Dr Potts was very professional and kind. After the exam Nancy helped my husband and I find glasses that suited our face. The lobby was busy but she did a great job taking care of everyone quickly. We cant wait to pick up our glasses

My husband and i have had our eye exams here and had a great experience, but it wasn’t until i brought my 89 year old mother in that i realized just how great they are! They were kind and friendly but also very professional. Dr. Fromm is thorough and so good at his job. My mom could hear and understand him. That’s a big thing! He referred us to another Dr. who could remove her cataracts. I was so happy with the way my mother was treated!

I love having Dr. Fromm as my eye doctor. He Is very thorough and knowledgeable. His office staff are friendly, and they are very happy to help with selecting frames. He was really incredible when my husband had an unusual condition with his eyes, and he quickly got my husband in and referred him to an excellent ophthalmologist. I highly recommend Dr. Fromm and his practice

Dr. Potts is very caring and careful. He does a thorough job and never pressures you to buy glasses from them or get glases before you need them. (They do have a great line of glasses though.)

Dr. Potts is always really great! He’s very friendly and I feel he does a really good job! He always explains things really well! This last appointment he review the pictures they took of my eyes with me so if there was anything he saw he could show me right there!The office workers are ways really nice too.

State of the art facility. I have optic nerve damage so I’m very choosy when it comes to my eye doctor.

My family has always had an excellent experience here. They are quick and timely with their patients. They are always kind and willing to help. They are great with children, and they truly take the time to ask questions and get a feel for issues you may have with your eyes. Likewise, they sale their own glasses in house. There are tons of options at decent prices. Even if you don’t want any of their glasses, they are always happy to point you in the right direction.

Ive been going to the Timpanogos Vision Center for years and theyve always been courteous, professional and very helpful.

Dr. Fromm was professional, skilled, and very kind helping a friend with dementia through an eye exam and choosing glasses. The staff was so friendly and efficient as well. Our large family has received excellent service from both the Highland and Pleasant Grove offices for over 12 years with eye exams, contacts and glasses as well as compassionate and timely help with several emergencies: lost glasses, eye infections, etc. We really appreciate Dr. Fromm and Dr. Potts and the opticians at Timpanogos Vision!

They squeezed me in which I really appreciated and everything was great until I was charged for a contact fitting fee on top of my regular lens exam. All the Dr. did was ask if I liked my current contact lenses and he said great lets stick with that.

Both my wife and I recently visited Dr. Potts for the first time. We are both extremely pleased with the great care we received. We both got an eye check up and new gas permiable contacts. He took the time to answer all our questions and to review our retinal scans with us and to discuss our options. I decided to get bifocal contacts and they work great!

Always honest alway a great experience. Even when I wanted new glasses they suggested mine were fine. They don’t just want your money. They want your business.

I can’t say enough good things about this office! This was my first visit to an eye doctor and I was really nervous. Lindsey took great care of me and was so knowledgeable about the machines they were using and what specific things they looked for. Dr. Potts was very patient and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed. He explained all my options and then Lindsey helped me pick out frames. I left there feeling like I would definitely go back, and if my children ever need vision correction, this is where I will take them too!

They charged a hefty contact lens fitting fee without explaining that they would. I didnt need them to show us how to put contacts in, been doing it for years!Got my daughter glasses because she was squinting and struggling to see the board at school. The prescription came back much weaker than I expected and they said nope, it is accurate. Got the glasses and wearing her new glasses she failed an eye exam at school a month later. We didnt get the results of the school exam for a bit and then timpanogos eye said it was beyond 60 days and they wouldnt fix their mistake of giving her the wrong prescription.

They are very professional and work with you to get your vision right. Highly recommend them.

They do an excellent job, and I use them for my LASIK pre and post op appointments.

Had the same doctor for 10+ years until I called to schedule an appointment with my new insurance. I typically pay a lot out of pocket for eye care and its never been a problem in the past. And even though my insurance says that Dr. Potts and Dr. Fromm are both in network - they wouldnt schedule an appointment for me. I was put on hold and then when the receptionist got back on the line with me, she abruptly told me that they dont accept my insurance and they wouldnt schedule an appointment for me. Then she hung up on me. No offer to let me pay out of pocket or anything. Maybe they should let my insurance know that dont want to be in network anymore.

The Dr was on time for the appointment, was very thorough, the staff is friendly, and the office has a nice atmosphere. I will definitely work with them again.
