Came in looking for help didn’t get it at all here very disappointed

I have been banking with them for over 30 years and have never had a problem with them. They take care of you at Arrowhead Credit Union

Arrowhead makes my last bank look like a ghetto bank compared to the V I P treatment I receive from Arrowhead.STELLAR service. The Upland Branch has found a way to accommodate me in every way, and I have never received better service from any other businessANYWHERE!

I’ve only been to this branch twice and each time I was helped by a woman named Brandi. Honestly such a pure genuine soul. It was a pleasure meeting you and being helped by you. This woman deserves a promotion!ASAP

Its a good credit union, a very difficult to get a hold of somebody on the phone if you need assistance with anything outside of the building.

Great Bank to open an account with. Zulima was our helper and she was very kind and friendly. Helped us to make an affordable savings goal. I highly recommend a union bank if you would like to transfer money with no cost union to union.

Horrible customer service.. me and my husband went in there to open a check account and the person who was helping us didn’t care about her job she was very rude I will not be going back there.

No hidden fees so far and everyone is friendly and helpful. They also prevented fraud on my acct. No regrets.

Customer service is the best here no complaints from me the lines may get long but I dont mind the wait !!!

Service is terrible here they will continually tell you just a few minutes as you watch the hours go by with no help whatsoever. I am so upset with this place never have I ever had to wait for help in a bank that long idk I liked Arrowhead Credit Union before but this office has me considering other banks now. Smh 😡

Too many mistakes made while closing one acct and opening a new one. She was confused a lot.

Went in to get a new credit card due to my old card expiring. I was issued a new card with the same old expiration date great job arrowhead!

Service has gone downhill, long lines never enough bank tellers. Their system is old not updated takes forever do a simple deposit

Long lines, one teller, and 5 others in the back sitting on computers, not at all what it used to be!!

Beware of Arrowhead Credit Union they are horrible we open a new account and withdraw the money after asking representative if we needed to leave it in or if we can take it out she told us to go ahead and take it out if the funds are available and then they turn around and close our account never come here again
