I would like express my deepest appreciation for the excellent crowns that Dr. Sharel Byard provided. I had a great deal of problems with filling continuously falling out and very expensive to have the fillings replaced. Dr. Byard elevated the problem with new crowns and the workmanship and coloring was exceptional. I want to say thank you Dr, Byard and his team.

They’ve changed. I waited in the waiting room for 26 minutes, which I thought was a normal amount of time. But the tech volunteered to tell me I would be running behind now because I was 30 min late! I told her I got into the office at 11:04. I’ve been waiting in your waiting room ever since. Obviously the front desk girls didn’t put my file in to be next. I didn’t mind the wait. But thought it was inappropriate for her to just tell me I was that late, especially when I wasn’t. Where else am I supposed to wait? Weird. It’s really busy and loud now. Very fast paced lots of people there. I don’t like the dentist anyway, but the previous owner was great and his staff was courteous and kind. Very different vibe and attitude now.

Angela is the best dental hygienist. She is thorough, gentle, and very kind. Always a good experience.

I love this place! I am so glad that I found Dr. James Frantz. Extremely professional and compassionate man. I had some bad dental experiences when I was very young. Im 57 now and still have fear of going to the Dentist. Its hard to find a dentist that I feel comfortable with. I not only feel comfortable with Dr Frantz but I completely trust him. I had to have a crown replaced a few months back. He did a wonderful job...... and got me through it. Everyone in this office has been great to me.I have had my teeth cleaned at this office twice now. I take care of my teeth and did not need a deep cleaning. Many years ago after not getting to the dentist on a regular basis I did have to have a deep cleaning. That post about the deep cleaning irritates me. My experience at this office has been nothing short of excellent!

Been a patient of Dr. Frantz for 19 years. Have recommended him to many family and friends over that time. Everyone thanks me again and again. He is the best! Everybody in his office makes it a pleasant experience.

Angela, is my hygienist and does a WONDERFUL job. VERY thorough. I love the Dental Group, only wish I had found them sooner.Best BET in Vegas.

The dentist Mark was marginal but the REAL problem I have is the girls at the front desk/phones. They do NOT know how to treat people with any common respect. They tried charging me for rescheduling an appointment and Im glad I did because I found a new dentist and magically my crown is fine and did not need to be replaced. I would get a 2nd dentist to double check anything this office is recommending

Been coming to this office for many years! Office is very clean and modern. Staff member always greets me with a smile. Dr. Dorilag is very nice and makes me comfortable every time. I cant even feel the shots when given to me in my gums! Michelle and Angela are good hygienists. Love this place!

This is a wonderful very professional and very caring Green Valley Dental Group. Dr James B. Frantz is outstanding in his profession. He is a fantastic knowledge dr dentist! He manners are so as he performed his work on you are truly amazing and he explains everything he is going to do and as he is doing his work on you he keeps you informed. Kelly his assistant is wonderful kind and gentle. All the staff at Green Valley Dental Group have been wonderful professional courteous and friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Dorilag since 2003 and couldn’t be happier with my dental care! His care for your well being during dental procedures is truly amazing. When people I know are looking for a dentist I always recommend him and they always tell me how great he is! I’ve moved out of state but I still fly back because it’s worth it to see a dentist who cares for his patients so well. Since he started his practice I have become familiar with the staff and more familiar with Dr. Franz and can say that it is an amazing environment for care. If you’ve been in Vegas for any amount of time you’ll know finding quality care is extremely important. Cost is irrelevant when you know the job is done right the first time. Thank you for being such an awesome dentist Dr. Dorilag and having such an amazing practice !!

I had an appointment a couple of weeks ago and had car trouble. They charged me $25 fee. I called they were nice enough to remove it , but one of the staff members named Leslie, who removed it suggested I find a new Dentist. The staff is horrible! I love the Dentist but the staff is making the Dentist lose patients.

Ive been going to Dr. Franz for probably 12 years. He is very genuine, not forceful, very friendly, along with his terrific staff. On two occasions Dr. Doralag had to work on my teeth, he too is terrific, very personal, knows his Dental craft. The hygienists are lovely, just terrific staff !!!!

