Just left my 6 month appointment and as always it was AMAZING!! Bruce, my hygienist is what every individual in the dentistry industry should strive to be. His skill and attention to detail while cleaning my teeth are always present leaving me feeling the utmost satisfaction as a patient. He is also the sweetest person when it comes to making me feel comfortable, not only because he maintains excellent conversation, but takes the time to remember our previous conversations. It honestly feels like catching up with a good friend that happens to also be cleaning my teeth. If I could give him an 11 out of 5 I would, because he is dedicated not only to his profession but also his patients.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here and it went really well. I wasn’t in a lot of pain by the second day, and was able to eat regular (though somewhat soft) foods less than a week after.The people in the office are also really nice and great to talk to.

Well, what can one say about this outstanding doctor? She is without doubt, the consummate professional. Kind, caring, considerate...shall I go on? Our entire family has been seeing Dr. Freedman for many years now and she never disappoints!

Very welcoming, positive first time visit, very nice and they informed you of everything they are doing and what treatments you need if any.

The most important thing to me when Im in the dentist chair is comfort both physically and mentally. I dont want to feel pain or anxiety. Dr. Lee took good care of me, filled my cavities without hurting me, made me feel quite comfortable and that everything was going great and was going to be A-ok. It was a great experience.

Best Doctors and Dental Hygienists ever! The most friendly people work there. My kids went downstairs to the kids dentist for several years and my wife and I go both upstairs now to the adult section. These people are top-notch and very concerned about your teeth, your feelings and your health overall. They are very sensitive to the needs of the patient and constantly asks during dental procedures if you are comfortable and need anything. They are very kind. Dr. Raad is the best dentist Ive ever had in my life and Ive moved all over the country and the world with the military and have had many Dentists over the years. She is the best! The number of doctors offices in this area whos hours are 10-4 M-TH is insane!And I got a dental goody bag - not many offices in this area gice you the goody bag anymore! They don;t know what treatment was needed (initial estimate changed from visit just a few months back), what dentist did and what to be billed (at front desk). I chipped a tooth (front tooth)doing contact sports and felt horrible! Dr Saludis was wonderful - she called me right away that night, reassured me that we could come up with a plan the next day. Dr Saludis fit me in, understood how devastated I felt, fixed my front tooth, and I left feeling much more confident when I smiled. Thank you soo much!

I had my cleaning done today by Tina and she used a cleaning tool that I have never had used on me. It was an electronic cleaning tool that uses water that was fast, comfortable and really felt like I had a deep cleaning. Loved it! Will definitely request that next time I go in for my cleaning :)

Dr. Freedman is an excellent dentist who thoroughly discussed my options with consideration to optimal health, results and cost.

Although tried to be very nice but theyre not professional. First time here, they made an appointment for me at 6:50am, so I had to make adjustments to make that appointment. No one mentioned over the phone, their office is on 3rd floor, so I was waiting for 20 minutes in front of their pediatrics office until I sent an email saying Ive been here the door is locked, so few mins later they called & said oh were on the 3rd floor! Why no one said anything when I made the appointment, maybe they dont care or they wanted to charge for broken appointment, not sure?! So I get there, they havent checked my insurance yet, also when I was making the appointment I asked for consultation and specifically asked if its free, their front desk person said she thinks so, when I got there the hygienist said theres a $75 consultation fee on top of whatever x-ray needs to be done! & asked if I want to be seen before insurance is confirmed, I said no. This is the same insurance Ive been using for other dentists, they shouldve checked before I got there. So I just told them dont bother with the insurance, they were still trying to confirm! & I wont go back.

Great, caring staff. They have late hours for after work appointments. Very safe COVID measures. Everyone must have their temp taken at the door, wear a mask until they get to their room. The dentists all wear masks and shields.

Today was my 2 year old daughter’s first dental visit and we were so excited. When we walked, it was so vibrant, inviting, and display really cool (large) super hero decals on the wall. The staff was super friendly! Ms. Laila was really sweet and made it super special for my little one. Dr. Faqeeri was super awesome! She was so much fun, we loved her! I would recommend GoSmiles, they were great!

They also have all of the state of the art equipment and they took all of the COVID protocols very seriously, which I appreciated. My daughter had a dental cleaning done and everything went really well Dr. Faqueer and Karla were very pleasant and answer all my questions. My daughter was very comfortable, she love the toy tower. The place is really nice and clean. I totally recommend.

