Worse experience ever! They are under staff but booking more patients than they can handle. I Walked in and there was no receptionist in the front desk. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for assistance. When I was taken to the back, I was seated on the dental chair for more than 20 minutes before a dental assistant evaluated me. I then noticed that the office was backed up with patients. The dentist approached me quickly without providing a consultation and said my insurance denied a deep cleaning. When I returned home I called my insurance carrier and they confirmed that I was eligible for the benefit. The dental provider is more concern with booking more appointments to bill insurance companies for reimbursement, versus providing quality treatment and services.

I normally hate going to the dentist, I always get a bad experience but when I went to this dentistry, it was far from what I had experienced before! Dr. C was very kind to me and knowledgeable and put me at ease before and during the whole procedure. She is the best dentist I could have ever hoped for! I will certainly be going back there from now on!

Highland Village Dentistry has always been a plesant experience. I dont like going to the dentist, but the staff has always been helpful and kind during my time there.

I got my bad teeth pulled here and then got dentures on both top and bottom and absolutely loved them .. now im back for a new pair and cant wait to see if i love them just as much!! I have never had a bad experience here they are very nice and after 5 yrs still remembered who i was ...highly recommend her!

I recently had a visit to get three root canals done, personally I hate the dentist but I can honestly say that it didn’t hurt getting everything done she went above and beyond any dentist Iv even been to, other dentist wanted to take my teeth out but she was able to keep mine. She’s so kind and polite definitely would recommend going

I bring my two kids here 6,14dentist is very good with kids and also patient. I recommend this place ,just make sure youake a appointment ahead of time

Love this office! Clean and up-to date office with personal TV for every patient. My child watched Sesame Street while Dr. C. worked on her. Very friendly staff and doctor who explained all my options clearly without pressuring me into expensive dentistry.

I have been coming to see this dentist since 2013 and shes very sweet and gets the job done just right.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! DR Chandra Chockalingam did a horrible job!! Worst experience ever . Because of her my wisdom tooth is half way out , I keep bleeding, and I am in horrible pain. I came in to get my wisdom tooth pulled out (which she failed to do so), she numbed me and I kept telling her it hurts and I can feel the pain still!! Then she said a joke and said “ Really!??? did that piercing you have hurt you?” She is so unprofessional. So she kept numbing me she looks at the x-rays and says that tooth is too close to my bone you might need to go to an Oral Surgeon. When she had ALREADY STARTED THE JOB HALF WAY. If she knew that from the beginning IDK WHY SHE RISKED IT ON TRYING TO PULL MY TOOTH OUT. She tried for like 30 mins. My jaw was in so much pain. So she just gave up took off her gloves then went to the next patient she didn’t even say anything to me or prescribed me medication! They didn’t even clean me up I had blood all over my face! THEYRE SO DIRTY!!!

****DO NOT GO HERE***My Boyfriend (who is so nice too nice) had dentures made in July2017. It is Oct2017. It took forever to get them. When He got them they were TOO BIG.DID NOT FIT. He went back within the week after he got them. They told him he had to pay 600.00 for relining. What??? Are you kidding me. He cant even eat with the dentures. I called to talk to Dr Chandra (the dentist) and she hung up in my face. Which was rude and unprofessional. I will definitely make a complaint with Calif Board of Dentistry, MediCal,Better Business, City Hall/Chamber of Commerce and consult with Lawyers if she do not correct His Dentures fast. They are already paid for. LOUSY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I wdnt recommend for my worst enemy. Im telling you DONT DO IT!!!!

Do not come here!!! Worst place, I took my 15 year old daughter for teeth cleaning and when we left she was crying from the pain she cause her and her gums bleeding. They took almost 2 hours to see her. Worst dentist ever.

Came here to get my teeth checked only to have a chipped filling and none of my other cavity filled because they had a lot of appointments it is unsanitary and uncomfortable, my dentist also talked about marijuana and other inappropriate comments like making fun of my teeth do not come here if u care for your mouth
