Loving this gym! To start, I had a bit of a misunderstanding over membership fees with the gentleman who signed me up. However, the manager, Joseph, really turned it around for me. He adjusted my monthly fee and got it straightened out. I’m a mom of young kids and getting to the gym is difficult, but the kids playground area is the answer to my problems!! It’s clean and fun for my girls, plus the staff, specifically Mary and Nellie, are so awesome and comforting with my girls! My youngest would cry when I left her there in the beginning and now she goes right in with her sister. Mary and Nellie really help her (and me) transition so mom could get a little workout in. Now, I’m losing baby weight and getting some much needed mental health time, as well. It seems small but anyone who is a parent knows the importance of quality child care and convenience when it comes to the gym. I really appreciate Joseph, Mary, and Nellie. You guys don’t even realize but you’re sure making my life easier! Thanks!

This review is for the childcare. My kids (2 and 4) are always so happy to go inside the facility. Meri, Nelli and Dennis are always so sweet and kind when I drop them off. My 2yr old is definitely a mama’s boy, so him running to go play says a lot! I definitely feel safe leaving my kids with them. And I love that it’s always a clean environment!Thank you for being so amazing and taking such good care of my kids while I can enjoy my workout, worry free and do something for myself.

I would NOT recommend this one. I prefer gyms that are very transparent about their fees, that doesnt make canceling a pain, and that arent super pushy. I called in August and the guy who answered the phone said that my account would be canceled (also never gave me his/their name). Well, dont trust them because its October now and my account is still going, unfortunately. I only started going to this gym because it was a convenient place for my friends and I to get a workout together after work. Our hours changed and it wasnt possible anymore so I started going to a gym closer to where I lived. But I never should have started with this gym. They were very pushy about everything when trying to sign up. Ive been working out for a long time now, and while I agree that personal training is helpful, I definitely didnt need or want it. Didnt stop the person who I was signing up with from grabbing their personal trainer who tried to critique my workout plan and convince me to sign up for personal training. The gym itself is fine, has all the equipment you could need. If it isnt too crowded when you go that is. The only time that I felt like I had enough space to get a workout in was at 2am, any other time and the place was packed regardless of the day. Overall, very disappointing and frustrating experience. Pro tip: if youre transfered to their automated billing to cancel, make sure you say cancel your account even though its not one of the responses listed out.

Thank you ( management) for taking the time to respond, this shows a genuine interest in maintaining the quality of your service. I want to highlight the excellent work that the staff is providing. The reception team always shows a positive attitude with a welcoming smile. I also want to emphasize the service of the kids club staff, they have been helpful and kind, entertaining and educating the children with fun activities.In addition, I have had the opportunity to enjoy a couple of directed classes. The instructors have been nice and professional. To mention, I have attended the Body Combat class on Thursday mornings a couple of times, the instructor has implemented techniques that not only strengthen the body, but are also enjoyable.Thank you again EOS team.

Google says not too busy but its absolutely crowded because the gym is small and they put a huge ladder in the middle, the space could be used much better, theres no free device, you cant complete a workout, its not worth the Too bad, Ill have to change gyms.

I had this place as 5 star but have dropped it. Something has recently changed, and the gym seems to be struggling to maintain equipment and cleanliness. I also use an EoS opened more recently, and there are no issues there. Dont neglect the older gyms.

Play environment lots of machines available great staff and I recommend joining their personal trainer plan its pretty awesome.

Long story short,I had my membership for 6 months and went through 4 trainers with absolutely no warning! Mind you some of the trainers will cancel on the same day of your appointment. They’d say I have a meeting, I can’t train you today we have too reschedule and I’ve missed days due to their negligent behavior and was not compensated. After the 4th trainer, I was fed up and went to the manager Ben and let him know that I wanted too cancel, and why? He said ok put your 30 day notice in and we’ll cancel. No apologies about how I was tossed around and mislead from day 1 It’s been hell. AT ALL GYMS NOT JUST EOS! Where are people’s integrity these days? They get you signed up and all they see is $$$$’s and forget about you. Also, they still try to pull my money out of my account even though I canceled!! Good thing I was 2 steps ahead and canceled my card… if not that would have been another headache trying to get a refund. 🙄FYI: just be aware

I like the gym, it is always busy regardless what time you go but I am actually writing this review only because I have to rave about the child care staff. HUGE shout out to Dennis, Ian, Nelly, and Meri. I honestly can’t say enough good things about all of them. I was so nervous about taking my baby to daycare but they all treat her like their own child! They’re all patient and so incredibly good with all of the children! I wish management would put a tip jar out for them so parents can pay them extra! They are amazing and am so grateful they work there!!!

