I frequently visit this Walgreens for regular items and also my prescriptions because it’s close to where I live. Usually the staff is very nice and polite too. Today I went and couldn’t find something that said it was in stock online, so I asked for help. The woman was noticeably rude to me, seemed angry and short tempered. I remember her name was Destiny because I was kinda shocked how angry she seemed. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but I felt so uncomfortable I just decided to leave and go to the other Walgreens for what I needed. I worked customer service for years and you’re never supposed to take your bad mood out on the customer.

Dont go here for covid test i made a typo on appointment and they wouldnt test my 7 year old daughter, had to take her to Urgent care and they said 5-7 days for results, now she has to miss another week of school. Nothing about getting tested should turned away. Walgreens should be banned from testing. Give me one reason why they couldnt change the appointment info. She said do a new appointment and change info and she would do test so i did at the window there were no appts available as it only goes 3 days out. Not supposed to be this hard to get tested. I will never shop or walk in a walgreens again. CVS is way better anyway.

I came from the other pharmacy down on Florida they said my child meds where at the Lyon nd Florida i had till 10. I got here at 9:08pm. Nd the pharmacy tech was not only rude but completely dismissive she said sorry we are closed at 9. The computer was on nd the pharmacist was still counting pills. If someone need seizure meds or heart medication nd they juss dismissed someone like that. Walgreens sucks. Nd there pharmacy tech can eat balls.

I was vaccinated in this store, just look at the frame close to the pharmacy, it is full of dust and do not even look down at the floor. I will never ever get any vaccine in this location at all.

Worst pharmacy. I was told I’ll get the medicine after 3-4 days, and I’d have to pick up. If so, I could’ve just gone for Amazon pharmacy, and gotten it delivered in 3-4 days home delivered.

I usually love coming here for my necessary shopping needs, however I wasnt very satisfied with todays customer service. I had a lengthy shopping list, and was picking a birthday card out for my boyfriend, so I admit that I was there for a longer time than usual. I had time to kill before lunch so I was taking my time and looking around, etc., but I didnt realize till I was about to check out that the manager approached me asking what was going on, what was taking so long? I was a little confused by the direct question, felt like I was doing something wrong by enjoying my time shopping, so I told him I was just killing time before I had to meet my mom for lunch. I got the feeling he may have thought I was shop lifting so I even opened my purse and took my wallet out in front of him so to see that I wasnt. Even after I proved to him he still asked me to hurry up and leave. Now I get that sometimes employees just want customers to get in and get out because theyre busy working, but he REALLY didnt need to be that forward and rude with me. It was morning, not even that busy. I dont like being treated as if Im doing something wrong. I quickly finished checking out and left unhappy because I was rushed out and still didnt get everything I needed. The manager, who I thought acted professional till now, was a shorter Hispanic man. I would just... Stay clear of him and try to do your shopping as fast as possible, if/when I decide to go back again..

So far... ok with the pharmacy, Ive been reading the reviews about the way they treat there customers in the pharmacy and I feel bed for the patients. Really the Pramasist should help ever patient that has a legit script

This Walgreens used to be pretty decent but It is gone downhill. I got a message this morning saying my prescriptions were ready at the pharmacy, so I stopped in before work. When I got in there it took the pharmacy techs a good 5 minutes to even acknowledge me, only to inform me that my prescriptions were not ready, causing me to stand around for another 15 minutes waiting for them to be filled. I ended up being 10 minutes late for work because of their incompetence. Not one of them even apologized for the wait or the inconvenience or gave an explanation as to why my prescriptions werent ready when they were supposed to be. And because the pharmacy now closes at 9 I cant even come in after work to get them.

Bought two gift cards for Christmas for my son from this location. They activated one but the one worth $100 wasn’t. After three visits they’re finally trying to help me. No resolution yet... no bias for action and slow resolution. Definitely will think twice on shopping for gift cards here.

This pharmacy is rude. They have no courtesy speaking like a human on the phone. A female(questionable) with blond curly hair has no manners, nor respect. Lacks C.S training. The other female with straight dark hair is pleasant. Its clean and stocked but very unwelcoming!

Terrible place. I will never go back!!!! The manager on was DJ and he was extremely rude. Terrible service. Manager needs to go to class on how to treat customers. I will discourage people from coming there!!!

I like it that its open 24hrs and I can get anything I need. Not to busy and sometimes customer service are slow. But, I understand what they do day to day basis. Been there done that,.

Customer service at this Walgreens location ESPECIALLY the pharmacy is terrible. It’s like nobody there cares about their job or clients. I had a prescription put in at 10am. I was told it would take an hour. I went in five hours later to pick up and I was told “we don’t have insurance on file.” I said and when were y’all going to call and inform me of this? Please check again. Turns out I had insurance on file all along and had to wait another three hours for my prescription. Came back in three hours and only two of my prescriptions were filled with zero explanations as to why only two. This is ridiculous and I will never fill in a prescription at this location again. This has happened one too many times. They also take hours to answer phone calls but when you walk in everyone is just standing around.

