I had to share my experience with everyone out there like me. I’ve had extremely traumatic dental experiences in my past. I mean shaking, crying, blood pressure raising experiences. I’m 27 years old and I’m in tears every time I lay in a dental chair. Not a single positive or even semi-ok experience until now. The staff at Highland Dental offered me water, a stress ball, helped me practice my breathing, even offered a change in music to help relax me. Dr Sah and her assistant did such an amazing job communicating with me throughout the procedure, making sure I was comfortable and at ease. My procedure involved my roots which we all know can be grueling. I did not feel a single ounce of pain and they constantly checked in just in case. When it was over I was actually in shock. I was anticipating every next step to start to feel painful and never did. No surprises. I could tell they were very invested in making sure not only my procedure was a success, but that my perspective on my dental care was changed. Mission accomplished. I’m so happy I finally found my dental care home. I encourage everyone else to come here and feel the sense of relief I now feel. Thank you Dr Sah and team.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Ive had some traumatizing experiences at the big dental places growing up, but the staff at this office actually have me looking forward to every visit. Im never in any pain or discomfort and the results of my crowns and fillings have been superb! Very happy I came here. Its been a while since Ive seen the dentist because of the same reason everyone else has, too scared to. Had a broken molar that needed to be fixed and they helped me right away, they make it super comfortable for you. They asked me if I wanted them to change the music while I was waiting which by the way, everything is super close. Didnt have to go to seperate rooms for xrays its in the same room they do all your other work in. Pretty neat for these covid days. Also the assistants had every answer to every question I had, very happy with that. They really make it so that youre comfortable, I hate needles and they gave me a tip to help ease my nerves when getting numbed up. If youre scared of the dentist just give this place a try Im sure youll leave as happy as I did. Came in sad because of a broken tooth and left 100% happier because of how awesome this place is.

Everybody here was awesome. My main dentist now. Had horrible tooth pain and they fixed me right up. Super friendly and supportive through everything. Dr.Lim and his staff are awesome

Since visit one. The staff as always been accommodating, friendly and has general concern for your health and well being.New implemented changes of taking your temp prior to being let in. Staff has ramped up safety precautions for the patients and themselves. And has fully abided by the rules and regulations on whats required.I have to fully applaud them all. Its not an easy job wearing extra layers of PPE. And still retain a sense of taking care of the patient to the fullest.In layman terms. You could never find a better practise to take care of you and your families dental needs.

I have only had positive experiences at Dental Arts and I have been coming here for years! The staff is friendly and welcoming every time, even if I am calling to tell them that I am running late! While working on my teeth, they always explain the process and why they are doing things (including the cool, new technology they use), which I really appreciate. Whether it is helping me resolve an issue with my insurance or asking me about my vacation, the staff of Dental Arts always knows how to make you feel like you are surrounded by friends while doing great work on your teeth! I highly recommend them!

Johanna took care of me following Dr. Onodera . It was my first time at the dentist in awhile and I was researching new places . Let me say, I had one of the best experiences here . The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The dentist office is very overwhelming for me but they did amazing to make me feel relaxed. I got my appointment the same day I called in . I would highly recommend this place !

I am so glad I found this dental office! The staff is so friendly and informative. The office is very clean and welcoming. Johanna, the RDA, was awesome! She took time to get to know me more than just about my teeth. I saw Dr. Sabate and he was great! He made me feel very comfortable and like I actually mattered. All in all I will definitely be returning in the future. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an attentive dentist who will put the patient first.

My experience was extremely professional. The work was done quickly and the hygenist continuously made sure that I was comfortable and that all of my concerns were met. I highly recommend Highland Dental Arts.On my second visit, cavities were filled and a crown was replaced quickly in a pleasant atmosphere. The dentist continuously monitored my comfort and pain levels, then checked later in the evening to make sure that I was doing well. What a great place!

This was our first visit to HDA and involved only an exam and consultation. Wed been with another very fine dentist for many years, but a change of insurance caused us to look for another one. We were impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, and thoroughness of Dr. Sabaté and his staff. I feel confident that we made the right choice. We look forward to our future visits--and maybe well just pop in to say hello and enjoy a cup of coffee, as we were invited to do.

Great staff and great service. These dentists are masters at explaining all the options that a patient has whether it is with treatments, billing, and hygiene. I have been going to dentists for over 65 years and these folks are the best and most personable dental people on the planet.

They make you feel comfortable about going to the dentist. They really get the job done ( example: when they clean your teeth, they dont just polish your teeth, and send you on your way, they really clean your teeth).

The treatment I received from Bev was excellent. I has disappointed to learn that my dentist will only be there 5- 1/2 a month. I want a dentist not a group of dentists. Since Dr Moe has retired it is difficult to be followed by one dentist and not a group of dentists.

Excellent. I was so fretting over having a molar pulled but the experience was atraumatic in every way...even afterwards. My daughter Theresa was amazed when I arrived home looking and feeling great after getting my prescription, some groceries and having an ice cream cone! No after pain or discomfort whatsoever!

I love Highland Dental! By far my favorite dental office - from great dentists to super friendly hygenists and welcoming office staff, Highland Dental has always left me feeling well taken care of. Ive had fillings done by both Dr. Sabate and Dr. Onodera, and theyve both done an amazing job. Previous offices Ive been to have always seemed to try and talk me into things I dont really need in order to rack up a bigger bill, but the dentists at Highland Dental have always clearly had my best interests in mind. I had been looking for a place to treat a very painful cavity. My father recomended I go see Dr. Alex Onodera because he knows her mother through years of business and networking as he is a business owner in Yucaipa. As a teenager I had cancer and this family showed their support and love, so naturally, I wanted to show support back! I expected treatment in some reasonably timely manner, but my dad had notified them ahead of my initial call, so they were willing to see me the moment of my call! It was a tremendous relief!! Moreover, I was treated so kindly, like family. They put love into their work. The visit was short and effective. No long waiting time in between procedures. I had a cavity drilled and cleaned out. A filling will cover the treated area until I return to finalise the root canal procedure. During the process Dr. Onodera was sensitive to my responce to pain and made sure I was comfortable, even turning netflix on for me while she worked! I was too interested in the reflection of her craft to pay any mind to the movie she so kindly willed to find me, Chappaquiddick. My pain is completely managable now, one day later, and I am on an antibiotic for the infection which was affecting multiple teeth. Dr. Onodera even went a step further and called me later on to check up on me! I am so grateful for their kind staff. I hope they help many more. Thank you.
