Dr.Coward is an awesome eye doctor , I have seen him twice over the years and trying to get an appointment now as I speak , I have never experience any other optometry that has patience like DR. Coward ,I will prefer anyone to him

Dr. Coward him self is perfect and most of his staff is perfect but some girls on his staff have the biggest attitude on a planet

I have been going to see Dr Coward for approximately 5 or 6 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. Ive dealt with many optometrist in my time and hands down this is the most professional, cost efficient, and friendly place in town. The staff is very courteous and thorough in their work. They were punctual and although we ran into an insurance snag they were patient and worked it all out. I highly recommend Optometric Eye Site to anyone who wants a fast and courteous visit. Dr. Coward is my family eye doctor. I have been his patient for 10 years. I take my children here for their yearly exams and my parents go to him also. My duaghter was nervous to have her eyes examined and he made her laugh and she was happy after that. It is nice to have a doctor that she is happy to go see. The staff is helpful with notes and prescription refills when I have needed them. This doctor is really good with people and smart. Two thumbs up! :)

Really good experience here. They are fast and charge a lot less than the other eye doctors in the area. I called them all and found that contact lens fittings can be expensive. The prices are definitely better with Dr. Coward. I will be coming back here next year

Dr. Coward has been taking care of my familys eyes for the past 10 years and we have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Coward and his staff. My 5 year old son is very anxious at doctor visits and Dr. Cowards friendly and comforting bedside manner made him feel at ease from our first visit. My wife was seen at this office. her eyes were dialated without anyone giving her sunglasses. No one warned her of the sensitivity to light. She wrecked her vehicle in the parking lot. Also she was given Clear Care which is a peroxide contact lens cleanser without instructing her how to use it. She assumed it worked like the other solution and put it directly in her eyes. This caused her eyes to burn so bad they were swollen shut. The doctor called in a prescription of antibiotics. She missed three days of work and stayed in bed crying from the pain! So to put it this way, my wife or myself have not and will never go to this Dr. again. Worst experience for ever!

Dr. Coward is really cares. He helped me so much. Everybody around here knows he is the best.

Public should know I work a very long ways from this unprofessional doctor. I once worked close to him but not any more. He is known for making false accusations about doctors who have worked with him and I dont suggest going to him. My mother was a patient of his and I have the right to post a negative review due to her unsatisfactory visits and practice of speech. Karma will surely bite this one.
