Quite simply, Jamie is amazing. She is punctual, attentive, and 100% committed to your success. My dogs are always so excited and happy to see her. She makes the training time fun. She stays in regular communication between visits and encourages you to connect with her concerning questions and challenges you may have with your dog or dogs between training sessions. I have worked with many excellent trainers, but Jamie is the BEST!

Before you select another dog trainer you need to look at Brook Crossing and talk to Jamie. She will adapt to you and your pups needs, and is great to work with you on scheduling sessions, and do so with a big smile. Our 8 month old lab Oakley is now walking with us off leash and obeying on command to place, sit, down, heal, come and releases. Her pricing is fair too. Oakley is our 4th lab but the first we’ve had formally trained. Best decision we’ve ever made. You won’t be disappointed working with Jamie!

Jamie has been a huge help and so encouraging with our rescue. Our dog suffers from fear aggression and Jamie has been so patient with him, quickly earning his trust, problem solving triggers and techniques to help him adapt to living with a family. When new behaviors show up she is quick to respond and goes out of her way to make sure we have all the support we need. She celebrates the victories with us and cheers us in when things are not progressing as smoothly. We are very pleased and thankful for Jamie.
