Dr. McGuire is five stars, very knowledgeable and listens. He truly is the pulmonologist of choice - BUT -The major problem with this practice is the front office. Mainly, Jennifer, who more often than not answers the phone. She is unprofessional and borders on negligence. She hung up on me and when I called back, NO ONE answered the call. She’s very rude and I witnessed her making a crude gesture behind the back of another patient in the waiting area. But as I said, Dr. McGuire is five stars IF you can get past thefront office dilemma.

I couldnt not ask for better doctors. I have watched them fight with insurance to make sure I got what I needed. They even stood up for me to get me home and out of the hospital. Dr. McGuire is a very smart man. He listens, he explains things and he doesnt stop till he finds an answer. So thankful for his understanding and hard work.

Calls are not returned. Those of us with lung problems need medication quickly to avoid hospital visit/stays. This has happened twice to my wife and both times ended up at the hospital. If you need help you better off showing up at the office instead of calling.

They have good Doctors but they dont do a good job at all returning your call. You can leave your message but, that is far as it goes. Now I can see if you have to wait a day or two but with them its more like a month or a year. Not kidding. I even had the pharmacy call me to check the phone number because this DR office wont call them back. Thats the truth. Thats the only complaint I have. Otherwise the Doctors are nice to talk to face to face.

I had a 1pm appointment 10/30 I arrived on time the girl at the front desk informed me i did not have a appointment. I explained I did the scheduling online and they called friday to confirm it. I keep asking if they could see me since you just got back from lunch and there is no one here in the lobby. She said they had a full schedule,so I agreed to come back the next day. I went to my car and sat in front of the office for 35 min no one entered the office.This is very poor practice.

Great staff and Dr. McGuire was informative and knowledgable. Very friendly staff and a pleasure to work with.
