This is the second time I’ve used Bethany Medical Clinic for walk in service. I could not be more pleased with their care. Professional and personal are the two words I would use to describe their medical care!

I’ve been a patient here for years. I love the providers and most of the staff. However, I have to write this today because of the unbelievably horrible service I received from the intake staff. I had an appt scheduled and upon arrival signed in. I sat there for about 10 mins listening to one young lady at the check in desk talking on and on about all of her personal issues to someone using the company phone. I looked over a few times wondering when I would be called up to provide my copay.The other young lady was on back to back phone calls with patients and I could hear her working to help them with insurance issues. Finally the lady on her personal phone call removed my name from the sign in list, pasted it to a board and then proceeded to get up and leave while the other lady continued to handle insurance issues with people on the phone.It was so tacky and so rude, you could see the unprofessionalism all over the lady’s face. She clearly hates her job and does not want to be there. I recommend you fire her before she ruins the morale of the rest of your staff. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the people at the check in area but this was totally uncalled for.I could see others in the lobby who were also frustrated and one lady actually cancelled her appt and left. I would be concerned about my business considering you are now losing patients. Hopefully if I ever decide to return this lady will no longer be there. I know it’s hard to get employees but it’s better to have no one than someone who stares angrily at patients and then flat out refuses to help them but instead take personal phone calls. I wish I knew her name but I have no idea. I know she sat on the right side when you enter and had shorter, black hair. She also had dark brown eyes.

Currently a patient with Bethany medical cardiology. The incompetence of the nurses are partly the reason for the low rating. It’s common for them to promise a follow up regarding heart medication and I eventually have to call them numerous times before they consult with the doctor. Dr. Rosario gave me the exact same verbiage two appointments in a row which indicates to me that I am truly just a number for this group. He did refer me out which probably was best for both parties.

Bethany Medical Center is an awesome place and has great, experienced providers and staff! Dr. Patel is so warming and very patient when explaining care and Dr. Stringfield has extraordinary expertise in Internal Medicine. I will definitely spread the word and let everyone know where to go for all of their medical needs. 1580 Skeet Club Road!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Kinjal Patel is the best! Love her! She is Very professional and personal. Great staff and Services !! Really takes care of the patient.

I love working at Skeet Club!! The staff and the facility is GREAT!! If you have any problems with your feet please come and see us on the 3rd floor!! We accept walk-ins!!

Outstanding Physician and staff!!!! I should have came here sooner if I had known. Dr. Patel is wonderful and I truly recommend her for anyone with feet issues.

Dr. Patel recently did a procedure on my right foot. She is excellent my foot has been in so much pain. Now I am pain free thank you to your wonderful staff!