I never used my membership once. i called and told them i had to cancel because i lost my job and moved out of state. the man on the phone said not to worry, i wouldn’t get billed again. they still ended up charging me $100 on my last check. i’m a single mother and they took the last of my money and said couldn’t do anything for me even though i have this special circumstance. i have many friends that use this gym, and they are all canceling now because of this terrible service.

Very unkept, not the cleanest. Especially during covid they should do a better job at ridding rust residue and dirt by the drinking fountains. Bring your own water or but bottled water there, recommended. Location is small but efficient. Staff is friendly but trainers aren’t the most knowledgeable but still good enough if your into to training/lifting.

Nice gym, clean. This is one of the EOS gyms that got more squat racks in the past couple years.

First time at this gym. There is a lot good things about this location but the main one it’s monthly payment , make me happy cause of no contract .

After talking with the manager about the lack of cleanliness and self-cleaning supplies, you would think he would have someone rush and fill up the cleaning solution bottles or re-stock the empty paper towel holders OR one would think that since we are just out of a pandemic, that they would have an employee wipe them down to protect customers from getting sick. I watched for a at least 15 minutes and no one was fulfilling my request of cleaning supplies for the members. The bathroom toilets are not good either.

They told me to email them and they would make it right, still no response almost a week later. They’re only posting that under reviews to make themselves look good.

Unfortunately I cannot go back here due to the mask mandate is not enforced AT ALL. Employees & clients with masks under their nose or on their chins. Seriously useless. No wonder we are still in the mess we are in!

This gym is very awesome There are friendly people friendly staff and it’s a over all good environment. Then you can’t beat the price 10$ a month

SAL AND DAMIAN are just amazing! They great me every single weekday morning with a smile and always tell me to have a great workout. Once I even lost the cap to my hydro flask inside of the stair machine and Sal took the time to get it out of there and had it waiting for me the very next morning I came in! Thank you for having two guys up front who help set the tone for my workout and also my morning. Small town feel in a big town gym

My guess this is one of the original EoS Fitness Clubs. It was initially a Golds Gym (before converting to EoS) for many years, and it still looks like the original Golds except for the name. Ive been to this club many times and find most of the weights and machines appear twenty years old, maybe older, i.e., dumbbells, Smith Machines, and Life Fitness machines. Luckily this isnt my primary EoS club. Its not particularly pleasant to work out here for several reasons. First is the inadequate ventilation. The bathrooms are in desperate need of updating as they are old and dilapidated. The [mens] bathroom also wreaks of body fluids and is very unpleasant. Probably this is in part due to the poor ventilation, especially in the summer months.The space at this EoS is more than adequate. If the company ever gets around to updating this club, weights, and machines, it might very well be a pretty decent place to work out.RECOMMENDED: There are better EoS available.SERVICE: Fair to midland.PRICE: $COVID: Does not practice adequate pandemic procedures.PARKING: Difficult to park when busy.REASON/INTENT: Fitness club

Micah was literally the most helpful gym rep I’ve EVER worked with this evening! My hubby and I had our landlord sell our condo out from underneath us, and in the matter of a week we had to pick up and move 40 minutes away from our nearest EOS! I’m super duper sad to leave since I’ve loved taking cycle classes 5 days a week here. But Micah literally made my cancellation process a total dream, so much so that if we move again closer to an EOS or y’all open one up in Boulder City I’ll absolutely sign up to work out with y’all again! Thanks a million again Micah! You were seriously the best phone call I’ve had throughout our INSANE moving process!! :)

It’s way too hot inside, The thermostat outside Cinema room showed 77 deg F around 1045 am (7/25/21). A week ago it was 79. Mentioned it to front desk couple times in the last 1-2 weeks.

