Went in for an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. Very efficient service, very knowledgeable all the way from checking in and asking about insurance and previous exams to then seeing the doctor. After, the optical department was also very efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. Very friendly staff and doctors.

Ive been going here for years and I love their service and optometrists. Very good doctors. Just be aware they are closed between noon and 1PM for lunch.

The eye exam was so thoughtful but they will not give eyeglasses. It has been 3 weeks. I was so excited to see but they will not give glasses. Now have to report to insurance They were kind.Once someone explained wh Im am waiting so long I would recommend them.

Very happy with my glasses. Dr. Simpson and staff were very professional and so happy with the vision insurance (VSP) I paid the premium for close to 3 years they paid the majority of the cost. I would defiantly recommend this business. Great experience all around!

Took my son to get an exam. He ended up needing glasses. Very quiet place. Clean inside & out. Customer service could use some help. No smiles. The doctor didnt even look at me when he walked in. My son is 10, the Doctor did not take that into consideration when talking to him. I had to explain what the doc was asking him. Like the better 3 or 5 thing. Getting the glasses was ok. The lady that helped us was nice & helpful. I got a text saying the glasses were in about a week & a half later. We went in picked them up. Nice glasses. Again kind of rude, no smiles no kindness. But we got what we wanted So they get 3 stars. If you like an ALL business kind of place then this is for you!

The front desk and eye doctor where great when i went to pick up my glasses the staff were so rude to me i told them i wanted my lense filed down when i picked them up they were thick i told the lady she said your iehp doesnt cover it i told her that i told the lady id pay out of pocket she said its not worth 200 i iold her i didnt care id pay they were so rude didnt give me a case for my glasses or a cleaner i literally left crying as i walked out because of how rude they were i i wouldnt recomend this place to anyone with iehp they made me feel like i was poor.

My children and I received great service and valuable information. They are quick to get you in and out. The only thing is they run out of the really nice lenses fast.

Brought my teenage son here for his frames and lenses after we had a horrible, stressful experience at a different place in Hemet. Our experience here definitely made up for the horrible experience at the other place... somewhere on Morton 😉 . Everyone at Hemet Optometric Center was extremely kind, helpful and professional, even when I first called them and asked them several questions and explained my situation, they listened and didnt make me feel as if I were annoying them. They have a really big selection of the MediCal frames to choose from for the whole family! They overalljust have a large selection of frames. Hemet Optometric Center definitely keeps up with the demand of their services, they had at least 3 women working to help those who needs frames and or picking up frames, unlike other places Ive been to that have just one technician. I highly recommend Hemet Optometric Center!

My husband and I have seen Dr. Simpson for several years. He and his staff have always provided excellent service. Dr. Simpson always answers our questions and takes his time with our exams. I would highly recommend him and his office.

Have been a patient for 4 yrs but now that I discovered my glasses were not fitting because they failed to measure the temple length, they dont want to know me. Have made 5 calls & left messages for Dr. Simpson to no avail. Time to get the attorney involved. Staff are inept.

Dr. Sirois is one of the best doctors Ive been too. Both doctors are professionals!!! I am scared of my sight but Im glad I went to them I think god made sure

So unprofessional. My appointment was at 11am. Not 11:45am. I waited from 10:50 to 11:45 to be seen. Why even schedule an appointment. To top it all off I waited two weeks for them to order the wrong contacts. Was I apologized to for wasting my gas and time, not even once. If I hadnt already paid I wouldnt go back but they have my money already. If u make a mistake own it. Wasting my money is not okay. This needs to be fixed now I have to wait another two weeks for them to order the right contacts. My order should be expedited. A formal apology would also be nice.

During my annual eye exam on 7/7/2014, Dr.Steve Simpsons staff intriduced me to the option of having state of the art technogy ,look way behind my eyes and give the Dr. information not previously available.I agreed, and it was a smart choice, as I ,with the Dr. was able to see( and in my case) perfect conditions,that could have indentified significant malidies,perhaps without symptoms!It gave me for just a couple of dollars, peace of mind,that the diet,supplements, etc. I have chosen are keeping the structures,veins, et. clean and free of problems!A great value added service,at a basement bargain price!Thank you Dr.Steve Simpson & Staff!Robert L.