I had filling remove and refilled. Dr. Lee did a phenomenal job. I’m really happy the way my teeth turned out. The one start is for the cost. I was quoted an estimate and they had me sign the paper for the estimate. After the service they charged me more the double what was estimated, when I asked why it is double, the front desk lady Sandy said, you had 2 surfaces.I told her it’s one tooth one surfaces. Then she asked, they didn’t tell you inside it’s going to be two surfaces, I replied no. Sandy went in and brought Dr. Lee assistant Careena outside to the front desk and Careena tried to explain how the were two surfaces or bigger cavity and left. Sandy repeated that there are four walls of the teeth and there can be more charges. So why not tell me when they looked at it in the first place or while they looked at it for the second time. Felt like I got ripped off. They done this to me before. They estimate one and even tho you check with them multiple times and they having all the information will come up with a way to charge you extra. I don’t think I will be returning.

Had a visit for basic cleaning. As soon I met Cathy, right off the bat I knew it was going to be a easy visit. She is easy to talk to and the most gentle hygienist I have ever dealt with. Not one time did I feel pain. I even told her I felt like I had a mouth massage haha. Definitely going back and asking for her.....

Im surprised to see they have got 4.9 rating on google reviews. I consulted with Dr Freedman for myself and with Mcilveen for my kids for about 4 years, Ever since they become Go Smiles their service doesnt seem to be patients health focused and needless to say what their focus is. I got an estimate for two surface filling and ended up paying for three surface filling which I came to know only on receiving the bill. They couldnt give any reasonable answer why it was not informed to me upon completing the treatment, not sure they just want to extract money. Not worth going there if you are looking for great dental care at an affordable cost.

Our family has been going to this dental practice for almost 20 years, and the new management has not been a good change. First they made an appointment for me on a day when my dentist, Dr. Freedman (whos great), wasnt even present - and the substitute who showed up, Dr. Raad, after spending about 3 minutes with me, actually refused to apply a sealant like my dentist had been doing to prevent further decay. She said she was too busy. Then when my son went, they tried to charge him extra for a new cancer check (hes 21). Many dentists routinely do an oral exam for tongue cancer which is part of the preventive maintenance but its a 20-second exam. Seems like GoSmiles is trying to add new unnecessary services they can charge for. I have lost confidence in this practice in the past year and will be exploring other options.

Weve been taking our kids here since they were in preschool. This was the one dental office where my daughter didnt leave in tears and wasnt terrified when she was little. Theres a kid-friendly movie always playing, and a small nook with video games.We love it so much here that my husband and I are going to start going as well. The staff are friendly and organized, and everyone here is wonderful. HIGHLY recommend.

This practice and the staff are absolutely fantastic!! The atmosphere is extremely clean and pleasant. The modern technology they use made the entire process efficient and thorough. This is, by far, the best dental practice I’ve seen! They also have a children’s office below this one. I’ll definitely be back for my toddler’s checkup and the rest of the family.

My family and I have been using this practice for over 12 years and we have been thrilled with the doctors and staff!! Dr. Freedman has provided me outstanding dental service especially recently during an infection from gum graft surgery. Her caring and supportive attitude was extremely helpful with getting the situation under control and coordinating with multiple doctors. She also made me a new retainer to correct a gap when my 30 year old retainer stopped working!! The kids transitioned from the pediatric side to the adult practice recently and Dr Raad has been fantastic with them! Dawn and new hygienist Bruce are great too!! Love this practice!!

I am a senior and have not had a serious dental problem, ever, until the pandemic hit. Dentists were, for the most part, not receiving patients, and thats when my lower molar decided to break in half. A dentist, new to me at Go Smiles, said I needed not one but two permanent crowns. Thats when I started to sweat.I had two appointments with Dr. Ehardy and was soon won over by his quiet manner, his expertise, his explanations of his every move and his stringent attention to detail. Two very efficient assistants followed each of his directions quickly but always gently and the whole process of getting my teeth repaired and returning me to my regular diet was so much smoother than I could have imagined it would be. We have been coming to the practice for 10 years, prior to it becoming GoSmiles. The transition was seamless. Our son is on the autism spectrum and is quite anxious about visits to the dentist. Dental Hygienist Cary (she is from the Gainesville office, currently helping out in Herndon) was very thorough with her cleaning, she put in lot of extra effort to clean stains on my front teeth. Dr. Freedman is wonderful! She took my impressions for teeth whitening and showed me exactly how to prepare the trays at home. Dr. Freedman and her assistant Bri also filled my cavity which was (sadly) very large and needed immediate attention. I felt comfortable throughout the process and it was nearly painless!