This is by far my favorite gym to go to, the equipment is always nice, they keep things clean, and the staff is amazing. I started going at 4 am and the two guys who work the front desk are hands down the best. Sal and Damian are always friendly, remember your name, and ready to help you out with whatever you need. Overall great place, I’d never switch gyms

Ive been coming here for about 2 months already. Have been to other EOS locations, but I like the layout and amenities of this location just a bit more. Ex: cinema cardio room, serenity room. Have to award them on their cleanliness. I usually spend about 2-3 hrs here working out, and I will always see someone coming by and maintaining the trash and sanitizing bottles at least once if not twice during my visits. All the members do their part of wiping down equipment, and everyone is courteous and peaceful to each other. This is a really good gym. It can get congested tho. But good gyms usually are.

First time this location. Newer equipment makes a great workout !

Half the men plus an employee wearing masks under their chins which bothered me. I brought it to their attention and they were dismissive, rude.

Add some administrative issues regarding my account they had accidentally confused my account with my sons account who has a membership there Put his information on my account they were able to fix it to Monday.But the staff was kind and courteous..

Super friendly staff and very well-kept gym equipment! Feels like a home away from home :) Especially with the workers Micah and Damian on the night shift, they are always extremely friendly and helpful and make the experience much more enjoyable from start to finish. In addition, the gym follows all current covid laws and regulations and is still able to create a good environment for fitness even in these uncertain times. I came to this location in hopes of a transformation. They are persistent when setting you up with a free one time training session and will have two team members approach you afterwards in a high pressured conversation on getting you too commit to one of their trainers which I did!!! $128.00 every two weeks they take from my account plus the monthly gym membership fee mind you I already told them coming in before 8am is what I can work with!!! I am logged into work Monday thru Friday 8am-6pm and yet no one has tried to reach out and work around my schedule and every time I have made it to a session it was because I called, texted and made a time during my work hours to train. My trainer never reaches out to me. They never motivate me to come in and train. They’ve never even reached out to say “Hey where you at, I haven’t seen you this week!!!” So today I call to cancel my training membership and when I did I came across an updated membership I didn’t sign off on... additional $60 for an extra day of training which I’m not even getting the first one done!!! After learning that. The manager goes on to tell me he can cancel the update but needs a 30 day notice before he can fully cancel the update. So therefore I will be charged $60 a week for the next 30 days for no reason all because they want to collect more money!!!! This place is scam when it comes to training memberships!!! Don’t be a fool!!! I’ve learned my lesson!!!!! STILL NEED A TRAINER 😡

I have been going to the EōS on Stephanie mostly mornings, the morning crew, Sal and Damien, are always very helpful and friendly. They walk out in the club and keep the club clean. They keep patrons covid compliant and I’ve been very happy since I changed to this gym.

I went in there to just get some quotes and I end up leaving with a a black membership and a trainer... They were super sweet , helpful and they didnt judge me whatsoever... they were compassionate to me and very understanding

Gym is clean and safe! Equipment is well maintained and not out dated. Staff is kind and courteous as always!

Love going on a night where its not crowded. I do however feel that the serenity room needs to be cleaned/sanitized more frequently because I know that since Covid not many females have been wiping off the equipment. I have noticed that more often than not. So if I would have to use a machine after another women did and I saw that she didnt clean it I would have to. I dont mind wiping things down before and after I use them. But more people should do the same.

Just wanna give a shout-out to Micah at the front desk. He normally works nights every time I see him but he always has a great attitude and greets everyone as they come in.The staff here has been nothing but respectful to me. Went in late and spent a hour on the treadmill watching a movie.

I just have to share that I had a pleasure of being assisted by EoS Team Member Sal, I had issues with my billing information and he had taken care of it right away and rectified the issues without hesitation, he was diligent and straight to the point, his customer service skills is second to none from the other Team Members that lacked fairness, interpersonal skills and work knowledge, Sal deserve to be commended and promoted, it’s rare to find a great employee at that level I’m sure he will do great in the managerial position, by far the best employee at the Stephanie location.

