Just picked my dogs up and couldn’t be happier with the care they received! The staff is friendly and helpful. It is nice to know while I am on vacation my dogs are having the best week ever! They are so exhausted from all the fun. Thank you for taking care of our furry family members! We will be back.

From day 1 over 2 years ago our pets come away happy and well taken care of. We have had multiple pets there and it has been the same for each of them.It my not be as fancy as other kennels ; it doesnt need to be. it is the caring, the attention to the animal as well as t he owners tht makes the difference. Nor does it the high fees that are confusing as the fancier places.We are about to introduce our 3rd std poodle to them and know that he will come away happy and well cared for. That;s what it is about - happy and well taken care pets.

This is a exclusive dog resort from top to bottom, so if someone on net post a crybaby review you can rest assured, they and their dogs are the problem!

I just googled this facility so I could click to call the phone number off of google as I always do. I am appalled by the reviews that I am seeing and felt compelled to leave my honest unsolicited factual self experience here.We were introduced to this facility 2 1/2 years ago. We have had nothing but excellent service for every interaction with them. We have used their facility for monthly grooming, regular doggy daycare and a couple of times for boarding. Our dog LEAPS and BOUNDS to the door. He cannot wait to get inside and see what friends are there. When we pick him up he is very happy, exercised, and ready for his bed. I have other discerning friends who also are very happy with the service they’ve received over a long period of time, from air canine/bark and fly.We, the community around this facility, are very happy with the care and service received from this facility. Folks from out of town, those with breeds who they KNOW have insurance liability issues, I am sorry that you have left reviews because you do not represent the populous of this area. My brother has a golden retriever and was willing to drive 45 minutes to bring his dog but because he isn’t neutered they wouldn’t let his dog play with the others. These RULES and the fact that they will turn away business to uphold their standards is what makes this facility so amazing!.

Love this place as does my dog. He is always happy to go there and tired when he comes home. Runs all day and gets a bath too before I pick him up. Staff very friendly and care for the dogs like it’s their own pet.

This is by far the best place to take your dog! I was extremely picky when it came to choosing the right place for my golden retriever puppy and they have far exceeded my expectations. Their grooming services are top notch and she absolutely loves going to play with her friends. She comes home tired and happy! Thank you for loving my sweet Rosie girl! You guys are the best!

(We dont take pit bulls so your better off somewhere else, but crying on the internet shows your lack of maturity, unless your still in middle school then it makes perfect sense.)This was your response to someone who was making a complaint. Not professional at all. And somehow you still have a business. I was gonna try here but after that Im good. Im glad I dont have a pit but understand not all pits are bad its how they are raised.

They are awesome. I boarded my 2 Great Danes and when it was time to get them everyone was sad to see them go. I know they were loved and well taken care while staying

My furbabies have been regulars here for several years. The staff and owners are fabulous and trained to be around animals. We don’t board them often, but when we do, it’s only Air Canine. I can’t say enough about how comfortable I feel when I drop them off Thank you Air Cajun

Our Active poodle always has such a fun time here when we go on vacation. She enjoys playing with the other dogs. She also gets groomed here too and smells so good when we pick her up. The smell even lasts for a few days longer.

My dog loves this place. He is normally a very nervous dog but they made him feel so at home. He wags his tail when we pull into the parking lot! He always comes home happy and tired.Say what you want about the other reviews/responses. The “proof is in the pudding” so to speak. These people know dogs and are very good at what they do.

Please do not take your dogs to this place. I took a tour of this place a little over a week ago. I told them about my dog and when I would need to board her. I also called yesterday to confirm everything would be okay to drop my dog off and the employee on the phone said everything would be fine. My son arrived there today to drop her off and was welcomed with a rude owner. My dog is a pit bull/boxer mix that would not hurt a fly. They would not take her just because of what type of dog she is. I was never told that they did not take pit bulls when I took the tour. I know that I told the employee that gave us the tour what type of dog she was and she never said anything about not being able to take her. The owner was rude to my son who was dropping her off for me telling him he was crazy for trying to drop off a pit bull there. My dog is the most friendly dog a person could meet and loves other dogs. She has been raised with3 small children and a cat. She has also been to another kennel for boarding with no issues.

I am in town from out of state and wanted a groom for my 9 month old goldendoodle. I originally called to speak to the groomer and was told she was not there and to call back next week. I called on Monday and she does not work Mondays. I called today and asked to speak to her and whoever answered the phone says to the groomer, “Can you take this? This lady has called every day this week.”. She clearly had an attitude and was annoyed. The groomer, Miranda, I’m sure is very nice. However, whoever is in charge of answering the phone definitely needs to learn some customer service skills. I was skeptical of this place due to the low reviews, but was going on the recommendation of a friend. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

My puppy loves it here, when I pull in the parking lot her tail starts wagging! Her response says everything and makes me feel confident letting her play for the day. 😊

We have been taking our dogs here 16 years now and they have always been well taken care of and come home dog tired.

