Do not take your kids there, worst service ever call ne to re schedule 3 times snd finally another excuse, so still need a dentist

They had a power outage and the way of handling it was to post a sign on the door saying they were closed and WE needed to call to reschedule. They provided the wrong number to call. Once I tracked down the other office, I was able to reschedule. Which means they had access at their other office and could have called clients to tell us.I rescheduled for a few weeks. Once we showed up for our second appointment, we were told we needed to reschedule again because my daughter has a cough. I understand covid is a thing. However, my daughter is on 3 asthma medications. It is recorded that she almost always has a cough due to asthma. She had no fever or other symptoms. They asked when she wouldnt be coughing and when we could reschedule. I told them pretty much never and switched dentist.The communication in this office is horrible. The staff in the back is rude to the staff up front. Maybe because Ive worked at clinics before, so I can pick up the resentment towards each other. But they definitely just see patients as a number.The dentist is nice, which is why I tried to give them a chance so many times. She was good with my other daughter who needed a crown. But overall the environment is uncomfortable.

An unearned single star. At the tender age of five years old I saw this absolute monster. I would say human, but a human does NOT threaten or treat children the way this did to me. I quote from what was said to me (again at age 5) while having two silver fillings put into my mouth (with no numbing) after telling my mother she could not come back with me. If you dont stop wiggling I am going to duck tape you the chair you are in. If you dont stop crying you will never see your mother again. To which I cried and screamed more. Out of pain and fear. To date I am 27 and still suffer from anxiety when medical professions go near me and refuse to enter the room without a loved one present. I would never wish anything negative to anyone, with the exception of this one. My only hope is that with more people stepping forward this monster is stripped of her medical credentials, and never allowed to traumatize another child again.

It was great, Ive been bringing my kids to this dentist for 9 yrs since we moved here, now we moved again and they wanted to keep the same dentist, Dr. Sina its an excellent dentist. Thank you.

I searched on google a list of dentist that took my childs insurance and this listing came up. I just chose this place and made an appt for her. I got really lucky..the check in staff all the way up to dentist were amazing and treated my child the best..they made her feel not so scared when it was time to get work done and did a beautiful job! They even referred me out to get my childs braces done and sent my to the most amazing orthodontist office. I trust they will take great care of her. Thank you to all of you!

Beyond a great experience. My daughter had a tooth trauma from a slip and fall. Dr. Sina and her staff explained options to me, got me in to see her promptly and treated my daughter same day. They calmed me and they were so friendly with my daughter. An absolute breath of fresh air to receive this kind of care from a health professional. She had found lifelong patients with us.

My son has been coming here for almost a year now and I absolutely love the green valley parkway location. The staff is amazing they even worked with me when I had insurance issues. They are amazing and patient with my son and I have not one bad thing to say about Dr. Sina i have many good things to say shes the BEST and so is her green valley staff! :)

I give this office 5 Plus Stars Stars. My 5 & 8 year old boys have both had very good experiences in this office. I cant say enough about how nice and helpful the staff has been at each one of our three visits over the past year-and-a-half. Doctor Sina is not only a great dentist but is also very good with the boys. Everyone in this office makes your visit a positive experience.

Dr. Sina and her staff are the BEST! My Son was comfortable and happy when he left even though he had major surgery. She is my kids Dentist until they get older and have to go to a different place! Definitely recommended 😁

I love this office and staff. Dr Sina is so gentle and entertaining for my daughter who has been seeing her since she was 3. She will be 6 soon. My daughter said when she was 3 that she isn’t afraid of cavities because it doesn’t hurt to get them removed! Dr Sina does such a great job kids are not afraid of going to her.

