Superb. Everyone I know likes him a lot. Kind, enthusiastic, a good listener, and very helpful. He went above and beyond what I was hoping for. Id heard a lot of good reviews and I now I see why. Definitely recommend. It also helps that hes part of the UNC Hospital systems which provides a good online interface, solid network, and good resources.
