Love bringing my kiddo here because Ivan always trims him up real nice. Never disappoints. But I have it the 4 star because rarely you try a new person like my husband did (which gives major anxiety) and the couldnt do a fade so they messed up his hair... It will grow back though... Overall very good experience.

Selene definitely took care of my hair. Loved how she explained everything as she went. I had some stubborn orange in my hair and she did a great job getting rid of it. Also super friendly and all though she stayed 2 hrs past close time, her demeanor never changed. Great ppl. Definitely recommend her!

Ive pretty much been coming here for like 8 years! Wait time depends on what days you go but if you pick a good time to go youll be fine and they are good at cutting hair! Also bring my two sons and they do fine!

Ive gone a couple times for myself and my children some of the hairdresser are great others still need practice or need to stick to what theyre best at. I asked for a simple hairdo for a wedding the end result was something I could have done myself and at home. I took my daughter for a trim the hairdresser left the ends all choppy. Its pricey but if yougo with the good ones like the owners the price is very well worth it. Wish I knew the names so you know who to go and not go to. Just say you want your hair done by the owners.

So this problem happened a few months ago but here it is. My husband and I had a bad experience with this place because we had asked for a certain hair cut for my husband and they did something totally different. Once I asked to fix it to how I wanted it they did, but ended up charging us double for fixing their mistake, that THEY did!! Just a suggestion for the future, when people ask you to do a certain style of hair cut, you should probably do what the customer wants not what you want!!! Never again have I returned!

I like it but I dont. They are so busy sometimes that you have to wait close to an hour to get your hair cut. Most of the hairdressers are very nice and know how to cut hair while the newbies are just no good. I got my hair cut from someone new a couple months ago and someone else had to re-do my haircut because it turned out so uneven.

This was a terrible experience and will NEVER go there again. We usually go elsewhere but they were closed and my son needed a haircut pretty badly so we stopped by. First of all, it was pretty dirty inside. The girl who cut my sons hair started by buzzing his head and leaving the top long and spiking it up...ok so far, except she told him that he was ready and that his hair was staying that way. This caused him to start bawling. Due to him crying so much, he started shaking so she then told him that if he didnt stop moving his hair was going to look ugly, this only made him start crying again after he was calming down. She then asked me to hold his head because it was late, they were closing and she wanted to go home. OMG seriously? How completely unprofessional! Never have I ever had a hairdresser be so bad as this lady. PLEASE do not take your kids here! There are other cheaper and nicer places in the city.

Very annoyed with the stylists, she clarified that there are not all of them who are very good at their work but there are others who are very incompetent very bad experience with the girl who had to cut my sons hair I would like to have her name to ask them not to wear her children with her on 09/17/18 my daughter took my son to have his hair cut she gave me my son with a cut on his forehead and the girl did not even deign to notify my daughter of the accident they only put him talcum powder and a band-aid at home was that we realized it had been a large cut.
