the ones that were incorrect as a part of the package. Second pair was better but not perfect. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend.
