Victoria and Kay and staff where so helpful, they always went the extra mile throughout covid to make sure my Mom was well looked after. Very helpful and really kept me in the loop during a difficult time. Greatly appreciate this place and there true care of the staff.

Funny that the owners son is posting a positive review here. This has been reported to Google as a conflict of interest. No Laurence it does matter if you are reviewing your mums business. Doesnt matter if your nana stayed there or not. And I found out that Kay Hyland. listed Laura Suarez as a relative on a been verified site. So you have 3 people who currently work for the Christmas Cottage bolstering the place. You should be shut down for those ethics violations. alone

My Mother is a current resident at Christmas Cottage and I am more than impressed with the attentive staff and level of care that she is receiving. I highly recommend this assisted living facility to anyone that is looking to place a loved one within the Hemet Community.

We have been very pleased with the care my aunt has received since moving to Christmas Cottage almost 2 months ago. The staff is very responsive and caring. Before our recent visit to her, the staff even curled her hair. Her room is very clean and there is no nursing home odor. She comments to us frequently about how nice the staff is. This is not a new, modern facility with all the bells and whistles but we are very pleased and she is very happy.

My husband spent 2 nights without sleep because of noise from the kitchen, very loud talking in hallway is just 2 reasons this place is unacceptable as an assisted living environment. We were charged a 500. move in fee. there were clothes left in chest from previous patient, used q-tips on floor of dirty shower, fan above bed was filthy. Only chair in room was broken. overall condition was bad. I paid for a month rent plus move in fee. I requested a partial refund of rent and 500 fee. The manager /owner has not acknowledge my complaint. We moved out after being there 4 days and 3 nights.Pat Stearns

I placed my nana here and the staff treated her like there own. I picked this facility because it had a homely feeling not like a hospital. The transition was very easy and she enjoyed playing bingo and other activitys. Thank you to all the great staff A++++++

Let me share the feelings about this facility,i love to work with the elderly and have the experience but when i went to apply the manager from the place that does the hiring had a horrable attitude,theirfore not only that but i felt like they discriminate the employees,i almost got the position as a medtech and she had me go get a physical and background check i paid 80$ out of my pocket, i was excited to get the position when suddenly she gave me a call to go in a specific day then she called me back and cancel for another day and then she just cut me lose and never game me a call back because of my raise.bad judgement this place had.just wanna let you know u lost a good employee.shame on u lady.

My dad was at the Cottage and loved it.....staff was caring ....polite....professional....... little noisy but its a 24 hr.. buisness.......its not home.......cant please everyone...over all my dad had no coplaints

They yelled and screamed at my sister and caused her to have a heart attack and she just lost her husband a month ago. Dont take any of your relatives or any family here .
