My child and I had a great experience here! He had an ingrown toe nail and was quiet nervous to get it out. Both nurses and Dr Weinbaum where amazing and so caring. It made the whole process smooth and swift! My child was very impressed it was so easy and had a really good time laughing the whole time!

Dr. Winebaum, Michelle and Jeffrey were outstanding. My 1st visit today was a great experience. Dr. Winebaum was very thorough in explaining what he would be doing to my toe and why. He answered every question I had.I recommend him 110%. Wish he was a dr. for everything. Best if all, he has a great comedic attitude.

Dr. Dial has such a great disposition with my special needs teen son. He explained our options, and treated my son without my son having any complications or unnecessary pain. His staff was very prompt, courteous, & we had less than a 5 minute wait time.

Terrible doctors office. No communication whatsoever. Took me 4 days and 6 phone calls to get a prescription filled that I had been on for 8 months already. When I called the office they told me I had no prescriptions listed on my chart. If you need to speak with a doctor or are expecting a call back DO NOT hold your breath because they will not call. Im very close to going to another foot doctor because I cant stand the incompetence from this doctors office anymore.

I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis. Saw Dr. Jones for the second time. He was at loss as to what to do next. Suggested an MRI and or therapy. They have never done an x-ray before. I asked if he would consider giving me another shot, he said no he would not. I was welcomed to see in of his colegues but he would not do it. In order to see one of his colegues I would have to make another appointment and return another day, and pay another copy which is not cheap. ÑHe feels strongly that the shots are not good and can be harmful. So he offered to give me a prescription for cortisone pills. Really? Taking those pills is really harmful. I will never return to that place again. There is NOTHING like the Doctors at Wake Forest Baptist. Dont know why I even came here. Never again!!!
