This place is a really nice gym. But it is a shame that they are requiring you to be masked again. This is ridiculous. I can barely breath with that thing on and working out. I dont suggest wasting your time with a company that participates in medical discrimination. Dont be a sheep.

The gym itself is AMAZING! They have everything you need to meet your fitness goals. Staff are helpful and the gym is always clean! I love it there!

LOVE this gym!!!!!!! Very clean, open and Airy. Tons of wonderful classes to choose from. They have a separate area just for the ladies. The protein shakes are absolutely phenomenal. But for me personally the best part was taking Pilates with Judy. I have been working out for 30 years in all kinds of classes and she is hands down one of the best teachers I have ever had! Shes got a great personality and her classes are not only fun but extremely informative and safe.

I really love this place. Newest branch in the city. I live 2 blocks away, 5 minute drive. No complaints about their staff. Good amount of equipment. They dont bother you with a lot of sales talk (main reason why I couldnt force myself to go to the gym a few years ago).

Lisa A. was the Yoga teacher for the Vinyasa Yoga Flow Class. Lisa is a caring and courteous instructor. She gives cues and demonstrates movements so that you easily transition from pose to pose. I definitely recommend any class she instructs.

My niece called me crying that her locker was broken into and the staff was not helpful. I called Henderson police to file a report, as the officer was filling her report a staff member came out to let the officer know that there was 3 more people inside wanting to report same thing. Officer also mentioned that he had to file a report last week on the same issue. Not sure why the club is not doing anything about it?

Every location is a little different and I like this one a lot. It lays out intuitively and theres plenty of room between equipment and stations. Great water facilities, locker rooms, and showers. The clientele is well-balanced between youth and seniors. And its nice to see that most of the members here re-rack their weights and strip the bars down.

Been coming here off and on for more than a decade and its honestly my favorite place to be. I love their daycare providers, I dont trust my kids with anyone else. The only thing I would say is for them to drop the prices of the smoothies, but I know its been hard times.

Yes it’s a great gym, this location is specifically the cleanest in my opinion, but be sure to read the fine print because they definitely will get your money in anyway possible.

The BEST place to work out, train and meet new people! The Juice Bar has an EXCELLENT selection of green juice to fruit filled smoothies and healthy choice meals. The nutritional classes on Saturday with James are also educational, informational and highly do-able. If your just starting out and wont go to the gym often I suggest a monthly membership at $25 not a year commitment at $32.

Ive been a member of LVAC for 5+ years and love everything about the company! From Friendly and knowledgeable staff to the amount of various machines they have. LVAC is the best gym in Las Vegas!!

I joined, to loose weight and gain self. This is the beginning of a new adventure to a better me. Nice, clean place, friendly atmosphere and attitudes from staff as well as the other clients that come here to use their equipment.I signed up for a 2 year program...come exercise for a new and better YOU!

The facility is nice and clean. But the corporate office doesnt really help at all. During the pandemic I needed to cancel my membership because my aunt who is high risk couldnt have the exposure so I couldnt not utilize the gym even after the soft reopen. They told me I had to provide a doctors not stating the high risk condition, which I did. Then they said, I would you have to be the one with the high risk, it doesnt count for those who live with me. As a compromise I ask if my account could be put on hold as Covid-19 made everything difficult and the extra expense wasnt helping and they wouldnt cancel my account. They agreed saying it would apply starting the following month which was August. I have been charged every month since that call. Again the Henderson gym is nice, clean, has a good amount of machines and great atmosphere. But once you since a contract not even a pandemic will get you help.

If you’re planning to live in Vegas don’t sweat the contract. I’m already out of mine and I know I’ve made the best choice for my gym needs. Recovery is just as important as the training and LVAC offers the best for both. This location is brand new and has a few new machines, one I’ve added as one of my photos. I’m thinking about upgrading myMembership since I’m here so much to get the absolute most for my experience.

It is bright, open, and clean.Theres a ton of equipment at most of the locations. Even during the busiest times, I am still able to use the equipment I need to get a good workout in.Lvac includes a full schedule of classes, cool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, and a womens only gym. Seems like management at this location doesn’t care about 90% of the people not wearing a mask. we should have the option to pause our get refunded for our membership since LVAC doesn’t care much about COVID.

This is the crown jewel of all the LVACs. I live on the opposite side of town and make the drive at least once a week.

Super nice LVAC gym off the 95 and Russell near Sunset Station. Very clean gym with wide open layout, cool staff and juice bar. This is one of the largest gym in Vegas with an indoor track and a womens gym also inside. If you are an LVAC member, you should try this gym if you havent before. Gym has similar design to 215 & Flamingo LVAC gym.

