I got my eyelashes done by Claudia Hadlock, I was impressed with her professionalism. She kept her area clean and organized. Her customer service is over the top. She was so patient at answering all of my questions. The eyelashes look beautiful and feel so good. I one hundred recommend Claudia as your eyelash artist. She quick and efficient, while l laid down and relaxed.

I have been to this salon only 2 times. The first time I was very happy. I came back for a fill and they started falling out right away. Within 5 days I have big gaps and wholes in my lashes. I paid over $75.00 for a fill that only lasted a few days.The owner only Guarantees her work for 3 days. I notified her at 5 days. That’s when I was told of her 3 day policy. She was closed three out of the five days since my lashes had been done but, still wouldn’t warranty or fix her work. Told me I needed to pay again for a full fill!!!Unbelievable that a small business owner won’t fix her work.

I’ve seen Linh around twice a month for the last while - and the only other lash specialist has helped me once or twice, as well. I’ve never left unhappy with the way my lashes look or the service — they do a great job. Seriously. I al so feel that my natural lashes are doing better under their consistent care rather than the sporadic care you get at a larger lash bar

I went in for an eyelash fill and came out with a full set of completely different lashes. She removed my old ones and gave me a fill because she didn’t have the length I requested and tried to hide it by giving me a new set, and then charged me for a full set. I asked for a refund and she said no, she’s running her business and she doesn’t want to because she likes what she did.UPDATE she responded that she wanted to make it right; I have a screen shot of her text to me right after I got my lashes done and I told her they were wrong that says she wasn’t going to offer me a refund and that it’s her business and she’ll run it how she wants.

I went in for a fill and ended up getting a $200 full set of mega volume eyelashes. They were going in every direction and the very next day i was in PAIN. I had to pull SO MANY of them out and saw each fan was literally attached to 2-3 of my natural eyelashes. The glue was insanely thick on these and my eyes are constantly hurting. I have made an appointment to get them taken out today. Ive never had to pay over $130 for a full set and have never had a more painful set of eyelashes. Not even all my eyelashes had fans on them. none of my outer corner lashes had extensions. I have so many pictures of each fan being attached to multiple of my own eyelashes. This was absolutely not worth $200 with a $20 tip. I was going to ask to be refunded until I saw the 3 day rule.

Erin was super professional and took her time in making sure my brows were just to my liking. I love how she shaped them and the microblading didn’t hurt. She was very detailed and made me feel very comfortable.

I honestly have never been so embarrassed with eyelash extensions. I went into my original appointment for a hybrid full set paid $150 and left a $20 tip. and the same day I started losing my lashes. it was the weekend so two more days go by and almost all of my lashes were already put. so I called to talk to the owner and told her Im a lash artist myself and this isnt right and something needs to be done. she said she has a 3 day rule and it was a holiday weekend so that was completely unfair and said and I cant do anything for you! she didnt have me sign any type of paperwork talking about her policy and I told her she can either fix them or I need my money back. went in for her to fix them and they are the worst lashes I have ever had. and for the second time already falling off!! do not waste your time or your money on lashes here they wont even make it through a weekend and its completely unprofessional all around!

I paid $200 for my first set of volume lashes. 2 weeks later I went back, spent $105 on her upsale because she blamed me for my lashes not being clean. Its been 6 days since then and because I didn’t let her know within 3 days then of my false lashes coming off left and right, there is nothing she could do. I have a full time and job and don’t have the luxury or coming and spending $80 every week and she expects. Very poor customer service and no willingness to appease the situation. Please save your money and go somewhere that will last longer than 3 days.

