Ive been dealing with medical issues and pain for over two years with no answers or help from any of my doctors. I looked at the reviews on this place and I really wasn’t sure if I wanted to go after all I’ve been through. I’m very glad that I went and I’m so confused on why the reviews are so bad. There’s always away at a doctors office so that wasn’t a big deal it was much shorter than most of the ones I’ve been in. The doctor was amazing and he immediately gave me hope I lost a long time ago due to this pandemic. He helped me explain the things we were going to do and was so very kind and considerate. The nurses were so sweet and I had no issue with the receptionist. This is by far the best gynecologist I’ve ever been too. They should really be getting more credit. From someone who suffers from social anxiety this place made me the most comfortable I’ve ever been. 😊

I can’t be the only one going threw this with them. So I leave the doctors office thinking my medicine should Be called in. In like a hour. I call CVS nothing yet. one hour turns into a all day thing just to get ONE medication called. Smh so I need a refill now and I’m going threw the same thing as last time. I shouldn’t have to do all this.

My wife goes to this clinic and although the staff has been pleasant, it is inconvenient as a stay at home mother to not be able to bring our daughter to the visits. The front desk lady didnt even allow me or my daughter to sit in on an ultrasound for our second childs gender reveal. This is suppose to be an exciting time in our life that the office is stripping us from. The reason for her being stay at home is because we dont trust anybody to look after our child. Me as the sole provider will be at work during business hours and we work with one car. Other peoples children should not be a punishment for everybody. Very inconvenient.

Dr. Borquay is a good doctor . After an appointment I almost passed out on his table. So they checked my blood pressure and gave me juice. He would not let me leave until I was ready. Told me that I need to follow up with my PCP and if I couldnt get an appt call him and he will see me. They were very helpful.

Terrible front office staff. Very unprofessional. You can actually hear them talk about people while in the waiting room. Wait time is way over an hour. I wish Id chosen another office to go to. Dr. Borque is the only professional one there other than his ultrasound tech, the other white lady & the lady who do your blood work. The chicks in the front office makes him look bad! Attitude both on the phone & in person. Dr. Patricia Moore acts like shes better than the patients as if she doesnt want to even touch them. Sometimes she acts like shes annoyed if you have a question or concern. She kinda breeze past it. The visit only last from 3-5 minutes but you wait hours....over booked! Do better.

Horrible first impression! Not at all impressed with the staff/management! I get a phone call from one of the staff trying to get me to make an appointment and she asked for my personal information and I said I didnt feel comfortable giving that over the phone and she responded well do you want the appointment or not, we need it to verify insurance. No thanks.

I did have a complaint posted on here but I do have to say they called after seeing the complaint and they addressed every problem, so they do care, and seem to want to continue to become better. Ive had an appointment since then and the people I interacted with were very nice, I think they have a new area cause I remember going in the beginning of the year and the office looking a bit different so Im sure thats am adjustment for them.

