My first time getting a facial and it was even more amazing than I imagined! Jessica was so friendly and knowledgeable. Im pretty sure I didnt even come out of the womb with skin this soft!!! Every step of the way felt awesome...masking, warm towels....and a SHOULDER MASSAGE?!?! Worth every penny! Still glowing thanks again!! Ill be back :)

I have been going to this salon since their other location on highland Avenue I believe. I used to see Laurie (or Lori) when I had my head shaved. She did an amazing job.However I booked this place last September for my bridal hair and makeup. Neither turned out how I wanted and the makeup made me look like a 5 year old did it. This place is great for the spa and nail section, just not for hair or makeup. At least the lady I had wasnt great. Also the prices are somewhat expensive unless you save up to pamper yourself.

I loved my experience at this place! It was clean and inviting. I got an eyebrow wax, hair cut and color from Frances Lopez. I love how patient she was with my questions. She wore a mask and seemed very detail oriented. Great time management, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Truly felt magical after I left! TINA the color specialist with the pink hair is a nightmare . only colored half my hair and claimed she didn’t color the rest because “ima get a haircut and shave that part off” starting getting rude and said she was gonna give me to someone else because i asked her to color all of my hair . note i was her last customer of the day and her phone was ringing the whole time . i don’t even know why i even payed cause i walked out with exact same hair color because she put a toner afterwards that darkened it back to the original color . tina or gina or whatever her name is thanks for nothing.

I called at 11:00 and Sara was able to see me at 1:00. Loved my cut and I have curly hair.

That means she remove the hair from your body . can I Take blackheads out too I dont know anything about that yet I just remove the hair from face and Chen. Shes very good at what she does and so is Gina Gina is the most wonderful person down that your hair she wont go any further than she knows what you like. She will tell me I know no now thats too short you wont like it youll leave here crying when I can do that will take a little time

I have brought my daughter here a few times and she always leaves happy with her haircut. It is very clean, has a cute little boutique vibe at the front and everyone is welcoming, professional and ensures you are comfortable while you wait. I wish I could remember the first 2 stylists names that saw my daughter, because they were great but today Tina trimmed and dyed my daughter’s hair and she did a fantastic job! She is very professional and gives wonderful tips on hair care and products. Pricing is fair and worth every dollar. From what I have observed sitting in the waiting area is that many customers were return customers and they leave very satisfied with their hair.

I love this hair salon. The stylists do wonderful hair. I have yet to see a bad hair style or color done there. The shampoo bowls are fairly comfortable. I love the set up. They have a boutique that always has fun stuff to buy as well as a large selection of hair products .

The only place to get beautiful in Highland! Why? Because they have the best stylists, nail technicians, estheticians, make-up artists, and massage therapists. I also have to mention their boutique because you will not get out of there with out finding something fabulous! Cant wait to feel like myself again once the Covid restrictions are lifted. And since the color I wanted was out of stock she mixed up her own concoction to perfectly match what I wanted. And she didn’t charge me an arm and a leg! I just can’t rave about her enough! I will definitely be going back!

I was surprised on my first visit about the size of this salon. It is HUGE but so trendy and modern. They carry Redkin products so that was great to experience at the washing station. I got my hair cut by Sara C. She did a great job and I love the cut so much. Ive already received so many compliments on it.

The woman who had my hair done, Liz, was very professional and informative about what she was doing to my hair and what products I should use to perfect the look I wanted to achieve. I would highly recommend her if you are wanting a short hair style. She made my hair amazing! The prices here are also quite competitive.

I had a massage with Teresa Martin, She did a great job. My first visit Teresa worked on my neck. My neck and shoulder really was hurting but after Teresa worked on my neck and shoulder it was so much better.My second visit Teresa worked on legs ( I broke my leg in 2017. After a year I was still hurting) let me tell you it was great. The pain was so much better. I will be back.TERESA MARTIN IS REALLY SOFT AND GENTLE. GO SEE TERESA MARTIN.

I made an appointment for a hair color and when I arrived the hairdresser who was supposed to do my hair said she wouldnt take me in because it was policy that they dont except children back with you while you are getting your hair done. I was extremely upset because 1. There was a lady there with her dog yet they wouldnt let my child who was behaving well in 2. They didnt let me know they would not let children in ( I have never had a problem any place else when Ive had to take my child because I had no one to watch him)....Anyway I went elsewhere and had a lovely experience with very friendly ladies towards me AND my child ( who did amazing like I knew he would just sat down and watched a movie on my phone).

