I placed an order for regular glasses and sunglasses. It took 3 weeks to get them back and the glasses were okay, not perfect, but the sunglasses made me see double. I returned them and it took another 3 weeks to get them back. They still werent right. When you looked straight ahead, as for driving, the top of the progressives were in my vision so if you didnt want the blurriness of the bifocal you had to tilt your head down. I took them in another 3 times, and it was 3 weeks each time and they never did fix them correctly. I had no sunglasses for 5 months while they messed them up and took 3 week each time. They wont give a refund, even if they screw up. I took them in last week for the 6th time and they said that wouldnt fix them again. Now a I have a $1000 pair of glasses that I cant use.

The Doctors are all wonderful and so is the staff! I highly recommend this facility!!

I Recently had Basile Cell Surgery on my Lower EYELID and, when my stitches were removed after 7 days, my Eyelid Broke open. Bummer!The Staff Jumped Right, came back to the office in and stayed UNTIL 6:00 pm to fix my Eyelid.GREAT Staff, And on GOOD FRIDAY They took Great Care of me!Wonderful AND CARING STAFF!!

Dr. Lane was awesome. All the staff were totally great. Robin took fantastic care of both Tess & I. We felt very welcome & at home picking our glasses and getting fit.

Poor service, and not cheap! I picked up my mothers new lenses. The new lenses made her vision blurry, even after a week of trying to adjust. When I went back to have the lenses swapped out and previous lenses put in, they wanted my mother to come in for another exam. Since her initial exam, she has become confined to a bed in a nursing home. She was unable to come in for another exam. I asked for a refund, even a partial would be nice. The lenses werent cheap! Office manager: let me take your number and I will call you after I talk to the owners. A month later, no call back to even say sorry, no refund. What do they care? They made their money. Meeting customer needs is not important. You have a poor reputation.

Rude and staff coughing, will not let you escort elderly that you caregive for. Family or not. Patient left facility not knowing anything because he cannot hear as i informed them and staff made no honest effort to inform patient of the procedure and results.

My husband & I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Lane and his friendly staff. Dr. Lane is great at remembering faces, makes you feel relaxed during the exam, and helps you make an informed decision about your prescription and whether any changes are necessary.

Been here before love this place staff is very friendly was seen by trasi ahe brought me in quick and prepped me up for the eye doctor I would highly recommend dr lane for your eye appointment for new glasses

Overly priced, with slow service, an inability to respond to voicemails, and does not uphold the appointment times they have set. The lack of proffesionalism that comes out of this office is truly indescribable

My experience was mediocre. I got my eyes dilated they did not give me a pair of protective lens. I also paid a 50 dollar contact lens fitting fee and my insurance said everything was paid for by my plan with no copay or fee ??

I expected to pay my usual copay of $15. At the end of my visit, I found out they charged me an extra $80 for a contact lens fitting even though I didnt try on any contact lenses or ask for a consultation or new prescription. (They charged me simply because I have contact lenses at home that I wear occasionally.) Dirty business.

The doctors are really great the front office lady is always nice but the lady name kelly that set ups appointments is really rude with everyone no work ethic so disrespectful with patients that come here....