It has good equipment but they have too many members so its hard to get a full workout in on the equipment you want.

The best new LVAC facility! Wow more cars parked here than a mall but didnt feel crowded at all. All my machines are always available and if not Im always next in line. The machines are very well maintained and everything is very nicely spaced out.

Never ending problem with playroom and vaccinations. People working there do not comunicate and educate each other about customers. Almost every single time we have to waste our scheduled time there until they talk with each other that we are good to go and my daughter is good with vaccines. My girl is going to kindergarden and never had this issue. Even involving general manager is still the same thing. You will say people just trying to so their job? Seriously? I do to! But I never put my customers in this position almost every single time because I communucate with my co workers. This is ridiculous.

The gyms are very nice and clean. Worth the basic membership completely. But dont join for the extras. Their marketing team is headquartered in Hell. Dont plan on getting a free smoothie unless you walk there with the person signing your contract because you need to show them a copy that I didnt receive. I got my member card and a few free gym passes that staff will find any reason to reject unless the person you bring signs up right there and then. Ive been turned around from every employee Ive talked to because they must have a disclaimer statement a million pages long they dont show you. Its a 25 month long contract so if you are the type to quit, move, or have health problems.... Save the stress and plan on forfeiting the monthly cost until the end.Tldr: Great gym but dont fall for all the bells and whistles. The less you talk to the staff the happier you will be.

Just got done with a gym tour and the tour ladies didnt care telling others about pulling up their mask. And most employee at the front desk seems to be on their cell phone vs helping out others. Dont waste your money here. we might just catch covid19 while these employee are on their cell phones.

The facility is great, but there is no one monitoring the floor regarding careless individuals not wearing masks. New variants of Covid that are more contagious are on the rise. Again great gym, just not a safe place to work out during these trying times.

Your club is totally great. To bad that gym participants who use the wet area especially the steam room and dry sauna dont like to follow the rules and go into the rooms with their workout clothes and shoes and the manager can only do so much about it.

24 hour fitness is way better if your looking for an uninterruptible workout. The machines are always full with guests mostly mingling

My friend invited me to goto the gym with him today. he gave me this card to use and I received bad customer service experience with your company. It was my first time going to this gym location. I used to have a membership in 2000 that was over 20 years ago. This young lady Mariela seemed like she was more interested in signing me up than giving me chance to workout and see if this gym was right for me. she told me that I was unable to use this pass because I already was a guest 20 years ago. She told me if i cared about my health enough I should sign up which was very disrespectful. So I ended up wasting $20 to use the gym for an hour. She didnt even try to let me use the gym. I know you guys have the power to let me use the gym and if you read the card it says Entitles one or two guests to full use of the facilities for the first visit only. I have never used this facility or been to any of your gyms since 2000 when i used to have a membership and I was never a guest I was a paying customer. Its not about the money but the customer service was terrible. Your employees are an extension of your brand and its vital to the success of your company. I was thinking about getting a membership too but the way I was treated today and how she belittled me bc I didnt get the membership really derailed any desires that I had to join your gym. My friend who has been a member for 4 years was asked to upgrade his membership so I can try out the gym for a day. Which doesnt make any sense. I dont want her to get in trouble but I want her to get better training in customer service. Respect and showing a little empathy towards people goes a long way.

I’ve never had a bad experience until today. Marisol the “supervisor” at the location for the kids club was not helpful whatsoever and very combative. Instead of offering me help she shut me down and didn’t even want to offer options. Horrible horrible customer service especially knowing the circumstances. I come to the gym everyday and bring my kids and I’ve never had an employee not want to help.

The Yoga for beginners was lovely. The instructions were quite clear. Some of the poses were difficult for me because I am heavier than most average humans. Corrina, the Yoga Instructor was able to help me alter some positions to suit my effort of stretching my inner core. Thank you for your help Corrina. Youre doing a fantastic job.

When signing up for two memberships I specifically asked the sales guy if theres a cancellation fee because we were not going to be in the area for very long and he informed us that as long as were outside 25 miles of any of the gyms and we have proof of new residence there would be no cancellation fee. I just moved to a different state let them know and verified the new address and was given a $50 cancellation fee and was told that there was never any sort of no cancellation fee. I spent 2 years in Henderson Nevada everybody is scheming conniving just trying to pull one over on every single consumer.

This location is probably one of the worst ones in terms of not enforcing the mask mandate.No one actually walks around from management to enforce it.The comment responding to it might claim it, but they dont.Ive emailed corporate last week, was told they forwarded it to the management here, and no change.Pretty disappointing.Sure we are getting vaccines, but if LVAC didnt take COVID seriously, dont expect them to at the next global health crisis.Go somewhere else that cares more about the health of their guests than cash flow.