Judgments passed and pharmacy tech literally lied about having insulin syringes after getting the actual pharmacist to find me a bag reminding you this is where most of this diabetic community goes so sad

The Walgreens at 1661 west Florida Avenue Hemet ca 92543 is beyond RUDE, LAZY, DISRESPECTFUL, AND BEYOND DISGUSTING! I have gone to Walgreens for a while and have been on the same medication for a long time now. When I walked up to the pharmacy the tech was at the counter looked at me did not say anything and walked away. Finally after 10min of waiting there I hand them my prescription slip and asked how long and they said it will be at least a week before they get it in and would not see what they could do about it sooner. So when I asked them to call another Walgreens to see if they have the medication they refused to and told me to pick a pharmacy and stop bouncing. I was shocked at her rudely telling me this and I responded with I have been at Walgreens for a while yes I have used a different Walgreens location because the regular one did not have my medications and she rudely said that is unacceptable and Im not allowed to do that. I said I was under the impression all Walgreens are connected and that you can go to any Walgreens and she told me that Im not allowed to and I have to suck it up and wait till whenever that exact Walgreens has my medication. I kept asking for her to call another ( keep in mind the pharmacist is just standing there not helping or saying anything)she told me to have a seat it will be about 30minutes for her to call another Walgreens to ask if they have what I needed. And she rudely walked away and as I sat there and watched her she never called so I called the other Walgreens just for curiosity if it would be 30minutes and left to another Walgreens ( the one off east Florida Avenue and San Jacinto ave in hemet and immediately when I walked in they were extremely helpful and went up and beyond to find a Walgreens that had the medication I needed. I will be calling corporate in the morning to report that store and I will be calling my insurance company and report them as well so others can hopefully have a better experience than me. Ultimately I went to the Walgreens that the 2nd Walgreens found for me and sent me to and they were extremely kind and helpful too! So not all Walgreens pharmacies are bad. I just hope that the Walgreens at 1661 west Florida Avenue Hemet ca 92543 gets properly dealt with so no one has to feel belittled, disrespected, demeaned, or any other negative feeling due to those employees.

Worst pharmacy ever. Full of the most ignorant people who clearly do not care. I was supposed to be on bedrest. I sent my friend and husband to pick up pain meds, which I never take but I had surgery. It took me having to go a fourth time to get it. My insurance called and they still didnt get it right. Awful. The only reason I went to this ridiculous location was because it was 24 hrs. Should have just waited for my regular location. Not like I got relief in any reasonable amount of time anyway. The pharmacy staff should be very ashamed of the job they do. Horrible people!!!!

This Walgreens keeps absolutely nothing in stock. I think its their whole business plan. If your doctor prescribed an aspirin theyd probably have to order it. If youre lucky theyd have 2 tablets and ask you to come back for the rest.Save yourself the headache (and the aspirin), go ANYWHERE else!

I arrived with only one person at the counter and no one in the line. The only “pharmacy technician” working January 5th at 6:45pm, happens to be Hispanic, as well as the customer at the counter, I overheard her asking to not make her wait and the technician refused to help others until that customer prescriptions were completely filled. All I am saying is I think this is by far the worst experience/customer service I’ve ever had here at this Walgreens. By no means am I racist I have a sister and brother whom are Hispanic.Long story short, be kind to all and don’t assume no one around doesn’t understand Spanish.

Horrible Walgreens location! I along with many Hemet residents get harassed for just walking through the door and the employee told us that she couldnt do anything about it.... Store also needs more friendly employees. Stick to the one on Sanderson Ave.

Im completely disappointed in this Walgreens. I am a consistent customer for the walgreens pharmacy off lyon and flordia. Now i understand that is an opiate crisis in the united states and i honestly perfer not to give my children any type of prescribed medication to my children unless its absolutely necessary. My husband went into this pharmacy to fill my sons prescription that the supervisor pediatric doctor from loma linda childrens hospital perscribe for him. it was a temporary amt because my son had broken his leg and dislocated the bone. My son has a rare bone diseases and after all he had been through and sleepless nights i felt he needed it. But the Walgreens pharmacists Connie refused to fill the prescription. you see i also work in the medical field and will be contacting my lawyer.

This place is decent, the only reason there arent mor stars is because of the lack of upkeep in the parking lot and exterior. Theres usually a long line as well.