I love Linh! I’ve gone to so many people and she does my lashes exactly how I want them! My natural lashes are so healthy and my extensions last for a long time! That’s why I’ve been going to her for the past 2 years! She’s the best!! 💗💗

I was hesitant to get my lashes done here, because with lashes sometimes pictures can look too good to be true.. meaning they look great but arent done properly and arent whats best for your natural lashes. And unfortunately that was exactly the case with Linhs lashes. I got my a mega volume full set done by her on a Saturday morning, by Sunday night my lash line was red they hurt so bad, and several chunks, and I mean CHUNKS of lashes had fallen out/ twisted and had to be pulled off. I loved the look and had read on the website that if you had any changes/problems within 3 days that they would get you in to correct them. My initial appointment was 1/18 AM, I messaged Linh the night of 1/20 explaining that I just didnt think that my lashes could handle the weight of them and asked her if I could come back in since 3 days would be Tuesday AM, she initially said yes, but before I could respond she retracted that answer and said since my appointment was Saturday, I had Saturday, Sunday (when she is closed) and Monday (when I reached out to her with my concern) to come back in, and that Id have to pay for any appointment. I was super bummed because 1. I would think 3 days meant 72 hours, and that wouldve at least been until Tuesday AM. I couldve made that work if she wouldve fit me in. and 2. I would hope someone in the beauty industry would above all else be concerned when a client says she is concerned with the health of her natural lashes, and try to correct it regardless of any grace period.I had my lashes removed two days later. I didnt even have my extensions from her a week and my natural lashes her damaged. There were HUGE clumps of glue on the lashes, multiple lashes clumped with one extension. It was a disaster. My fiance felt so bad for me he offered to pay for me to have them redone elsewhere, but that wasnt even an option because I hardly had any natural lashes left. So I learned a very expensive lesson, to go with my gut, cause the pictures were too good to be true and not worth it. **Pictures wont upload, refer to yelp review for pictures**RESPONSE: Well I did reach out when it first happened and you werent willing to help...

OMG!!! First time getting my lashes done by Linh. Linh is amazing!!! I have really short tiny thin lashes and she was able to do a full volume set on me. Im so impressed. Im so glad I found her.

WOW!! 😍Linh is hands-down, the BEST!If you want to go to a professional that really knows the value of volume and length, you have to go to Linh’s Lash Studio!I was a bit nervous going in because I needed a lash refill baaaadly, so I had to find a new salon asap. When I messaged them, one of the employees was so quick to respond and book me! This began the best eyelash extension experience I have ever had. The salon was so beautiful, and I could immediately tell that this was a very clean and professional environment. The chair, blanket, and pillow are so cozy and the music was great! Above all, Linh is INCREDIBLE! She’s so great to be around, and she is sooo talented. Creating beautiful, full, and long lashes is totally her passion and it shows in her work!

I have been getting my lashes done for about 4 years. Before I found Linh I just wasn’t impressed with the work. I would continue to pay money and pay money hoping I would be happy but I just wasn’t ! I moved to draper and was scared I wouldn’t find someone to do my lashes. I knew moving up here would be easier to find someone but to find the RIGHT someone was key. It is easy to find someone who does lashes howbeer, they may be less money than some places but that doesn’t mean they’re the best quietly out there. I found Linhs Instagram and immediately felt relieved. I did my research on a few other women but still was just drawn to Linh. I booked with her immediately. Upon my arrival to Linhs studio, I noticed it was very welcoming, clean, & organized. When I walked in, I felt very welcomed and excited! I had the feeling she knew what she was doing and had went to an amazing school. Linh asked me what type of lashes I liked, how long, and how much curl. I really liked that she asked me that I had never been asked that before. While getting my lashes done, she was asking me questions and getting to know me. Which I appreciated because now when I go back, she asks me about things and how I am doing. When I was leaving Linhs salon, she told me I could book with her when I needed. ( which is nice because most don’t allow that) I liked that because I could decide when I wanted to come back rather than to be told when to come back. I absolutely love Linh and her work! She makes me feel absolutely beautiful ❤️ I am so excited for her to open her new salon soon! I would recommend Linh to anyone serious her work is beautiful.

I scheduled an appointment and cancelled within the same hour and she tried to charge me $20 for that. Nowhere on their website does it say that they will do that if it’s within the hour. She was not willing to cancel the $20 fee.
