I applied for a position with the company and was offered a position. I had applied for one position but was asked if I would want my different position that I would be well suited for. Due to COVID and wanting to get back to work it didn’t matter to me. I am a single mom with two special needs children autistic and ADHD. I even had to cancel one of my child’s therapy session to be able to take the job. So my autistic son is now on a wait list to receive therapy. I had emailed a question about the position because I could have sworn that I was offered the second choice of the position rather then the first option. However it is difficult to get a hold of anyone. No one on the company has a direct phone line. It is just the main number and extension and you leave a voicemail. A professional business always has the name of the person, business address, and direct phone number of contact. A couple of days later I receive an email due to asking a couple of questions that the position was rescinded. I canceled my sons therapy session so he is now a wait list, and I am back looking for another job. I was over qualified for the position but needed a job that was remote.Warning do not do business with this company. I have even encountered other mothers who had therapy with My Left Foot and they said it was terrible.You can see in my pictures how unprofessional they are.

Worst office staff I’ve ever experienced in a doctors office. Not rude. Just literally no help at all. I will not be bringing my daughter here

I go to two different locations for my childs O.T. therapy. Debbie and Katie are nice and gentle with my child. Debbie has more experience and has helped me with my questions and concerns, even printed and emailed me videos of the exercises to do at home too. Front desk staff are nicer and patient with me. Highly recommend! Way better than early interventions..

Been to 3 other OT places and we are happy here.

This clinic does wonders for children. My best friend took her son there when he was 6 because he was speaking with a lisp. After several months working with Sharon he improved tremendously. They are diligent in their care but also patient and kind. I would recommend My Left Foot to anyone seeking therapy services for children simply because I have seen the results and know how much the staff there touched the lives of my friend and her son. They will be forever grateful!

Cant speak for myself but I was talking to my coworker about childrens therapy since a great deal of my friends have recently graduated from their respective programs and will be entering the field.Her younger sister has been a loved patient at My Left Foot for years now for speech therapy and she raves about how caring and effective the therapists are at the center. She also loves the special events that they throw for the kids and families because it takes it to that next level of care and familiarity. Just wanted to leave a quick review for a place thats doing wonders for others! Happy to hear that great places like this exists for the kiddies.

If I could leave zero Stars I would. I called this morning in order to schedule my child for speech therapy I was told by whomever was answering the phone that she would need a referral from her primary care physician. I explained to the lady who answered the phone that that should not be the case if my child has PPO insurance and should not be required to have a referral to see a specialist she informed me that regardless of what type of insurance she had they would need a referral or the insurance company would not pay.I explained that I would call and double-check with the insurance and she said fine I did call and double-check the insurance did inform me that she did not need a referral in order to be seen by a specialist just as I had previously stated to the person who answered the phone when I called back and let whomever was answering the phone know that the insurance had confirmed that my daughter did not in fact need a referral I was told that regardless of what the insurance company requires the doctors office itself would require a referral or would not schedule her.I do feel him that it is extremely unprofessional to force a five-year-old child to go to an unnecessary doctors appointment when a specialist should be more than qualified in diagnosing a speech delay in fact they should be more qualified than a primary care physician when it comes to diagnosing things that fall within the realm that they themselves specialize in. she did become extremely indignant and upset with me when I did explain that I felt that I could possibly find a more qualified office if The specialist that they employ would rather have a primary care physician diagnose their patients than themselves it shows lack of confidence in their own diagnosis. I myself and an insurance coordinator in a dental office and I would never force a patient to have an unnecessary appointment it drives up the cost of healthcare in general as well as goes against the Hippocratic oath. you dont force the five-year-old to be poked and prodded and go in for multiple visits when she already sees her primary care physician as often as she supposed to she also has speech delay classes in school and sees her neurologist regularly for her seizure disorder which again was not diagnosed by her primary care physician but her neurologist there was no referral needed for that because her neurologist did not force her to have unnecessary appointments with her primary care physician. I will be finding another office then it has more qualified staff and most certainly less rude staff.

My cousin took her child to My Left Foot Childrens Therapy. The therapists are so wonderful. They really take the time to connect with the kids. Everyone is really friendly. This clinic has been a big help in improving childrens lives. I was just so impressed at hos diligent, caring, and helpful everyone was.

