I’m usually a nervous wreck when I go to the dentist. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly from the moment I walked in. Everyone was patient with me even though I was nervous. From the front staff, the nurses, hygienist and the doctors you guys are amazing and I never say this…but I can’t wait to come back. Thank you all for being amazing! You guys are great!

Super thankful to Dr. Andriescu. I was able to get a last minute appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction. It was the quickest and smoothest procedure. Cannot wait for my scheduled cleaning!

I absolutely love going to this dentist office. I have been going to them for many years now. They are very professional and friendly. Both of their office are very clean. They have one location in Hasbrouck Heights and another in Edgewater. The office has reminds you of your upcoming appointments through a phone call and also a text message. From the front desk receptionist to the doctor are absolutely wonderful. I definitely recommend this dentist office for all your dental needs.

First visit was great. Dr and Assistants are really nice. Everything is on time, everything was explained to me, accurately. Everyone was professional, cautious, and kind. Definitely the feeling you want when walking into the office. My tooth cleaning was not rushed even though it was past 8pm already. I’m extremely satisfied, after having multiple horror stories with various dentists.

I went to prosmile back in November. The facility was clean and organized. Everyone was friendly and professional; the receptionist, the dental hygienist and the dentist. No complaints.

When i say i am terrified of the dentist its an understatement. I cry, shake while im there and before the appt day arrives i have so much anxiety i cant sleep. Well i had to have an infected wisdom tooth removed and the experience was unbelievably pretty much pain free during and omg after not pain at all. They were all patient both dentists and surprisingly the hygenist who almost never have the same compassion level. I went back for a deep cleaning 2 weeks after my extraction....they numbed me up completely the hygenist stopped when i said stop let me act like a toddler 😂 and resumed when i calmed down about four times. When i said enough she stopped and said next visit she would finish. I wont say im not anxious about going back but the pain element is almost non existent in that office. I will be moving my whole family there for our dental needs from now on.

Prosmiles is the best! The staff there are very friendly and the dental offfice is so beautiful and organized. I encourage everyone to come to prosmiles.

Wow i have nothing bad what so ever to say about this office. The staff was super friendly and very informative. The hygienist gave me the best cleaning ive ever had she was super thorough. I havent had any dental work since i was a child and i was expecting the worst and the experience i had here was just top notch. Dr.Lena did 2 fillings for me and when i say I didnt feel a thing i mean it! Not even the pinch of the needle did i feel! It was amazing! Also Dr. Mircea has seen me may times as an emergency for my lock jaw problems and he always managed to fit me in as an emergency which is very accommodating! The quality of care i received in this office is like none other! From the receptionist, to the office manager, to the hygienist, to the assistant and the doctors were all great! I will definitely be coming back and i definitely recommend these offices in both Hasbrouck heights and Edgewater!

My mother has been going to this location for a couple of years now and hasn’t been thrilled. A couple of months ago she called to schedule a cleaning. She made it very clear that she was ONLY wanted a cleaning and asked how much it would cost. The receptionist told her it would be $125 for just the cleaning. When she arrived, she made sure to tell reception again that she was just there for a cleaning (she wanted to make sure they were clear about this). Once in the chair, the hygienist kept pushing her to get X-rays but she refused. Ok... the hygienist finishes the cleaning and tell my mother to wait a minute because the doctor wanted to see her. He walked in, asked how she was doing, and walked out. When she went to pay, they were charging her $175. She was being billed an extra $50 because she “saw the doctor.” Needless to say she was upset but they insisted she owed the entire $175.These people are crooks. Please think twice about giving them your business.

I love this office and its staff. The dr and his staff are so amazing! They are real ppl with Big Hearts! You wont regret it.

Stay away !!!!! I wish a could give a 0 !! Go anywhere but do not go there, if you do not want to waste your money!!! After a year, I swallowed my 2 crowns on the bridge, ($ 1600😡) and he tells me that my tooth was too weak for it !!!! and I was left without a tooth and 1600. His assistant told me that if I wanted, I could go to court and sue them..... !!!!!!STAY AWAY !

Growing up I had horrible experiences at the dentist that led me to stop going for years. When I finally decided to go back, I could not be any happier that I picked ProSmiles. The professionalism of the staff is unlike anything. They go above and beyond with the patients comfort always in mind. I have had nothing but good experiences there, and I have had to have a few things done..from a root canal, to deep cleanings, to wisdom teeth removal. All were pain free. I could not recommend this place more.