They tried to upsell the trainers. That seemed to be the only thing they were interested in. They said that if I joined I would have to sit with a sales person for 10 minutes. I say sit on this✊

Never keep the paper towels stocked and the saunas always turns off so if you are looking for a sauna look somewhere else

The general manager is very unprofessional. I was waiting to see him and he took a personal phone call. He was talking to someone about hitting on a girl, got up and went into a private room ignoring me and continued his conversation. Im not going back.

Its stays busy but its not the facilities fault if so many people like em.

Good place to workout. Some machines are outdated but great for the price.

They keep it very clean which is great and they do try very hard to follow all the laws from covid. And if there is anything wrong with my account Ben, one of the managers, has always been there and worked hard to fix it which is a welcome change! Also, Kris, one of the trainers makes working out so much fun and I have seen results in just a short time!

The facility and equipment itself is great, however if you ever need to cancel your membership, the staff will simply respond we dont do that here, call this number. The number was then written on the back of a referral card. Calling the number gives you no option to cancel. If you simply cease payment, their payment collection agency (ABC financial) will send constant emails and threaten to send your balance to collection. The one manager I dealt with was pompous and only wanted to sell me personal training sessions. If you want to use this facility short term, I suggest going elsewhere.

Do not waste your time and sign up for training sessions. There was a special promo for training sessions and I was convinced to put money down to hold that price in. I cancelled it less than 24 hrs later. Ive been charged twice now for a service that I had cancelled. I made the mistake of taking Christinas word that she would handle my cancellation. I will probably have to pay fees to get out of a contract that is past its cancellation date. GET CONFIRMATION AND DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO RUSH YOU THROUGH THE CONTRACT SIGNING. HAVE THEM EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO YOU. I will not be recommending that anyone join through this location. I love this gym, equipment and the atmosphere. However, I am extremely disappointed in my sales service experience.

Love this gym. Theres no social distancing, lmao, whatsoever. Half the people inside dont wear a mask (even though its a mandatory policy). No workout equipment is being wiped down. People are going to get sick. If youre serious about your health policies and arent just opportunistic on people wanting to get a workout during a global pandemic, please enforce more stringent rules/regulations...

Favorite EoS location in the vegas/ North Vegas/ Henderson area. Have a good amount of equipment. Always clean. Friendliest staff. Dumb and Dom always have really welcoming and positive presences. Only issue for me is the layout is very strange. For example, in where cardio equipment is right in from of the whole gym but you have your back to the front door. (As if cardio isnt already discouraging enough lol) also would love to see more paper towel areas in parts of the gym so I didnt have to walk in front of a ton of people each time Im done w some equipment

Its very frustrating dealing with the team at this location. I requested to freeze my account due to covid and they kept charging my account. They also reactivated a second account that was cancelled back in January . I had to call many times to finally have someone take care of it properly. They also dont give you all the information in one phone call. For example, no one explained to me that freezing my account meant I will still be charged $5 a month until I reactivate it. The amount is not a lot. I just dont like not being informed up front. Horrible to deal with. Find another gym who will take the time to actually address your concerns.

Over a great gym for the price. Very clean, well lit, thoroughly equipped, and the staff is really nice. Michele works the graveyard shift which is usually when I go in to work out, and she always greets me and my friend with a warm welcome. She has also gone out of her way to help or assist us with whatever we need and make the whole experience that much better. Im sure the rest of the staff reflects her ethic and customer service, which to me is what matters the most at an establishment like this. So overall, a great and convenient gym. 5/5 for the price.

Crowded and messy most of the time. Masks arent always enforced. People walk around with their masks off or on their chin.

The heavy bag is poor quality. It would be convenient if there were two (or more) heavy bags

Gym is a sauna 80+ degrees !!! Thermostat is set to 72 but well over 80 as A/C has been broken over 2 weeks and Management will not fix !!! Time to find another gym !!!

I really enjoy working out here. Being around everyone also encourages me to push myself to do better. The staff is really great as well. Michele is really awesome too.

I love this gym! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I go to Danielles (Dani) and Susans Commit Dance Fitness classes on Tuesday and Wednesday. Such a powerful workout inside and out!!! I highly recommend checking them out!