My Left Foot Children’s Therapy has the best feeding therapy in Las Vegas. My Sister took her son their when he was 2 was years old because he had a problem holding a spoon. She took him to My Left Foot Children’s Therapy for the food therapy program at their clinic. Everyone there is great with kids. Her son was happy the whole time. My Nephew now after receiving the food therapy program can eat with a spoon in his hand. My Left Foot Children’s Therapy is the best place to bring your kid they make great things happened.

I am waiting for someone in the front desk for 15mins. I tried calling or knocking on the wall but NOBODY attended me! what a poor service

I am here to tell you this is an amazing program, my neighbors child has advanced so quickly and he speaks with no stutter and no lisp. I recommend “Left Foot Children’s Therapy” to everyone! I have watched Beth struggle with Travis and his dramatic lisp and slight stutter, Beth could not seem to correct it herself with all of the time and effort she put forth to help her child correct it. I know from having a child no parent want their child to become self conscience or be made fun of so you keep trying and trying to work with them for results. Left Foot Children’s Therapy made it happen! I’m impressed :) Thank you for reading:)

The lady at the front desk is incompetent! How do you drive into work everyday but can’t give simple directions? We arrive late for an appt only to be turned away okay fine everyone has a schedule they need to stick too however when we ask to reschedule and you tell me you have no openings and no idea when we can make another appt???

After stringing us along for EIGHT MONTHS of waiting - because they are greedy and accept every applicant - then have little to no availability to actually schedule you!!! And only schedule 2 weeks out! The two appointments we went to, each day I witnessed a therapist quit on the spot and walked out! One therapist had quit immediately before my daughters appointment and they counted it as a strike against me! And although insurance pays for appointments, they are going to charge me out of pocket for a cancelled appointment? Poorly poorly run facility and business.

The therapists are great, the administrative staff mediocre. They say they take new patients but be prepared to wait wait wait to even be evaluated then wait again to get hopefully a regular appointment weekly. If you have lots of time and lots of flexible, the therapists are great. If not, check elsewhere first.

Took 4 weeks for them to even look at my referral and that’s only because I called them up and made the first initial contact. Two weeks after that to even get an appt and at a location I didn’t even wanna go to since it was over 40 minutes from my home but they claimed that was the only location I could go to which turned out to be a lie. The lady at the front desk is useless she can’t schedule appts and doesn’t even know when the next availabile appt is???? Fool me once shame on you fool me twice I’m not even giving them the option! You are at the front desk yet can’t give simple directions, can’t schedule appts, and can’t answer simple questions. I bet she knows what time her shift starts and ends. Only there for a paycheck and it shows!

After just been there for 2 months. they said my son needed to be seen 3-2 times a week for PT & 2 times for OT, but every time we tried to schedule they have no one available. because apparently they see so many kids. its unbelievable. if we tried to cancel an appointment theyd say Itd be marked as an event, or we would need to pay them 25$ out of our pockets as if theyre not already billing the insurance. Ive never heard of that in my life. They are greedy and take advantage of parents. now we gotta look for a different place that ACTUALLY cares about the progress my son makes. someone needs to report this fraudulent ppl. is sickening. Im surprised theyre still open. some of the ladys at the front desk are clueless. & some even sound like they simply dont care. we basically wasted 2 months with these ppl. Ive heard bad reviews about this place, but now Ive experienced it on my own.

On a recent trip to Las Vegas I had the pleasure of visiting My Left Foot Childrens Therapy.The customer service I received from this clinic is excellent.When I called to schedule an appointment for my sons speech difficulty they scheduled me for the very next day.The speech and language pathologists that are on staff are very good,Especially Sharon who did a wonderful job working with my son,she is very professional.The sessions my son is having done is improving his speech.My insurance was excepted without any problems.I am very happy with the care this office provided.I will be using their services in the future.I would recommend this clinic for therapy services.

They are great with the kids. A few times they cut our time short but Ive seen improvement with O.T. Ive been waiting on the waiting list for speach for over 2yrs and still nothing

They won’t take my insurance but will take Medicare. I have Medicare from the Katy Beckett Foundation and they claim if it was primary they can see her but since she isnt they can’t. It’s frustrating. (I just put a 5 because I don’t think it’s fair to rate them when I didn’t receive any service but I would like a reason why my insurance and others are not taken compared to those that are.)

After my son spent the first year of his life on a feeding tube, we decided to bring him to My Left Foot Childrens Therapy for speech therapy. Not only were they extremely professional but the environment was fun and he even made new friends with other children. We still take him for social classes and he looks forward to it every time.

Horrible costumer services!!!!!!Scheduling and insurance department are the worse people.If you dont like your job, what you do, just quit.
