Dr Moore is very concerned about whats going on with her Patients. Shes very professional and considered. Very nice staff, Im very happy with her Practice.

I really liked this place the nurse was so nice to me. The place is super clean and everyone was wearing a mask. Loved it. They have a lab in there and they do all kinds of test. Its awesome.

First off let me say say Dr. Moore is a great physician. Any issues I have had with Dr. Moores office & staff were resolved expediently. They are all very friendly & professional.

This facility is the worst OBGYN in hinesville. I previous seen this provider in the past. I was satisfy with her service. When she relocated, everything changed. I was never told, the facility no longer accept my government employee insurance. Mind you, I was asked by the receptionist about my insurance carrier prior to scheduling my appointment. At no time did, the receptionist notified me, that she no longer accepted my insurance. I felt the holding back of information to the patient was DIRTY. I was left with a bill of out of network. $300 plus. Next, I received a call, by the receptionist that I had abnormal lab results. This I asked to get a copy because I am not paying out of packet/network, again. I will schedule with someone in my network. I was told. They dont give out copies abnormal lab results. I remind the receptionist that HIPAA covers the patient and they are entitle to all labs (Normal or Abnormal). I was brushed off. Thus, it is either pay out of packet, their way or lose your patient entitled health care rights. So people BEWARE if you visit this facility

Dr. Moore and her staff are amazing. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and she is always on time, everytime. She is professional, honest, and extremelythorough. I would hands down recommend her practice to anyone looking for an amazing OBGYN.