For a customer to pay $400 and end up with such a cruddy job is horrible! How can trendsetters let their customers walk the streets with this horrible of a job and be proud! Amy, you have ruined one of your customers lives, and you managed to rip them off while doing it. If youre not good at your job, then practice on your own face! Seriously, I hope anyone and everyone that plans on getting any service done here takes the proper precautions. I would even bother poking this place with a stick! Beware! Halloween has come early this year! Only this will be permanent. But seriously, I dont know how you can do this to a person. This is on her face, where the whole world can see, and shes limited on her options of hiding it. She now has to have LASER tattoo removal on her FACE!! I am in awe. Dont buy your ink on some cheap Chinese site, most importantly, go somewhere that will care for you as much as they care for themselves. Go with someone that will send you out looking fabulous! I went to this shop as I get my hair cut there. Absolutely the best ever. She takes her time and does the job right! Recommend highly. Price is right. No add on for gel polish. Works for me!

I have been a customer at Trendsetters for 6 years, Barbie is amazing and wonderful 😀 however in the middle of me getting my hair done, I see this lady Lori who is an employee there, walk up to my daughter and said something rude to her. My daughter was sitting quietly in the chair by herself on her cell phone with her foot on a cabinet. Laurie had walked up to my daughter and barked at her tostop spinning in the chair and to get her feet off the cabinet. Lori never said anything to me, just to my daughter. Immediately when I was done with my hair I walked up to her and said politely, if you have something to say to my daughter you need to tell me she’s only 10 years old. She then began to tell me my daughter needs manners. I FLIPPED OUT. This old lady Susan behind her was laughing the whole time. I have never came across somebody so rude and arrogant. People like that should not work in customer service. I want a formal apology from her or I will not be going back there again.I have family that goes there as well and I will make it clear on every social media site just how rude these two ladies were and how bad that is for business.

After reading the reviews here I made an appointment with Lori. Amazing! After so many bad hair cuts she came through and gave me just what I wanted--the best short hair cut ever. Now I can wear it straight or curled. Thanks so much Lori. Wish I could take you with me on the road! 😘

Sara did my hair she is amazing she dyed my hair and extensions for a good price. Not to mention she is the only person that has ever got my extensions and natural hair the exact same color I will definitely be going back to her!

Did a great job on the cut but I wanted blue and I got green hair, I think her name is something like Marlaina. She went home before my appointment and we had to call her to come back, they said she left because I didnt answer when they called but they called with a different number so how was I supposed to know it was them? She charged me $195 when they said $150 at first and it wasnt even the color I wanted. Also, make sure you take off your earrings because she accidentally combed my cartilage piercing right off and ended up losing the back to the piercing (the little butterfly looking piece).

I’d give it no stars if I could. Don’t bring your children if you want quality hair. I called and made an apt for the same day for a balayage coloring. The lady over the phone stated Cassidy had a balayage cancellation for that morning and scheduled me in for that time. When I got there she took a look at my hair and said it would be best to do highlights over my greys. I said whatever works best. I was willing to leave it in her care. Then I asked if while she was getting the dye mixed and ready to go, if I could take my son to del taco quickly and she immediately diverted to rescheduling me for another day even after I stated today was my only day available cause I work all week up until I go on vacation this Thursday. I exclaimed how important it was to get it done today seeing as how I wanted it done for vacation and today was my only day available. She still insisted on offering to reschedule. Then she insisted that I didn’t have my children. I made a phone call to my husband to see if he would be able to pick up my kids and he couldn’t. When I spoke to her afterwards, she insisted on rescheduling for the following week again. As if she didn’t understand from the beginning that I was aiming to get my hair done BEFORE my vacation. Her whole demeanor was to get rid of my kids otherwise she wouldn’t be able to help me. I told her that I would take my money elsewhere if my children weren’t accepted as well. I understand how children can run around and be wild at times but some people don’t have that option. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and I will recommend you not having children if you want to be made to feel comfortable or welcomed here. Disgraceful, distasteful, and downright prejudice.

Today I arrived at opening and I am too early for a cut and color...come back at 9:30. Well,my business is not welcomed. After finishing my 12 hr shift and driving to their location. Iam very disappointed. I am not trying a 3rd time.
