Ive only been going here for 2 weeks (2 visits) and I must say that I am amazingly impressed with the staff!! From the secretaries, to the hygienists, to the dentists, I am very pleased. Dr. Cowan is amazing!! Ive never had a dentist like her. Very professional, detailed and most of all caring! Before coming here, I had never had a dentist to examine inside and out of my mouth before performing the treatment. I had never had a dentist to say they would call me to check on me the next day after a procedure!! She is AWESOME!!! An amazing experience!!! I love it!!!

Today was my first visit to Tkatch Dentistry. I had the most thorough dental exam I have had in years from Dr. Patel and a gentle, thorough cleaning from a friendly hygienists named Natalie. My treatment plan was explained clearly and all costs were presented up-front and even printed out for me to take home. Im glad we found Tkatch Dentistry and recommend them to others who may be looking for a highly competent, friendly dental office.

I moved to NC a few years ago and have not been able to find a good dentist in my area. I came across Tkatch Dentistry during my google search and was impressed at the review and rating this office had. I was a bit skeptical because how can they have 5 stars on all reviews. Well I have to say that after my visit this week, I too am giving this office a 5 stars. The dental assistant Julie was very thorough and took her time with me. I met Dr. Tkatch during the visit he also took his time during my examination and took his time to explain the treatment plan. I look forward to continuing services with this dental office. I would highly recommend them to family or friends. Also, front desk staff are super friendly, helpful and genuine.

Ive been going to this office for three generations for a total of 65 years. The dentists are terrific. The office staff is terrific. They are very customer oriented. They inform you of appointments and I listen to your concerns regarding insurance. I recommend them highly!

I moved to High Point in 2018, leaving my tried-and-true dentist of 13 years behind. Being my first visit to a new dentist in over a year, I was a little nervous. After calling to set up an appointment, I was able to fill out patient information before arriving. This streamlined the process upon arrival, so I had practically no wait time in the waiting room! Staff were extremely friendly.Once in the chair, my dental tech was AMAZING. She was friendly, courteous and gentle-but-effective when cleaning my teeth. Afterwards, Dr. Patel came in to check and confirm my dental health was good. He was also very friendly, and his check up was extremely thorough. I felt great about my visit— my teeth looked and felt so much cleaner.I highly recommend this business if you are looking for a new dentist. I even made a follow up appointment before leaving. Glad to have found my new local dentistry office!Note: I’ve used an electric toothbrush and Sensodyne toothpaste for years to help relieve sensitivity to temperature. I also floss regularly and have experienced minimal cavities in the past, so my dental experience may be different than someone who has additional concerns or issues. I still HIGHLY recommend this office because their staff and tech are so friendly and accommodating.

They helped us referring to pediatric dentistry immediately and saw the pediatric dentist right away for the condition. After having a great dentist for many years while living in Arizona I dreaded having to find someone to take her place. After much research I decided to give Dr. Tkatch a try. Boy did I ever make the right decision. From the moment I walked into the beautifully decorated waiting area and immediately warmly greeted by the friendly staff I knew my whole experience was going to be super.Dr. Tkatch and the hygienist reviewed my dental health and we discussed ways that I could improve my cleaning routine. Tkatch Dentistry in High Point, NC is the best dentistry I have ever visited. The staff (for example, Glenna) is very friendly, the dentists, in particular, Dr. Tkatch and the hygienists (for example, Stephanie) are very professional. Also, what I like about this dentistry is that unlike many other dentistries, they are doing the best to save your natural teeth and also save you some money. If there is a chance to have a filling instead of a crown, they would do it. They are always honest with you. They would always contact your insurance to make sure you wouldnt go over the maximum of what your insurance pay which then prevents you from loosing your money otherwise you would have to pay that extra money. I will continue using their service and highly recommend this dentistry to everyone!!! AAA+++

I came out after deep cleaning and teeth work and did not feel any pain. Cleaned area feel smooth and and not sensitive to cold/hot. Tooth work matches natural position and felt like tooth regrown to original. I will recommend you to my friends, and bring my family.

I have been to Dr. Tkatchs office twice now and when I first walked in the door, I felt as if I had been going there for years. I have found them all to be very friendly and very professional They explain everything that is being done. I previously had surgery for TMJ and Dr. Patel was very caring as to rest my jaw in-between procedures. I am very grateful to be a patient in such a caring office.

This place has some of the most wonderful staff I have ever met! They are all so kind and don’t make your experience feel like your just another patient. The dentist aren’t so bad either JK! They are amazing!!!! Every time I have something done I want to fall asleep in the chair lol. They are gentle and constantly check on you to make sure your at the most comfortable you can be. You would have to be crazy to give this place 1 star like someone on here did. If I could give them 6 I would.

I went to Tkatch Dentistry to get a cavity filled and all four of my wisdom teeth removed. The entire staff is amazing, they were super kind and were genuine and made sure that I was 100% comfortable throughout the whole process. Good experience. I had an onlay put in. I was able to watch my onlay being made which was cool! I have to have another done on a different tooth in a few months. Since this was a positive experience, hopefully I wont stress out prior to the second one. Everyone was upbeat which I appreciate since I was a bit stressed out. I HATE the sound of the drill with a passion.