Every time I come to this office I am reminded why I do not like it. The previous visit Dr Sina asked my children in a mocking voice in front of me does your mommy feed you pizza, candy and cake?. She did this to all my children!! My 10 year old answered her back, No, she does not.. In which Dr Sina told him he was not telling the truth.. My 10 Year old ( with no cavities) was upset as we left because of her demeanor and kept asking me the whole ride home why she is ALWAYS so rude. Her attitude towards the parents and the children is just horrible. She always has new dental assistants and she will talk rude to them as well. I have been looking for months now for another dentist that accepts my childrens insurance and has openings for new clients but have had no luck. My 6 year old had a small cavity in his the front teeth so they put in a filling. It fell out within only a few weeks! She refused to fix it unless she got paid again to fix something that clearly was her fault because it should not fall out that soon. Reluctantly today I took my 4 kids to her office for their check up and what a mistake that was. My children waited for almost 1 hour for her to inspect only one of their mouths because she was to busy moving furniture around in her office. Even the dental assistants seemed irritated as they kept asking each other why she has not come to look at my kids mouths yet. SHE initiated a verbal argument with me while inspecting my 6 year olds mouth so we ended up leaving her office. My other 3 children did not get their full treatment because I could not stay there and take her attitude. The equipment also looks old. I have had other Dental professionals advise me to find a new dentist when I tell them my kids see Dr Sina. Seems like the field of dental professionals are not happy with her as well??

THE BEST KIDS DENTIST IN VEGAS!!!!!!I usually never write Yelp reviews myself, but I am beyond happy with Dr. Sina that I thought it was worth the post. The staff is organized and friendly to me and my children and the wait time is pretty good. I have been going to Dr. Sina since they were babies and because of her all three of my children are excited to brush their teeth and love going to the dentist. Our pediatrician raves about her too. Since they were little, she has always been honest with me about their diets and brushing routines and thats helped me a tON!!!! My youngest had two cavities and she gave me all the options, and made sure there was no panic. Shes 100% in it for the kids :-) Looking at these negative comments, I think some moms may be taking her sense of humor a little too seriously. I find that she really does care about each n every child and I could not be happier!!!!

I honestly love this dentist place. Mostly because the staff and nurses are amazing. They treated my children very well and helped them stay calm. You can tell they know how to handle children.

The wait to go into the back was very long. There is definitely a need for at least a second dentist in the office as the only one there is way overbooked, too busy, very rushed, and it takes from the personal connection she is trying to make with parents and children. Plus rushing with sharp metal objects in a mouth is never a good thing, and her need to hurry had her poking my daughter in the cheek repeatedly. Ive also never had an assistant do actual work, like sealants before, its usually the dentist but again she is far too busy to do what is needed. The assistants are lovely, warm, and friendly.Edit for an update.I was recently scheduled an appointment to do a requirement for the insurance for a treatment plan that has been drug out 3 months. The dentist at first denied doing what was requested to complete treatment, and the only reason I had the appointment. Instead she wanted me to go into the office to argue with the insurance. When I stated I had spent 2 hours on the phone with her office and the insurance that day thats why I was there she grabbed me by my arm and told me to relax. At this point the level of unprofessionalism displayed is beyond unacceptable. I even had 3 office staff tell me after I stated she had no right as a professional to just grab me out of anger to understand how she was feeling as the insurance bad mouths her and makes false complaints on her office that they get parents involved in. She has since sent me a letter stating she will not treat my children with her prescribed treatment plan and I need to find a different office and start the process all over. It took 3 months to get approval and she denies treatment. I will be filing an official complaint with the state, insurance, and also address her physically grabbing me because she is upset with my insurance company.

The Dr, her nurses and the front desk are ALL extremely nice and pleasant and they make the children feel comfortable!

Dr. Sina is an awesome dentist and I wouldnt take my child anywhere else. The staff is always 5 star and they are very good with kids. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Sina and her staff are FREAKING AMAZING!! They are kind and gentle with each patient. When my son had to go for his very first time, he wasnt having anyone in his mouth. He screamed and cried so bad that they were going to have to strap him down. Dr. Sina personally held him in her arms to calm him down. He then allowed them to look in his mouth. Even when he had to have surgery Dr. Sinas calming bedside manner brought peace to both of us. I recommend this dentist office to EVERYONE I meet and know. You cannot find a better pediatric dentist office. I wish she took adults. Lol

Dr. Sina is experienced, professional, and at the top of her field in Dentistry for children. Dr. Sinas Administrative staff is knowledgeable in all aspects of the business and understands how to navigate through Insurance and the business. I highly recommend you bring your child to Dr. Sinas office.

