I had a root canal done there today and had to share my experience. The entire staff is kind and understanding. This was a first time procedure and walked in with high anxiety and fear. Evelyn the assistant made me feel safe and assured as she exudes so much confidence! The Dentist, Dr Norma was gentle, calm and reassuring! Her calm nature made the whole exercise less frightening. I will definitely return there! I’d be remiss if I didn’t add the office manager who is a true professional and an expert in service recovery!! Kudos to the team and thanks!

The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. Dr Naik was very professional and provided valuable advice regarding my dental needs. Katie the hygienist provided excellent service and Tish answered all questions related to insurance. I will be coming here for all my future dental needs!

I hate going to the dentist because my mouth always hurts but this place made me comfortable. I have been a patient here since it was DMV Family Dental. The new owners and staff are great and have made some wonderful changes and improvements to the practice. Everyone is friendly and they are always accommodating with scheduling appointments. Dr. Patel is great.

They are very accommodating, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to take care of my teeth! I have had A LOT of work done there and am so happy with my new smile….THANK YOU! I am always happy to go to the dentist. Ive never had a bad experience here and the staff is wonderful! Everyone is extremely nice, helpful and you can tell they love their job. Ive never felt pressured in any way and I know they truly care about my dental health. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a dental office!

They are always really kind and professional, and I actually enjoyed going here for the people. Think Im going to switch dentists though because 1. There is so much confusion with billing.. Between even getting the bills and getting the insurance information updated correctly, its too frustrating. The prices are really reasonable though (for what Ive had) so Im not upset, just done with it, and 2. My last check up they told me that I had a cavity starting but didnt do anything except schedule another appointment in a year. Now its hurting a ton. Cant help but wonder if the reason they didnt drill it out before is because they wouldnt get as much money compared to a more progressed cavity.

I love DMV Family Dental. Everyone is so beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful. The girls at the desk (Tara and Christie) are so welcoming and wonderful. Dr. Patel and Shalice are beyond amazing. They truly care about their patients well being and always go the extra step to ensure all is okay. Not only do I love this practice, my adult children do as well. They are comfortable going on their own and love the staff. Highly recommend DMV Family Dental!

Ive been seeing Dr. Hopkins at this practice for several years and have never had any issues. Staff are all very friendly - Ive always had the same hygienist, Erin, who is great. Always on time. No pressure for unnecessary cosmetic procedures. Text and email appointment reminders are convenient.

I was immediately greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Dr. Hopkins and Dr. Patel are fantastic dentists--Ive been seen by both doctors, and always walked out more than satisfied. The staff is very knowledgable and always do a great job on my teeth. I went to DMV Dental for the first time after switching doctors and came away impressed. The front desk receptionists were very polite and made the on-boarding paperwork process easy. The hygienist, Cali, and the dentist, Dr. Patel, made sure the cleaning was thorough and fairly quick which I appreciated. I will be coming back!

Billing issues - they are never clear

From the moment you enter this office you are greeted with smiles from everyone that works there. You can tell that everyone working there wants to be there. They really show that they care about what they do and about their patients; they were very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends and I may actually go to the dentist at least twice a year now and not skip a visit once in a while; if not for the cleaning, then at least to see their contagious smiles and positive vibes.

The staff is rude and if you ask for explanation of your benefits and about the detailed analysis of bill then they get super annoyed. I would not suggest that place to anyone.
