While the wait was long, the staff was really sweet. This location does NOT do stat labs and that was unfortunate. Labs that take other locations 4 hours take this location 2 business days

Absolutely terrible place. Not only is the one dope that’s working extremely rude and hostile, we’ve been waiting 5 days for a simple blood result for my wife’s pregnancy. These tests are extremely critical and these muppets can’t even get them done within a timeframe that every other testing facility on Earth can. My only advice is to close up shop, let the miserable person working there go back to the McDonald’s drive thru were she belongs and let someone with an IQ over 50 open a proper testing facility that can actually do the simple job that it requires. I wouldn’t return to this place if my literal life depended on it.

Consistently poor experience here. Quest gets a star for having an employee there but that’s it. Appointment times aren’t met and 1 employee can’t handle it all. Will use a different provider from here on out

Horrible! Rude staff, just sitting behind the desk around the corner with a full waiting room. They wouldn’t even come to the desk, but rather hollered from the back. I am an ER nurse, and this place is a disgrace to healthcare. They need to do better, and definitely work on their customer service skills.

I wish I had read these reviews !I had a horrible experience with the rudest staff - ever !My insurance was refused because she said it didn’t exist - it does !I was charged out of pocket and now I can’t find my sons blood results and there is no one to callTo find out where they are !

Terrible place I had an appointment, I went to my appointment on time and it turned out the Building was closed and they were moving and I Was never told. Very disappointed didnt even bother telling me.
