She gave tons of helpful information about the having healthy skin and what products and daily habits would benefit me to have fresher looking and healthy skin.Can’t wait to return for another facial😁

Jennifer was amazing!!! Not only was she super informative, she made me feel like she really cared about my skin journey. She had some great recommendations to improve my skin and her consultations helped us both see what results I was aiming for long term. She is very educated in her craft and I can tell she is also very passionate in trying to help people. Trust the process and you will love the results from the facial! I had a chemical peel and I looked a bit crazy for a few days but after a week to a week and a half, my skin looks so much better. My skin was becoming very clogged and I was developing hormonal acne that kept layering on and she was able to help me get it under control. I will absolutely be coming back and wish I had found her sooner.

Jennifer provides the type of service that I’ve always dreamed of. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes her time while still keeping things moving quickly, delivers results (I’ve had the collagen induction twice and the liquid peel once- each time with better results) , and most importantly (IMO) she is so warm and makes you feel so cared for, comfortable and heard. I love the full mind, body, soul vibe she brings to her practice. I always leave her office feeling a bit brighter on the inside and out!

Never ended up getting my facial because I couldnt even get inside the shady looking building in the first place! I rang the buzzer, called and texted as instructed with no answer so I left. Then, the next day I got an e-mail from them saying they hoped I enjoyed my experience -- are you stupid or something??? Stay away from a building where youre supposed to get a facial but offers flu shots at the same time, just horrible.

Very relaxing and clean. I like how she got straight to business and didnt have me sitting around waiting for too long (Im a mom of 3 young kids, including a baby so Im busy). Note: dont get the groupon unless youre a new customer!

Jen was very kind and very knowledgeable but this experience was nothing like I expected. I understand there is a difference between med spa and day spa but there was absolutely NO massage or relaxation built into what was supposed to be a “90 minute” facial. I read on here that most people at least had their hands massaged but I received nothing at all. Even including the testing they do and explanation of your results the whole process was only 70 minutes which I found disappointing and misguiding to what I paid for. If you are looking for a massage and relaxation make sure you go to a day spa. Not a med spa. They also had me reschedule my appointment time twice which was inconvenient and frustrating. I wish that I could receive a refund for this.

Jen is extremely knowledgeable and works collaboratively with clients on providing the best, individualized skincare treatment. I received collegen induction therapy from her a month ago and I cant wait for my second round. She also gives recommendations to other affordable and local skincare services that offer other treatments for skin that she does not provide (e.g., laser). All for an outstanding price and high caliber quality. You cant beat it anywhere else.

I always look forward to my appointments, the experience is relaxing and I have seen great results. I have acne prone skin, and nothing I have tried in the past has worked as well as the tailored treatments I have received at Rose Hill. I would absolutely recommend!

My neck and wrist were breaking out as I work in an environment that is very rough on skin. After just one treatment with Rose Hill Wellness I had instant results. The rash and itch had faded before I was out of the parking lot. After just a couple of days of using the product she recommended, it was gone!

I have gotten 3 or 4 facials now from Jen and I have had some really incredible results. I have always had rather oily skin and when it became dry in patches I didnt know what to do about it. Jen diagnosed the problem and reccomended doing a peel and microdermabrasion, which I had never considered doing before. Along with the reccomended skincare products I have seen a huge difference in my skin. highly reccomend!!!

I visited RHW today. I expected a 90 mins relaxation facial along with derma and peel (as mentioned on the website). Peeling and derma were really good and these were explained very well to me. However, there was no relaxation facial and I was done in an hour. When I filled the paperwork I did opt for deep massage but I did not get it at all (I did get a massage on my arms though which was good). I dont usually write negative reviews but I really expected it to be a relaxing experience so couldnt help. For me, it was just the derma and peel with no facial. Nonetheless place is tidy and Jennifer is very friendly.
