If youre looking to get child support, this is most definitely not the place to go for it. I dont know if its a case of bad attitude, dont want to work, or the obvious. My childs father is in another state, and theyre acting like its so difficult to have him served, then I was told I make enough to take care of my child. No medical, no dental, nothing, because they refuse to do anything extra for him to pay. It doesnt matter how much I make, I didnt make the child by myself. Save your time!!!

They real good when I come to taking your money I received custody of my son for about six months now and been fighting to stop my child support payments I just stop it in January of 2021 but have not received any refund of the money I have paid out. My other party on the case havent received nothing since August I paid over 600 a month that four month that is sitting in their office and all they tell me is wait another 30 days it is an outraged that they can do this with no repercussions

The people that work there are as helpful as they can be. But I live in another state. You have to pay a rediculus fee for paying online. I cant just come on over to make a payment and you can make a payment over the phone. Georgia need to get with the times. Its almost 2020. Georgia is very good at treating good fathers like dead beat fathers. This state caters to women.

Helpful with helping out on important documentation and collecting child support.

Awful attitude of Mrs Jessica Patterson- totally a disrespectful lady who seems that enjoy wasting time and give you the run around. Should be replaced for someone that actually wants to work with the public to better guide them thru the process.

By far the worst agency. The women or shall I say girls are very rude, immature and arrogant. There needs to be some type of recertifications and better training. The customer service is horrible they lose documents and then blame the customer as well as not record in the system visits or conversations. I will not settle and will press the issue until there is change with the customer service. Regardless if it’s the mother, father whomever, EVERYONE deserves and needs respect. We are all suppose to be adults. If you are reading this and your service were horrible please FILE COMPLAINTS. Situations and behaviors as such will keep occurring due to their comfortability if there isn’t a paper trail.

They did a horrible job for my daughter & her 4 kids. The so called attorney provided for kids, paid for by our tax dollars didnt talk to her & sold out to other attorney over needs of CHILDREN. So I would suggest you hire an attorney yourself dont depend on good service from these Attorneys.

This office is terrible. My daughter took off work last week to turn in child support paperwork on the absent father. She had already completed everything she could online to initiate the process. So she goes to the Hinesville office with the paperwork last week and they tell her before they can process the paperwork that she has to go back and go to different places in other counties to get miscellaneous other paperwork. ( Keep in mind she lives in another county about 30 miles away and Hinesville Child Support Office never answers their phone. If they did answer the phone these unnecessary wasted trips could be avoided as well as my daughter having to unnecessarily take off two days of work so far just to find out again this week after another wasted trip that they only accept the child support paperwork during certain hours on certain days ! )So when she was there this week with all paperwork they requested of her they tell her shell have to come back during certain hours on a certain day. ( Instead of taking her paperwork and beginning the process when she was there with everything they requested ) Now she will have to miss work a third day.These days we pay taxes for people to not answer phones and not give out pertinent information to avoid these wasteful trips by parents trying to get support from the absentparents for their children.Its a shame that nothing has changed from many years ago when the same things were happening to another woman I personally took to this office to turn in paperwork for child support. Answering the phone would avoid so many issues.