I went there tonight to see if the sell vape juice and they did on sell for $3.29 when it normally 32 dollars got 2 bottles will be going there when I need vape jiuce in a hurry

The customer service is horrible here. Go to the one by Walmart off of Sanderson. Or go to CVS. By the way they close the restrooms at 9pm probably because there are alot of homeless around. They are open 24/7 and could be unsafe at night.

The voicemail to get to a live person is insane. If you call to get a prescription refilled you dont get a call back. If you give them a cell number to text you when it is ready and you have multiple prescriptions, you will get a text for the first one that is ready and when you show up, the other two wont be ready. If you get a text to pick up the second one, the third one wont be ready.I have to get my diabetes test strips there but Ive moved all other prescriptions.If you need to use the restroom, one of the cashiers has to leave a register to come open it for you and you WAIT for them.This would be a zero star if we could do that.

Waited in line for more than 30 minutes to receive my prescription. I don’t always like to complain when I have to wait in the long lines but the customer service wasn’t what I excepted here

This Walgreens is HORRIBLE! The pharmacy staff is absolutely incompetent and it takes them 30 minutes to help one customer. Waited in line for 30 minutes behind several cars in the drive thru and by the time I reached the drive thru window, they proceeded to tell me the drive thru was closed and they couldn’t help me, I was then told to come inside. Not only did they ignore every call, but they picked up the phone and deliberately hung up on all of my phone calls. I will never return or give this Walgreens my business again! Absolutely poor customer service

My experience at this store is so bad. Every time I come to this store its like they do not fully train their associates. It is so annoying when you have a plan on what your doing and it dont go through cause they are so slow. I will never go into this store again I promise. Smh

My Husband and I were visiting family in Hemet when he became ill. We were released from the late night ER visit with 4 scripts. Because we were told by hospital staff that this corner of happy and healthy was open 24/7, we chose to go there. The first problem was that our Iowa insurance cards couldnt be accepted for reasons I dont understand. The second problem was that we were told that our scripts would be ready in about 45 minutes and it was more like 1.5 hours. The third problem was that we only wanted to have 2 of the scripts filled which we clearly communicated to the woman that who took our information and she seemed to properly enter that info into the system. The fourth problem was that when our order WAS ready...it was all 4 scripts! Geesh!! Because the pharmacy was down to 1 staff person, this required another bunch of explaining and more time to get that reworked. The fifth problem is that we continue to get these automated calls telling us that our scripts are ready...the ones we clearly told them that we did NOT want.I would think that if a 24/7 pharmacy wanted to be successful, especially one with a drive up window, proper staffing would be essential. I have to wonder if we even have the correct meds. :(Certainly NOT happy...

My wife and I went there at 2 in the morning to fill a prescription for our sick daughter... First thing they never answered their phone..... then we get to the drive thru the pharmacist tells us he cant make the prescription because he doesnt know the ingredients and that we have to call the doctor and get it figured out.... So this morning we went to right aid with the same paperwork and in 5 minutes we have what we need.... And the funnest part about the whole thing is all the homeless people out front hitting you up for money cigarettes and rides.... I will never give that company my money again....

Set in the drive through for a hr and 10 min there where 3 cars in front of us then they told me my meds where not ready this is after they called me and said they where ready for pick up then called them the next day said yes there ready got there and only one was ready took me 5 times to get 3 persription they need to be reported dont go there and thoes Asian pharmacist are rude as hell

CALLED THE HOSPITAL AND GAVE ME THE PHONE TO ASK THEM TO RE- DISPENSE MY DAUGHTERS PRESCRIPTION. MAKE SO MANY MISTAKES CALCULATING HOW TO DISPENSE LIQUID MEDS. AFTER THEY MESS UP THE PAITIENT IS LEFT TO FIGHT WITH THEM TO FIX IT WITH INSURANCE FOR REMAINING MEDS . VERY VERY POOR FOLLOW UP ON PHONE CALLS TO PATIENTS AND DOCTORS OFFICES. SOME OF THE STAFF IS RUDE AND SHORT WHEN THEY ARE CAUGHT IN A LIE OR DONT KNOW THE ANSWER. STAFF TURNOVER RATE IS WAY TOO HIGH FOR A PHARMACY!THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE AUDITED AND CLOSED!

I use this pharmacy rarely & every time ive been in there the staff absolutely sux ass...the lady with short curly kinky hair always answer the phone for the drive thru very rudely...the people n the back of her typing prescriptions r rude as well....as i walked away on 8/31/15 around 330 or so..the black lady who was all the way at the other end was on the phone with a customer & omg if that was me on the other end of the phone i would of been very upset with the tone of her voice talking to me like i was stupid...& her face expression was like she was so annoyed...im sorry but when i walk to a pharmacy i dont want to feel uncomfortable nor do i want to b addressed like im some stupid kid at 41...or any age..seriously very unprofessional...
