I have been to this lab several times, and each time I have had an excellent experience. On 9-17-20, at just before 4:00, I was greeted by an incredibly kind woman in the reception area. I dont know her name, however, she was a woman of color, and she was immensely pleasant and kind. She was special and wonderful. Next, Cathy drew my blood, and she was fabulous. I didnt even feel it. Even though it was almost closing time, I was greeted and given service with patience and kindness by the beautifully trained and incredibly welcoming staff. I highly recommend this excellent lab. Thank you.
The ladies here were super nice and friendly. They got me in and out in a timely manner and several others that checked in that day also commented on how nice they were. Was a really nice experience. Thank you!
Lisa and Cathy are the BEST. Cathy is a great stick aka blood taker. I did not feel a thing, and it was over before I knew it. Lisa is very welcoming and has a great personality/ presence! Got me in quick, and were very accommodating too! Go see them!
Superb customer service. The front desk lady was gracious, friendly and asked if I needed help at the self help kiosk. The Met Tech, from NJ, was very personable and approachable, very humane in her work. I was not scheduled, got there in and out in 10 minutes. Very efficient. I had waited 45 minutes at a previous competing location.
Very fast service. Ladies were nice and I barely had any pain with blood being drawn. Excellent!!!
The receptionist was very friendly. She offered to help me, as well as everyone who entered after I entered. The service was prompt & the tech who drew my blood was both pleasant & efficient. Overall a very positive experience!
I have been trying to call the local LabCorp office on Hilton Head Island, SC to see if they have the bloodwork request from my doc. I was told they would call me but I haven’t heard anything. Since I began trying to reach the HIlton Head LabCorp, all I get is a recorded message. When I select the option to leave a voicemail, I’m told that the voicemail box is full. This has been the case since I began trying to reach them more than 1 week ago. If they never answer the phone nor check their full voice mailbox, they should just disconnect their landline!
Another cluster here at Labcorp. Still waiting to get in. Always a disorganized mess here even with an appointment
Nancy Nancy Nancy, you my dear are an awful awful person, you made my wife cry when it didnt have to be this difficult. I wish rude people like you are vetted out of all medical professions. You and all rude boorish people could just fall through a crack in the earth and disappear. You have NO BUSINESS being in a profession that begs for compassion for your fellow man. You are a heartless soulless individual.
This location is very disorganized even with a self-checkin kiosk. There is a very rude receptionist who will talk about you behind your back, which is extremely unprofessional. When I addressed her about it, she defended herself by cutting me off and not hearing what I had to say. There was a patient who check in after me and was seen before me. The same receptionist couldnt remember that I didnt have paperwork, so I had to go back up to the counter several times. Its so much more that I want to say, but to make a long story short, please go to the Port Royal or Bluffton location or risk dealing with an ill-mannered, temperamental receptionist.
Mean/rude/pushy. Ungrateful for the good jobs theyve been blessed with.
The tall lady with blonde hair was very rude. She had a very nasty attitude because I made an appt at 1245 to have a drug screen done, which was interfering with her break time. It’s not my fault y’all office and online appointment system is not on the same page.