At first it was a good place. The staff were completely friendly. They took all my information down over the phone. I lost my medical card before my first appointment but they needed a photo copy of it for some reason. Even though they had the numbers I gave them over the phone. This is when all my experiences went down hill. Well they wanted me to get blood work which I agreed they told me it was going to be 75$ if my insurance didn’t cover it. I got the bill in the mail and it was 800$. I was completely floored if I knew the test was that much I would have opted out. Then as my pregnancy went further in I was scheduled for an ultrasound. Which was at 2pm I believe one I showed up on time and no one I mean not a single rep or nurse or tech was there until around 3pm to almost 4. Which I had to be at work at 4. Then it took the tech a lot of time to find the baby’s organs and guess on the sex. There was no definite on gender. Well as time went further in I got sent to high risk in Savannah for more test bloodwork and ultrasound. My baby was small and the rest of the test were normal. The doctor at high risk asked me if I knew why I was here I said no. And that was a no cause the doctor at this clinic and their staff didn’t tell me anything. It was fluid in the kidneys already been through it before with my six year old I wasn’t too worried about but apparently the clinic thought I was going freak out so they had high risk tell me instead about a week after. I was pretty pissed at that point. Well after that I had to go to hinesville for 3 days straight for steroid injections but also had to go to Savannah for ultrasounds. Eventually all these visits affected my job which resulted me in letting my babysitter go because I could no longer afford the trips going both ways and the sitter. With no help from assistance I had to cut certain things out of my life and at home. That’s move forward a couple of weeks because of the stress and what not I found out I was low on aminotic fluids which the doctors in Savannah wanted me to stay so I did for day and a half. Six bags of IV fluid later I left because of my son and not being able to afford my bills, childcare, and my house while I was in the hospital. After that. I felt sick so I went back to the hospital they pumped me with three more IV Fluid and were surprised that my fluid went up to about 7 but they were happy. They sent me home with instructions. And told me to follow with the hinesville obgyn. Well this where my visit went from good to bad in a hour. I was originally there for a glucose test which caused me to get severely ill which never happens. And when the doctor came in I call him by his first name Seth B. Came in flipping the hell out about leaving. And yelled at me about the baby dying. I tired to explain to him that it was difficult to travel in between here and high risk and I can’t afford much cause of it. To him he didn’t seem to care. He didn’t seem to care about my son either. Oh by the way if you don’t have a sitter or someone on stand by you will not be allowed to have your child at the clinic whatsoever hell I wasn’t allowed to play on my phone during the ultrasound let alone record my own baby moving like the clinics I used to go to. After the condescending conversation and him acting out I left and told them I will not be coming back. The high risk hospital was so kind to me and took me in for the remainder of my pregnancy. Which I can tell you took be about five times to call to get my records sent over to high risk. No one should ever get yelled at for doing what they believe is right let alone told what to do with their own children. It’s ridiculous. I felt uncomfortable and angry. Plus the added stress no thank you I will go elsewhere to deliver and have my future baby at.So those that go here suggestion switch while you can save yourself from stress and being talked down to.If I could give them a zero I would in a heart beat

I would have recommended this practice to any one and every one when it was Dr. Borquaye, and Dr. Sifford. Together they were a pretty good team. Very professional and caring. Always addressed my concerns and needs as a patient. Now that Sifford is gone and Moore is practicing I barely want to even go to my appointments. She seems very uncaring and doesnt seem to even want to be at the appointment herself. By no means would I ever suggest a single person to pursue the care of this place. There have been many times throughout this pregnancy that things showed up in testing as an issue, or during and ultrasound and I was not made aware of it until weeks later, which I find to be very unprofessional and borderline malpractice. It is very disappointing that such a wonderful practice is being run down. Cannot wait to deliver and finish all post delivery appointments. I am never coming back!

I went in for my annual pap test with Dr. Moore. She was quite rude, before, during, and after the exam. I can deal with her rudeness, but not the pain she inflicted during the exam, the way she callously continued the exam after I told her it hurt and my back completely arched off the table from the pain, nor can I deal with her lack of explanation for WHY she didnt stop. The only positive thing about this visit was the nurse who was in the room comforted me afterwards. I will never visit this practice again, and will NOT recommend it to family or friends.

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been to. The doctor was rude and failed to communicate anything. The staff upfront is also very rude, and completely unorganized. I would rather drive an hour to go see a different doctor, rather than going back there.

The doctor is nice enough but the waiting times are ridiculous. Ive had scheduled appointments where Ive been in the waiting room for 1 and a half to 2+ hours before being called back, sometimes even for vitals. I called to get my postpartum appointment earlier due to some complications and was basically told no that I couldnt, that I would have to wait until 6 weeks and then was hung up on.

I just called today to make a new patient appt. (I delivered 8 weeks ago in Savannah with Perinatology and can no longer be followed by them because they only see high risk pregnancies). When I called Comprehensive, right off the bat, the lady answering the phone was rude. I explained to them the reason for coming and told her I had an 8 week old baby who is exclusively breastfeeding. After having to give all mine and my husbands personal info via phone she told me my appt time and then a quick no children allowed. I asked about my 8 week old infant and she continued to tell me not even infants (even though mine soley relies on me for food.... We do not bottle feed). I asked to speak the office manager and was put on hold, just for the same rude lady to get back on the phone and tell me if I had to bring my infant then I would be pushed back on my appt date! I ended up canceling my appt due to all of this! Terrible!!!
