Stopped in to pickup prescriptions. Two people waiting. The young lady working in the pharmacy was filling prescriptions for the first person in line. This is typical. My average is three trips to pickup a prescription. I have spoken with a number of people (including my Dr.) and have yet to find anyone who has had a positive experience at this pharmacy!!!!!

If you have the option to go to another cvs then I recommend you do so. They’re rude, incompetent and do not care about the customers. I came in and checked out at the self checkout, I was overcharged for an item so I pressed the help button, the woman came over and pointed at the wrong item and said “see it’s $3.99” - first of all i was charged $9 and the item was on sale for $4.99 so clearly she wasn’t listening in the first place so I explain it to her. She gets a tone and says she’s gonna have to help me at the register. So I walk over and she expects me to wait in line behind 4 different people… I was fed up and went back to self check out, paid more than I should have and left. There needs to be a better system. I was already checking out and bc there’s an issue on your end I’m supposed to wait behind everyone? That’s just not reasonable. Avoid at all costs.

The cashier at the front need to be trained or go beyond the back she is been very disrespectful and do not know how to talk or maybe because we are BLACK. My daughter who is 10 years of age. went to ask for hair products and yes we all know that staffs are short and the way this woman spoke to my child its unbelievable ..when i got home from work she said! Mom the cashier at CVS is been raciest and rude.

Takes 3-4 weeks to fill a prescription, whether its life-saving or not. Then refuses to ship them out to you.

I called this CVS pharmacy the day before my prescription was to be sent by my doctor and asked if they had this specific medication on hand, a woman informed me that, that was a common medication and that they would most definitely have it. My doctor put through the prescription, it sat in their system for that day and the following day. I went to go pick it up to find out that they didn’t have it and it wouldn’t be in until the afternoon the next day. Mind you, this is a serious prescription that doesn’t allow me to skip days. They offered no alternate solution, just a “sorry.” This is so unacceptable it’s ridiculous! They could’ve told me over the phone when I called the first time, or while it was sitting in their system for 2 days, but that’s not what happened. I had to wait and go down there myself to find out. I also forgot to mention that I tried calling them before I went down that day, multiple times, and no one picked up or called back. This place is a literal joke! A disgrace to the name pharmacy, and CVS alike. Go to the East Harwich CVS. Kristen is an actual professional, and they do their jobs correctly at the East Harwich CVS.

Slow service for test results go to Walgreens

I have been going to the CVS on 137 for years! I don’t think they could sink any lower! I’m going to change to the other Harwich cvs and give them a try

Best Pharmacist and pharmacy staff on the Cape. Always a smile, friendly and helpful . Knowledgeable and kind. I also have never come across an unfriendly or unhelpful person working in other areas of the store.

I have had many positive experiences with this pharmacy. I have found the staff to be caring and very helpful.

I came here to pick up canvas photos twice. The second time one of the canvases was severely dented and when I brought it up to the manager he literally walked away from me for no reason, and I left. I have never seen this kind of unprofessionalism in my life. I will never walk into this CVS again. The worst one on the cape by far. Stay away!
