I had two awesome masseuse..they had totally different touches but both helped me during my healing process. The staff was always super nice and we shared some good laughs. If I had one critique it would be to get the rugs cleaned in each room, the rooms are very well decorated and relaxing and the dirty rugs are eye sores. Ill be back however because the service is A+++

Rebecca did a fantastic job. Ive been here twice, once for a Swedish massage and this time for the cupping massage. She explained what she was going to do, how it would feel and asked if I was having any trouble with anything in particular and made sure to focus on eliminating some of those issues through reflexology while the cups were in place. She was very personable and I enjoyed the experience! Very relaxing atmosphere inside the salon as well :)

Kayla was amazing! I got my first Brazilian with her and she made me very comfortable and talked me through everything she was doing. Would definitely recommend her! She was very professional and a sweetheart who helped ease my nerves.

Christina did a fabulous job. During service she pointed a possible concern to discuss w dermatologist. The facility is very clean, calm and 5 stars all the way around.

Angela was amazing! Staff was very knowledgable and kind, made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on every step of my facial so I wasnt lost. She even touches base after a couple days to make sure that no negative reactions occur!

My first time here and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, it was a GREAT experience. Kayla B. Was absolutely the definition of amazing! She uses a wax that is for sensitive skin so it’s not nearly as painful or hot as normal wax is. I got a Brazilian and she took her time, made me comfortable, and got in every nook and cranny okay!! Kayla B has a loyal client!

My father and I were taken back 10 minutes late and waited un the room another 8 minutes ... we were on time and completed paperwork prior to appointment however that 18 minutes was not extended on our massages. After a 9 hour roasting from h3ll we had been looking forward to it. This was my dads first time getting a professional massage and he was looking forward to it. The massage therapists were friendly and the check-in personnel were lovely (M.T rough we were super sore the next day) but the 90 min massage I paid for ended up being 72 minutes and that is not okay. For that reason I will not be returning. I was okay with them running behind or moving slower in the south but to not add the time back in when we were there on time, I was not okay with that.

Great experience. Teresa did an awesome job on the 90 min deep tissue massage. Id definitely come back everytime Im in town. Overall, a nice place near Ft. Stewart for a great massage.

I got my first Brazilian wax in here, they all are so nice and friendly, and also they did a really good job. Everything was on time!. When I was getting the wax wasn’t uncomfortable or awkward cuz the girl that does wax is really nice.

My husband loved this place took him here on his birthday. And this was his very first massage experience. The owner she is especially nice. And very informative. She was a joy to have. And she really walked us through the whole experience. Will come back again!!!!

My friend Teena surprised me with a birthday spa treatment ( January 28, 2018) and it was my first time. Ms. Sheela is super nice and personable. I only wish she would have massage a little my aggressive? Im not familiar with the different techniques to each massage type, if there is a such thing but she was a little delicate than Id hoped for. Whatever new products they used for the facials had my face on fire! Ms. Sheela said, she normally didnt do the facials so shed ask someone more experienced on why my skin reacted that way or I could be allergic ( my opinion )I am now here January 29, 2018 with my mother in law and the older lady at the front desk is also sweet and open to answering questions with a smile. The young lady standing also at the desk, not so much. I had to ask if she was having a bad day because Im huge on service with a smile. She didnt seem friendly at all. When I think of a spa I think of smiling faces and welcoming personalities especially, when someone is spending their monies at ones place of business. I would definitely come again but probably wouldnt get another facial.

My massage and facial was more than i expected. The staff were EXTREMELY welcoming and they treated me like royalty. My favorite part wouldve had to be the sauna and the fact that i could be pampered on a Sunday afternoon made it even better. I had an amazing time and i strongly recommend to try it at least once. I had the Swedish Package and it was cheap and worth more I loved it

Everyone was warm and welcoming from the phone call to schedule to the day of the appointment. They were very attentive and did not make us feel rushed. We enjoyed the hand parafin, sauna with cider and hour long Swedish massage. I purchased a gift for my husband right after so he could enjoy some relaxation time as well.

I received a gift certificate for a hair wash, cut, and style from a doctor I work for. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly and polite. Dana (cosmetologist) went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. She really took her time and shared several style ideas and hair care tips with me. After the wash and cut, she styled my curly first, then straight (I have very long, thick, naturally curly hair, but I like to wear it straight). I have received the most compliments on my hair since my appointment with Dana! This was the first time in four years that I was off work and didn’t have my husband or kids with me, so it was a wonderful treat! I would definitely recommend The Salon at Hinesville Day Spa to anyone!

Calm great massagers comforting. On the hair side best hairdresser Sandy shes fabulous she gives you what you want,but if she doesnt think it will work for ya..shell tell ya honest reasonable prices they always offer glass of wine or water. Very tasteful

Today, I had a 60 minute session. Sheila did an awesome job. She applied the right amount pressure and the tension melted away. Tomorrow, I will be signing up for an annual membership. I realize that I need this at least once a month.

If I could give a no star review I would. It must have been Erickas first day alive cause I have had better massages from my six year old daughter. Horrible technique, no rhythm has no idea how to get a knot out. Cant speak for the rest of the providers but stay away from ericka.

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible experience from the salon. The lady had absolutely no experience with color and my hair didnt even turn out the color I wanted. I have had my hair colored many times and every time I get what I wanted this is the first time where someone had no clue how to do it and was absolutely rude. She complained about what I wanted the whole time like she didnt want to do it. I dont know how the spa side is but I hope that they are a lot nicer to their client. Do not, I repeat do not go to the salon.

Will never go there again at circular bruise on right back shoulder. Answer the tissue nowhere near.

This was the softest massage Ive ever received, It felt like I was getting rubbed down, kinda annoying actually, Ive received plenty massage here before and never this experience, and to top it off, before the massage even began we were made to feel like we would be rushed because we were running behind when our appointment was booked for 2:45. We were told by the masseuse that they would do what they could.

My neck and shoulders were very tight and extreme pain. I went the Hinesville Day Spa after my seeing me in such pain called them and made me a appointment. The best experience....They cared about were the pain was and focused on that are and I walked out of there felling no pain, I went back the next week and again great experience.
