Unprofessional and very poor service. Got my prescription wrong even after I told him it wasn’t clear. Didn’t have samples in stock in the prescription strength I needed. Would never return to this place.

Had several eye exams here over the years and always had a great experience. This year is the first year when I need reading glasses and the optometrist was very patient explaining all the terms and the different options I have. I will keep this office as my familys go to place for eye exams.

Staff was good enough, kind and professional. But Dr. Vi was whole another story. She was beyond excellent. Her compassion, friendliness and sweetness blew me away. I care a lot about my doctor being compassionate, beside being professional. Shes both, and beyond on both. What a sweet, wonderful doctor she is. Must love Dr. Vi. Thank you for such a great experience and see you soon.

The office staff are always friendly and Dr. Peterson is great. Very gentle and always explains everything thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Peterson and his staff are awesome. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Peterson took extra time to explain the effect that my chronic illness is having on my eyes and helped make recommendations on how to manage my overall health. We will continue to be patients at this office.

My glasses broke last night (one of the handles), I went over to Sams Club and was told that it could not be repaired. The lady there referred me to Eddie over at Family Focused. She raved about him and said he always gets it done.I just stopped by and Edie said he would need a day to get it fixed. I explained to that I cannot see without my glasses and wouldnt be able to drive back home without it. He came up with a different option and just fixed it for me on the spot. I am grateful and will definitely send others his wife.The lady at the front desk was also very friendly and very professional when I spoke with her over the phone and in person.Thanks Eddie!!! :-)

We have been seeing Dr Peterson for over 4 years annually. He is great with the kids, now 8 and 10. He is very thorough and explains everything so we understand. Great staff too!

My only pair of glasses with the correct prescription and they broke! I went to Walmart to fix them and to my disappointment, they do not do repairs. They recommended me to Family Focused Eyecare and I went to see them (how ironic that a corporate giant referred the little guy). Initially, I visited 2 other places that were closer to my house. The first one didnt do repairs, and the second wanted $85 to fix my frame! Family Focused fixed my glasses in just within 10 min. and charged me half of the other reputable place. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with their quality and fast service. Thanks Walmart for your awesome referral!

Dr Peterson was extremely professional, caring and thorough. His staff was helpful efficient and very pleasant. Great location, easy access, quick service. I could not ask for more.

Horrible Horrible Horrible service! I have never heard of an establishment giving you a 7 to 10 business day turn around for a pair of glasses only to find out its more like a month. And your employee by the name of Ethan has to be the worst. He continues to give me the run around regarding my glasses, hes very unprofessional and seems to know very little about customer service or the optical business as a whole. Once ( If ever) I do get my glasses I will make sure to NEVER come back and I will also let eveyone I know how horrible my experience has been.

And the one star is being kind.Did not go through and kind of fitting for my children or fiance. They just handed over glasses and said nothing of importance. Glasses dont fit properly. Fiances were all scratched up and had some kind of powder on one of the sides.No compassion, no instruction for proper use and maintaining nothing.

I visited FFE 3 weeks ago for an eye exam and contact fittings to eventually order them. I was told that since I have astigmatism my lenses would be special ordered, which is fine. I was told 2-3 weeks would be the wait time, usually its a 1week turn around but ok, an added 1-2weeks, no big deal. I call today since its the end of the 3rd week and I have yet to hear back. After a 10min holding period, I am told that they cant find any records of ME submitting an order. First, why would I submit it when the optometrist first has to order a trial pair to see if those contacts fit. After this explanation to the rep I am put on another 5min hold. The rep tells me that they found my contacts but they wont be in until July 2nd. So my order magically appeared but it wont be here for another 3weeks. The same 3week time frame that i was given on my first visit.I understand that mistakes happen and the order for the trail lenses was never put in. What is upsetting is the unprofessional manner in which the rep tried multiple times in lying that the order was put in 3weeks ago, instead of assuring me, the customer, and fixing a mistake, I am being lied to. I can handle not having contacts for an extended 3weeks which puts me at an absurd 1-1/2months since my initial visit but please dont try and lie to me on why I have to wait. I would have probably continued my relationship with FFE if it wasnt for this display of unprofessionalism.

Dr. Peterson is not a kind person whatsoever. Hes offensive, demeaning, and probably even racist considering the other conflicting reviews by other people here. Neither my family or I got the same treatment by these other reviewers! This is unacceptable! He was completely rude and insulting; this doctor put down my sibling right in front of me! And when I asked a question to him about something my sibling needed (as I wasnt sure it was to be done by him or not - theres no such thing as a stupid question, right?!) Mr. Peterson started having an attitude with me! I would advise others not to go to his office or at least proceed with caution because Mr. Peterson is socially unorthodox. How dare you insult my family and brag and boast about your job. How dare you. Youre a doctor, youre supposed to show compassion to your patients not belittle or humiliate! The other staff were okay, but its the doctor I have a problem with. Brush up on your people skills; hes just another doctor with an ego/god complex. You should be completely and utterly ashamed of yourself. One of the worst experiences my family and I have ever encountered.

Dr.Peterson went above and beyond to explain how my diabetes affects my eyesight. No one has ever taken time to explain that to me before.

I have been a patient along with my kids for several years and have had a good experience every time. the staff is friendly and always helpful.

Horrible place to get eye care the workers are extremely rude and when I asked them on the phone if my girlfriend was covered with amerigroup. They decide to use her moms culinary insurance.

Helpful ,Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff and they accept Amerigroup insurance. I would recommend them.

Very disappointed in service. Have never had such poor service No calls returned and still waiting OVER three weeks for glasses. They do already have the almost $500 dollars payment made for services
