Very clean. Amazingly sweet and helpful staff members. The first doctor that I have ever had that sits down with me, listens to me, understands me, and very compassionate. She actually HEARS me when I talk and I’m not just a paycheck to her. Quick to get in to see dr. Affordable. Just amazing people!!!

Dr Mensah genuinely cares for his patients and takes the time needed for any and all questions you may have. The only negative thing I have regarding his practice is calling the nurse line and receiving a prompt and courteous response. I sometimes have felt that the nurse did not think my issue to be important. However, Dr. Mensah took the time to personally call me after an MRI and explain to me what was needed going forward. He has a great deal of compassion and empathy. It is sometimes difficult to schedule an appointment same day but the wait is well worth it and they will work hard to work you in same day if you are sick and need to be seen that day. They also work very hard to help with any money owed and are always understanding if you cannot pay in full. Overall I absolutely would reccomend this amazing doctor to anyone.

My mom had an appointment 10:30 got there 10:20 didn’t get called til 11:15 & that’s only after complaining why it was taking so long. What’s the point of making an appointment if they’re going to make u wait an hr smh 👎🏼👎🏼

Im a new patient at Kintegra and based on my first visit Im going to be very happy there. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I am so thankful for the help I am receiving,without them I guess I would suffer the rest of my life!! A million thank yous to Kintegra!! Dont understand all the negative reviews,my experience was excellent!! Dr Cathy was very caring and helpful, a dream come true for my situation!!

STOP SWITCHING PEOPLES MEDS!!!!!!! STOP IT!!!! I CANT AFFORD MORE EXPENSIVE MEDICATION AND YALL DONT CARE UNLESS SOMEONE HAS A KID!!!! Yall dont even listen to your patients anyway! Keep switching doctors and medicine without even a warning, Im sick of this, yall should be sued. Not to mention the therapy sucks too, all yall do is tell me the same thing over and over again, and its not working. Please lose yalls licenses and shut down.

I just started here, and this is one of the few places Ive been treated like an intelligent human despite my social standing and situation. In my experience honesty goes a long way with proper treatment. They have listened to me and considered my opinion in my treatment. Obviously Im not a doctor and they have advised me on the care they are comfortable with, but they took the time to explain things to me in order to help me and my family in the best way. Im shocked at some of the reviews Ive seen. I have been treated with nothing but professionalism and respect since I walked in the door by every member of the staff Ive come in contact with. My situation is a little complex and they have gone the extra mile to meet my needs, and that of my children long term. I feel very fortunate to be in their care.

This place dont answer the phone half the time and I wouldnt prefer no one to this place. I would say more but. The doctors here not worried about your health there worried about lossing there license. Also they dont call you back when you leave a message either. For your own good I would recommend some other doctor besides this place.

Avoid at all costs. If you have the ability to go anywhere else DO NOT come here. They will ignore the issues you’re trying to discuss and imply that you’re either after drugs or suffering from depression. “Care” is not what they do.

The Dr I saw there acted like he didnt want to do anything. He drilled me on who I had seen in the last 5 years and it seemed like he was just trying to find a way out of what needed to be done. My wife had similar feelings.

The doctor was very nice and actually spent time to go over my medication and also to help me find the cheapest medicine I could afford that worked for me.

This doctors office is the worse. Really wanted to give no stars. Sick patients have to wait weeks to be seen. The doctors are good but forget it if they have to call in a prescription or anything. They ask you to be there 15 min early but they are hours behind schedule so you wait for forever. Needing an appointment takes a whole day to get through so you can even get an appointment.

Hi I visited my Dr this am at catawba family care hickory nc and didnt expect to get the mean hateful being spoken to very unprofessional I ask if she would refer to a hip specialist for hip replacement surgery she told me no very mean spoken she was so short speeding to me toward everything I ask didnt give me time to say anything didnt even say goodbye walk out door and that was it !!!

This was the most unorganized unprofessional place I have ever been.so glad I changed dr...and hes a good one...