12/19/18 @ 4pm-Showed up for what I thought was a routine cleaning with Mabi (?)-Waited until 4:15pm and called back by someone other than the hygienist I requested.-Stranger hygienist asks me if I want to be numbed & I immediately say for what, a cleaning?-Stranger hygienist says yes for your deep cleaning.-I said no I did not schedule a deep cleaning for today, I would like a standard cleaning until Im with the hygienist I know/am comfortable with.-Unknown hygienist tell me that yes she is doing a deep cleaning on me and Im visibly shocked and appalled at this point so I get out of the chair, walk to the front desk and ask to speak with someone in charge.-A lady named Leslie proceeds to tell me that Mabi (?) went home early and this hygienist is filling in for her. That I have to get a deep cleaning because that is what Mabi (?) has recommended as part of my treatment plan.-I explain to Leslie that I am a customer, no one called me to notify me of the deep cleaning vs the standard cleaning appt., nor to tell me that my hygienist was not going to be available. I would have rescheduled the appt./been prepared for a deep cleaning had I been given notice of the change. I tell her that it is my body and I have every right to the decisions I make with who I allow to touch my body and how they touch it and at this time I only want a standard cleaning with this unknown hygienist.-This is where things really go south...Leslie looks at me and tells me there is nothing she can do, she gives me a very unauthentic/condescending apology and tells me in her syrupy tone that if I dont like it I can find another dentist. In her apology she also says A mistake was made and Im sure you make mistakes at your job too. Seriously!?! This woman does not reflect nor provide the customer service I have come to expect from this office. As a small business owner Dr. Frantz and his staff should realize that patient loyalty and retention mean something because if patients are treated like I was, folks wont come back.My family and I have been patients with Dr. Frantz for over 10+ years and it breaks my heart to have to write a negative review/give 1 star, I do not do it lightly. What I experienced yesterday 12/19/18 with Leslie left me in tears and shaking with anger at the way she mishandled the entire situation & I DO NOT want another person to endure what I did. Not sure who she is or her role in the office, shes just a rude lady who has zero people skills and has cost Dr. Frantz 3 patients.

This is Fred Bruno. My wife & I have been patients of Dr. Dorilag for almost 15 years. My last visit about 3 weeks ago was without dental insurance. I questioned the $300 bill which was reduced to $205 because I had purchased a discount card from them. The charges were for a cleaning, xrays(3) & 2 exams? I decided to question the bill & requested to speak to Dr. Dorilag. I called the office 4X with no response so I decided to go in to see why I havent heard back. I was told by Melissa that Dr. Dorilag would NOT be meeting with me as she handled the billing. My wife had similar treatment earlier(cleaning, 3 xrays & periodontal maintenance & her bill was $102.I feel my charges were inflated so that after the discount card was applied I would be satisfied with the bill.They charged me the same UCR prices as if it was being sent to an insurance company. And, we all know those prices are inflated.All Im suggesting is if you do NOT have dental insurance find out in advance what the charges are to avoid any surprises.Appears loyalty means nothing! I can pay the same rates anywhere so why should I be loyal to them when they dont care about me.Needless to say, my wife & I will be going to a different dentist in the future.

When one moves to a new local its not always easy to find a physician or dentist. About two months ago we finally found an excellent dentist at the Green Valley Dental Group. Dr. James Frantz has to be one of the best (if not the best dentist) Ive had. His staff and he are quite friendly and professional.My first visit was for the usual cleaning and x-rays. Then I found out I needed a root canal. Im 61 and never had to have anything other than a filling or cosmetic procedures done, so I wasnt looking forward to it.Long story short I got the root canal done on Thursday (4-18), and Ive got to tell you that all that foreboding was for not. I told Dr. Frantz and his assistant Leslie that that had to be best dental procedures Ive ever had! It all went so smoothly, honestly.I highly recommend Dr. Frantz to anyone that needs dental work. Kudos to Dr. Frantz, his staff and the whole Green Valley Dental Group.

Dr Frantz made my teeth beautiful. I smile all the time.