Henderson location service is the worst. Ive called since August trying to get my PT canceled and I continued to receive communication that someone will call me back. They never did. On September 9th I finally spoke with the PT Manager and was told my personal training will be canceled. It is now Oct 22nd and I am still be charged bi-weekly. Im not going to the gym due to making sure I do everything I can keep my children safe during this pandemic. I have asked for Coporate number to see if they can get this canceled but the gym employees stated THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GET COPORATE NUMBER OUT BECAUSE THE COMPANY DOESN’T WANT US TO CONTACT THEM. So if you are having trouble contacting them.. this is why. But unbelievable. I will be going to the BBB so I can receive all my money back since August. Which should have never been pulled from my account with my multiple attempts to stop EOS access into my bank account.

Sal was very nice and friendly.

There isnt much social distancing being adhered to. There is someone sanitizing the machines. I feel there is a lot more people in the gym then recommended.

EOS Stephanie is doing a great job keeping machines and their facilities sanitized and safe so we can workout and stay healthy!

EOS is the best bang for your buck when it comes to a gym where you can lift heavy.

The social distancing is a joke. With every bench and machine taken and with people having to wait for things there is no way to keep 6 ft apart. They only verbally check if people have reservations, no real follow through. Once your hour reservation is done they don’t do anything to move people out. I barely see staff cleaning any more. Thinking of freezing my account as I’m starting to not feel safe going to the gym. Number of Covid-19 cases are rising, gyms need to take things seriously or they will get closed down again.

Definitely has gone downhill from last year and thanks to the GM Jason for encouraging me and the 7 other members to go find a new gym cause we found a better ,cleaner well taking care of machines friendlier staff etc. Thanks Jason again I dont know why I waited so long to do so but were in a much better place now thanks again Jason 👍

Deane is awesome and welcoming, I have been going here for the past few months he makes me feel very comfortable. EOS membership fees are reasonable and affordable, I would highly recommend this gym to my friends and family. 5 starts!!

EOS gets packed during rush hour. But if you avoid the 5-7 rush, then its an incredible gym thats big, has plenty of equipment, and is well aired. I had a membership for a year before I left Vegas but cant wait to sign up again once Im back. Their staff are friendly, respectful, and do a great job.

This is a great gym and they just got done upgrading. The people are great and the equipment they is great. I cant wait to go to the gym tomorrow.

They have me on a list for some reason, even though I’ve never been a member before. I get bombarded with calls, texts, and emails from them daily even though I’ve told them many times I will call you if I decide I want a membership. I decided to go in a few days ago because of the 1 week pass they have advertised, and their $9.99 month special and figured I can use it in combination of my other gym or cancel the other gym and make Eos the only one. The sales guy was super aggressive in trying to get me to buy a membership immediately even though I said I wanted to try it out first. I had to tell him like 4x I want to try it out before I commit to anything. Even though they bombard me with the 1 week trial I hear about for months it turned into aggravation with the sales rep and him saying I can try it out just for tonight- like he was doing me a favor, ha! Held onto my drivers license which seemed odd. Also, don’t be fooled by the 9.99 month, they charge you joining fess and annual fees, and the 9.99 is only good for one location, so if you factor everything in and recalculate you’re actually looking at around $25-35/month (depending which option you choose) over the course of 12 months for your membership. The gym was rundown and sweaty, the locker rooms were out of service so you need to go outside in a trailer to piss, talk about ghetto. And it smelled like horrible sh*t in there. Got back into the gym and it’s not all that great. I left 5 minutes after I got there and determined this place isn’t for me.

Have been trying to cancel for months, website has been broken and I’ve been hesitant to cancel in-person because I live with a vulnerable family member. I’ve been told to call abc financial and there is no clear prompt to speak to a member services representative. I emailed abc financial with no response for over 3 weeks. I finally went in-person and the manager was unhelpful and blamed me for failing to cancel despite the obvious difficulties inherent to the current situation (and ABC Financial and EoS’s problems I described). Will not be a customer in the future and do not recommend joining.

Place is always overcrowded, expect to wait in line to use equipment.

I unfortunately joined during a time of renovation so it was very busy, kind of chaotic, slightly intimidating. But the staff was always more than amazing. Will definitely consider rejoining in the future.