Always satisfied with the service and hair cut! My dog does not seem to mind going....They are always available for appointments for grooming which is nice to not have to wait !We have put our boxer there for boarding and she seems to be fine with it and have not had an incident. A lot of play area and outdoor free time is a plus so they are not sitting in a crate all day.

My dog George loves it. We dont have to worry about him when we travel because we know they are taking great care of him. They call you of a problem happens. They dont keep him in a cage all day. They have a big fenced in area for the dogs to play in. The staff is great.

Excellent. The perfect place for most dogs... if my dog is any judge. She LOVES to go there. We come on average 2 or 3 times a year for the past 5 years. The staff are super.

Our aging German shepherd spent 5 days at the ranch while we were on vacation and she was so relaxed when we picked her up, like she had a vacation too. This is a great place where dogs can interact with other dogs and really enjoy their stay. Im so grateful my husband found this place a few years ago. I used to stress on vacation because my dog would have such bad separation anxiety, that all went away when she started staying at Carolina Air Canine.

Our dog, Baby, has been going to Air Canine since he was 6 months old. He is now 10 years old. Baby learned so much from free ranging and social interaction with the other dogs. He runs and plays freely - not housed in a kennel all day - he swims in the pond - cools off in the kiddie pools, enjoys the strategically placed fire hydrants, and has never in all the years hes been going there been harmed by another dog. I feel Baby is special to Pam and Dave and gets all the attention he craves from them and the staff. Whether its just a play day to run off energy, grooming, or extended stay when we travel, I never worry because I know they care about every dog there and make their safety and comfort priority. We refer every person we know who is looking for special care for their pet to Air Canine. In our opinion there is none better and we feel Baby deserves the very best!

I have been taking my youngest dog to Air Canine since he was 9 months old - he is now a 3 y-o 70-lb hurricane of energy. Our newest rescue is older and much smaller but goes to Air Canine, too. Both dogs enjoy their time there. The staff ask for the other by name if only one is brought in. Like others have stated...a well-socialized dog is welcome and treated as good dogs should be treated. I use another doggy hotel but they are more expensive and overpopulated. I value the attention and clear guidelines that both pets and parents are asked to abide by. I have never been overcharged - they have actually thrown in perks when there was a mistake made on their part. Excellent service and the dogs truly get the moneys worth while they are exercised/socialized.

I was looking for a place to take my dog for activities and possibly daycare. After reading some of the reviews and the immature, ignorantand abusive response by the owner, I would never allow my beautiful, amazing, loving, happy, exuberant little girl darken the door of this facility. She is obviously brighter than the owner and, yes, she is a PIT BULL!!!

I got my Service dog , BoBo from Patriot Rovers which Dave operates at this location. They always do a great job grooming and boarding the dogs when we need to have it done.

A place where a dog can just be a dog. Its clean, safe and the dogs love it.

Despite alot of negative reviews say, I have always had a very positive experience here. I board my Pyr about once a week. Im always greeted kindly and they are happy to have him.Because of the way in which they let the dogs interact, i can understand some restrictions. Boarding your dog there isnt so they be trained for you. They arnt going to fix socialization issues for free.... The right temperment is important for dogs to interact with eachother at a facility like this. If they turn you away, its not personal its simply there buisness.To recap, this place is a fantastic area for dogs who are we socialized. They staff really do care about the dogs and take care of them. If your not sure, just ask. I bet they will help you out and help you avoid any disappointment.

Do not support this business. They have highly immoral hiring practices and promise employees positions and do not fulfill their promises.When I contacted them regarding my displeasure I was met with a very conflictive and immature owner , David C. Who proceeded to mock me and mental Illness. I have saved the screenshots of those. Mental illness is serious and shouldnt be used as a defensive tactic joke. As a business and an adult you should be able to handle negative comments constructively . When he saw his negative comments werent making an impact he felt the need to directly target my business. I have experience with the hiring practices of his business. I have never and would never service the owner David C. Or any other individual who thinks its ok to berade customers, and make fun of serious health conditions.Also,They are a breed biased facility and I would never do business with them. There are plenty of other highly qualified facilities.

The owner needs a wake up call, so here it is. I have an Aussie and a Terrier to board when in the area, maybe 6 days a month. Because of YOUR reply to Kriston, Im not even bothering to call your business. I can tell how you would treat me if I had a problem.

Dont bring your pets here! This place has an outbreak of kennel cough, and DENIES IT. Lots of local veterinarians have had dogs who have stayed at this kennel/daycare brought in recently with kennel cough, and even with the diagnosis from the veterinarian the owners still have denied that it is kennel cough. Avoid this establishment!

Great place for dogs who like to be outside.

When I picked up my dog he was lethargic and limping. Dont know what they did to my dog, but you better be sure Im going to report them!!!!

My experience has always been great.

The absolute worst. Will never take my dog back there again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need to be selective of who they hire. Management doesn’t know how to talk or treat customers nicely. 100% do not recommend going there.
