Don’t let the look of the salon fool you. There IS talent behind those doors. Susana transformed my hair. ✨check out the before and after pictures. I went in there petrified of what I would look like after all was said and done, but my worries were put to rest after I saw my beautiful transformation. Please note, the workers all mainly speak Spanish but they do speak hair. Give it a shot. 😏

I am so disappointed. I don’t tend to leave bad reviews anywhere however in this situation I will since I wouldn’t want anyone to go thru a hard time. I went in for a trim with “Jessy” and he messed up my hair badly. He leff my hair so uneven there was no way to hide it. Once I pulled my hair to the front I realized one side was shorter than the other. I called and he answered I explained what happened and he said there was no way & that it’s not supposed to be even since he did “layers”. I’ve gotten layers before and there’s no way on earth that my previous hair stylist would let me walk out like that. Also, when he was styling my hair he did not even take the time to fully dry my hair before straightening and I could hear my hair breaking. Now my hair is damaged and I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Unfortunately I had to go shorter since he messed it up so bad.

About a month ago I went with Cristina to get my hair lighter. Biggest mistake of my life. She over processed my hair. She didn’t even mention anything to me until I got home. At the time of my appointment she also booked another appointment so she was busy with both our appointment. My hair is damaged. I don’t recommend her. Also being a store manager customer service is my main goal and when a walk in comes in the salon the owner including all the other stylists ignore the customer until they say something. If you don’t want to make money then why have a Salon!??? Their customer service sucks!!!

I used them a few years ago for hair and makeup. Believe her name was myra. She was super friendly but she did a horrible job. My hair looked pretty except for all the loose hairs. Also makeup was patchy and had dry spots around my mouth and under eyes. I asked for a cat eye and got something worse. I had to go home and redo my whole makeup. I would post pictures of how awful it looked but im too embarrassed. Never coming back here again.Ase años me maquillaron y me peinaron. El peinado estava bonito pero tenia pelos sueltos por donde quiera y mi maquillaje se mirava orrible. Creo la persona que me atendio se llamava myra. Jamas rregresare a este lugar. Tengo fotos de mi maquillaje ese dia pero me dio tanta verguensa que mejor me lo quite y me maquille yo sola.

Christina is the best! Gentlemen, her cutes ate precise, and a neck shave and temple area... make an appointment and be treated like a king! All for under 20.00, but leave a generous tip. She has honed her craft and is amazing! Love you Christina!

Ive been coming to this salon for about 15+? years or so and brought my kids here for their first haircuts since 10 years ago... so for a very long time! They always do a great job and remember us whenever we go. No other place can cut my hair as nicely so I love it here.

Awesome team great people. Marisela is normally my hair styles she is great at what she does very professional!! Will not go anywhere els for a hair cutt.

They gave me the cut that I wanted, but they werent as friendly as I expected. They did a job well done, but was not impressed with there customer service. It could be that they were slightly busy and will give them another chance for my next cut. The price wasnt cheap, but not super expensive either.

Marisela took the time to make it just right. She made sure to ask me how I felt about it at every step. I also really enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the salon.

I love my haircut!! Not sure of the name of the stylist but he is amazing so far he has cut my daughters hair & today mine. I took a picture and wanted long layers . I was nervous because last time several years ago someone messed my hair up when I wanted layers 🌟 I will go back all the time for touch ups!! Thank you guys!

I wouldn’t recommend this place the lady who cut my hair did a horrible job! She is the lady who has brown short hair she’s a big lady ! I told her to cut my hair like Khloe Kardashian (lob hair cut) and I showed her a picture and that lady made me look like fkn Peter Pan. Now I have to grow out my hair which sucks . I hate this place.

Really bad coordination with walk in people they need a writing list for walk in people that way they dont get confused who get there first and whos next.

It used to be a good place but not any more ( I would drive an hour to get my hair done there ) dont know what happened but service is just terrible maybe is time for Patty to retire or at least let someone younger be in charge

I got here now I made an appointment at 4:00 obviously they are busy I had to go back to my work I came back at 5:25 they told me to wait, suddenly Gaby tells me that if you have a car, it will be clear to her that she told me come out to my car. The appointment was not with her I think she does not know what customer service is

I liked how they cut my hair. Cristina does an excellent job very professional. It was the first time I went and I really recommend the girl who cut my hair.