Dr. Sina is very caring dentist. Shes very knowledgeable and once problem is diagnosed, she gives you several options, if there is more than one, and you decide how you want problem handled.Staff are very friendly and do their best to get you into her schedule when problems arise. My kids just love her and have no problems from them when I tell them they have appointments with the dentist. She has been their dentist since they were old enough to go to the dentist. We are going to miss her as we are moving to Utah.

I dont know how my previous review got deleted but was recently reminded of the terrible experience my children experienced at this office and wanted to make sure everyone knew. This dentist office is the definition of horror story dentist office! The staff is horrible and they also will screw you at billing. They put a spacer in my 5 year olds mouth (which I have since found out was terrible of them!), and made his teeth worse. Something we are now 7 years later still paying to try and repair. Not only that but when the Bi*%@ went to pull the spacer out she was yanking and yanking (on a 5 year olds mouth remember) until he finally started crying. Then this Bi*%@ throws her tools down and yells when youre ready to be a big boy let me know! at him, and then stomps out of the room and slams the door behind her! After all was finally said and done we had paid thousands (after insurance) for these people to screw (both) of my kids teeth up worse! We tried having faith in the professionals but in this case they completely failed us. So sad and such a traumatic experience for our whole family. 😭

They are amazing with kids. My 4 year old son asked me if we could go back to the dentist the very next day! If my son want a to return to the dentis every day They are doing something right!

I recommend this clinic as the staff here are so welcoming and accomodating...they are all friendly and willing to assist you in what you need and your queries...it is my daughters first time to have a dental check up here in the state and had a bad experience on her previous dental check up in the Philippines so she was so nervous laying on the dental chair but the dental assistant been gentle to her and explained what shes gonna do every step that made my daughter relaxed and comfortable during the procedure..

We started taking my daughter to Dr Sina couple of years ago. My daughter always had problem going to doctors, but Dr Sinas great attitude made her first dental experience a great one. I like the fact that she emphasize on preventive care and spend good quality time with each patient.

This office is very unorganized. There is a constant turn around on staff and some of the assistants are very boring and rude. The assistants talk about their personal lives in the back while patients are in the chair. They seem to try and squeeze in as many patients as they can and the assistants are running around and not spending the quality time they should with who is in the chair. The office is not very child friendly and has outdated equipment. The staff seems to be very unhappy I would not bring children back.

Appointments are kept on time, staffing helpful kids love the Doc. I have a special needs child who had a horrible experience and now with this dentist learned how to be brave and likes going to the dentist now!

Hated IT!!!! Wish I wrote this 3 years ago....better late than never.I have worked in dentistry and with kids of all ages. The staff was ok, but Dr Sina should not work with kids. She did not handle kid anxiety, and told my kid she didnt feel anything, after she had complained multiple times. She also caught the rubber mouthy guard in the drill bit and cut open my childs lip!!! If I hadnt demanded staying in the room, I wouldnt have known why her lip got a huge infection in it. They never even fessed up to it.My other child had a filling, but they gave him a concoction which is the only way Dr. Sina knows how to deal with kids.Horrible dentist for kids!!!!!

Will never return.Wait for 90 minutes with appointment just to get a cleaning .Dr. Sina wanted to upsell work on teeth that falled 2 weeks,later by themselves since they were shaky baby teeth. Also, viewed 2 cavities after taking Xray. On the phone for appointment there was 4 cavities and when we arrived, still talking about my child Xrays, she decided there were 6 cavities...NO TRUST. The bill copay with insurance was going to be $850. Plus more to come eventually...
