The office is nice and relaxing. The staff very professional. Dr. Shah was very informative and thorough. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking good eye care.

The receptionist(s) as well as the technicians/nurses are very knowledgeable and provide excellent information regarding the office policies and procedures very clearly and in a professional way. The conversation I had with the Doctor proved to layperson like me, that the reason the personnel working in that office are caring and soft-spoken is because they have an individual that they can emulate in personality and character and that is Doctor Abrams.

My husband and I would not ever think of seeing any other ophthalmologist, only Dr. T. Shah. He explains in detail every aspect of your visit regarding your vision. He never hesitates to any your questions in detail no matter if I ask too many some times. I love how Dr. Abrams took his time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was super patient. I took my grandma here to get her Cataract surgery and it went better than expected. Man, if you meet Tien, she is always hiding in her room, very sweet lady and always makes my eye doctor trip memorable. Please check out the place if you need a great Eye doctor, Dr Abrams speaks Farsi which is very helpful when my mom comes in. They have other doctors but Dr Abrams is our guy!!!

Each time I have had occasion to visit the office the friendliness, courtesy, respectfulness, competancy, and proficiency of the office has impressed me greatly! There is not one thing I would counsel for a change. Kudos to you all! I just visited again yesterday and the process is still just like clockwork. All of the staff is so efficient in all procedures. Wait time is almost negligible and you are guided to each specialized area in a quiet, calm atmosphere. I just love Dr. Abrams and ALL of his staff!! Shout out to Mariah and Tien!

Its a nice and wonderful environment. The Staff is super helpful and polite.

They charged me for refraction service that I had specifically marked no to. Since they did not do any of the normal testing that I have done at my optometrists office, I didnt realize that they were performing the refraction service until I went to pay for the service I went there for. At that point, I went ahead and paid for it instead of making a fuss. I took the prescription to the optician and it was so out of line with my previous prescription that she was reluctant to fill it. I called to get a refund and called again after waiting for over a month to hear from them. They refused to refund the fee. Will not go back to this place again.

How the **** can you charge $130 after insurance for a 10 minute eye exam and then refer me to another doctor with no medical information? Waste of money and time. Scumbags.