Love this gym!! It’s huge which is especially great during these covid times. Enough space to not feel like ppl are on top of you. The layout of this gym is great. They have all the equipment you could ask for. I also love how many cleaning stations there are around the gym.

Very nice gym. However, I did order from the juice bar and the girl working it was not nice at all. I almost felt like an inconvenience.

Theres so much going on at this gym, the amount of equipment there is insane so its a little hard to navigate your way around the building, I feel like I need to take a walk around the whole thing and look at all the options before I start. Its just my personal preference to have a smaller gym.

Great Facilities,all the amenities you could ever imagine in strength building equipment! All the staff was very friendly and professional. I signed up for 2 years at an average $18.00 a month,most reasonable. The Juice Bar selection of Smoothies was very healthy and delicious,a little pricey but worth it once in a while😋

Its not as great as it used to be it used to be that you can freeze your account and go out of the country or take time off if you needed and I was OK with that even if they charge me but now I feel like every single time I walk through their door theres a fee

Possibly the best location of LVAC. Always kept clean, the staff is great, quick service at the juice bar, and during these times your safety is certainly a priority. I tend to stray off to other locations depending on whos my partner for the day, but I always end up back here for any and all personal sessions.

After over a month still no response from corporate office for your company. I have expressed greatly my concern for my husband and our child both with heart conditions and the deadly risk it would be to continue going to the gym and have received no answer. But have very easily kept charging me for the bill and over charging me at that. I went to the gym today to talk to a manager and again he couldnt help me because its handled by corporate but he told me I was right about the overcharge. You would think a corporate company of your size would be concerned about human life especially now in these times but you are not at all and I am so very disappointed and will go to the fullest extent to make sure my family is taken care of even if I have to get a lawyer.

This place is so gorgeous and I dont know how for how affordable it is. Everything is still brand new even a year after opening. Staff is friendly and they sanitize the equipment often.

Even with the COVID guidelines there were plenty of machines available. The staff was super friendly and had a great workout.

I had called inquiring information on a membership that included the drop off childcare and was told that they would be accepting childcare again in two weeks. So I had gone in, spoke to the person who signed me up and he again clarified that I would be able to take my son in two weeks once the childcare opened again. Two weeks came and passed and I called to speak to someone asking again when it would be that child care would be open because I was informed it would which is why I decided to change my membership from Planet Fitness to LVAC. I was rudely greeted by a women on the phone notifying me that I need to call the health department to ask them? So being a non confrontational person I am, I let it go. Today I went in and asked if I could change my add one and just take them off since I was lied to, probably for the commission, and they told me that I would have to resign a contract. The contracts are outrageous there! I did not sign for 24+ months and decided to do month to month which required me to pay between 150-200$ start up. So then they told me that I would have to pay that AGAIN to be able to take something off my account that was placed there by a lying member of their team. Very displeased with this and especially with everything happening to the economy you would think that the person who signed my up wouldn’t be looking out to be selfish and trying to catch a commission but be a decent human to tell me the truth. I will be calling corporate to talk about the situation further but I feel others should know that they need to be careful when signing up to this gym and company.

Brand new gym! Women’s only area is downstairs, along with the locker rooms and pool area. They even have a women’s only sauna and steam room. Upstairs has everything, including an indoor track. The play room is huge!

Staff member dont fully wear their mask

At 4 pm yesterday the gym was packed and very few people were wearing masks. They definitely need to have no mask no entry rules in place. They could get fined or lose license. Went back this morning and social distancing and masks were all good.

Loved it. Signed up today with Jo. She was fantastic. She gave me a tour and explained all the options. I would definitely recommend this place. Ask for Jo shes my favorite.

No ones puts away their weights they are little princesses. I didnt I was in the presense of royalty. Management does nothing to rectify the issue. Also, why take my card for a towel? Does that not go against this whole pandemic?

Amazing gym. Excellent vibe and fantastic equipment.

Only 3 squat racks and 2 deadlift platforms. Always a 15+ minute wait to use them. If you go at peak times expect to wait 30+ minutes. Very inefficient for a brand new gym this size. With a little planning they could’ve fit 2-3x the number of deadlift and squat racks in the same space.

Love this location. Super clean. Ray the Manager is fantastic, such a great person.

I love coming to this gym! The trainers(especially mine!), the staff and the many people who work out here are all friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful! There is plenty of equipment… I rarely have to wait. I feel blessed to be able to come here to improve my health several times a week! Thank you all so very much…
