We enjoyed the visit today. Dr. Norman is very pleasant. Our second time seeing him. Hes very engaging. Very polite.

My kids have been coming here since toddlers and theyre now 12, 13, and 15 yrs old. They have the perfect family atmosphere.. The staff is friendly and always take time to hear any concerns. I would recommend Bippos to anyone.

Would give 5 stars, but appt was 1hr 15 min late. Other than that, the technician who cleaned my daughter’s teeth was wonderful! My daughter is special needs, was scared she was going to fall off of the dental chair. The technician made her feel at ease, was so caring and gave me great advice on how to better clean my daughter’s teeth. The dentist was very nice also and very thorough. I feel that my daughter received great care today!

NOT A KAREN I PROMISE!! BUT I needed an emergency visit and they gave me one the very next day which was so appreciated. The wait is never long and the nurses/assistants and the front desk are amazing and so kind ! I never had any problems with any of the dentist but one dentist in particular on this visit made several comments which were unnecessary. Already feeling upset and useless about the situation our dentist made several comments about parenting choices and how I “made the wrong decision” ( I brought my child to the ER at 6:30 in the morning due to 103 fever and allergic reaction from the medicine due to his tooth) instead of calling the dentist at that moment. I get everyone has an opinion and I’m always open to hear them but saying I made the wrong decision and questioning my parenting was not needed. Bed side manners are a must especially when you can tell the parent is feeling hopeless enough and she did not have them at least not at this visit.

We have been going here for 6 years. I drive from destrehan to harvey. But the amazing staff makes it worth it. They are on top of all treatments. And dont let anything slip through the cracks. My daughter loves going here over her old dentist.

So Great with the kids- Ive been a dental asst for adults and they really know how to get in there and get the kids taken care of and numb before any work and before the kids even know they got a shot... I am totally impressed. my oldest has Sensory Processing issues and they were very patient with him- they are truly Dental angels disguised as regular people :)

Have to wait at least an hour before you can even see the dentist! The staff is rude and not friendly.

They were very patience and made sure that my grandson was comfortable while having his crown done.

At Kids Dental Zone in Harvey they always put my kids at ease. Last time we were there, I actually heard giggles coming from my daughter because the technician was telling her jokes to make her feel comfortable. Always a great experience!

The wait before my kids are seen by anyone here is pretty reasonable. There are plenty of things for them to do while they wait in the waiting room. This is probably the most comfortable and accommodating dentist offices I have been too and my kids always look forward to going.

I have been taking my child to Kids Dental Zone for 3-4 years now and it is a very good place. They are extremely kid friendly and have toys for kids so they dont get impatient while waiting. The children are their priority which is great.

I left one. Bippos company to come to this one and it us soo much better! The ladies are very nice within the office as well as in the back where the proceedors are done. They are very specific and willing to answer all questions. My son is so confident now about going in the back, that he likes going without me. At the same time he knows that if hes forced to do something or something makes him uncomfortable, to let me know right then and there which I ask him to look at me in front of them when they are done and I ask him was everything ok, and does he have any issues or anything bed like to say or share before we leave right then and there and he always says everything went smooth. I like that I feel hes ok with them in the back and at anytime that I want to go with him, I can do so.

Appointment was for 2, an hour later im still waiting while people who came after me have already been seen and left. Its freezing and my kids are bored to death. Why make an appointment for someone if they wont be seen for hours later!

Horrible! Staff were horrible to my 4 year old. Very first time getting a cavity filled. My baby was there on the table for 2 hours. They stuck her 3 times with a needle and were upset because she screamed. They didnt even want me to go to the back with her. How dare you! Please DO NOT send your small child to the back without parental supervision. Never again!

Did an excellent job cleaning my daughters teeth and educating us.

We mostly go to Dr. Jill or Dr. Tessa here. The majority of the time our check in and out time is flawless. It is a definitely clean and up to date office, and they specialize in keeping up to date with the latest dental technology.

Terrible wait. Extremely loud and obnoxious waiting room. Made appt for 3:15pm still waiting at 4pm. Will never set foot in this dental office again. This is possibly worse than a community charity health clinic. Thinking of walking out and looking else where for my kids dental care. Please look at your business plan and schedule less volume. You cant treat patients like cattle. I am leaving 2 starts because people seem to like this place.

The staff is great with handling the kids. They use different techniques and terminology to explain things to the kids in a way that theyll understand. I love that about them.

Office was a little crowded the last time I visited Kids dental with the grand kids but they still make it work. The office staff checks on everyone, offering coffee to everyone and apologizing for the wait. Really quality customer service.

I have been taking my kids here 3-4 years now. I have never seen a dental office quite like Kids Dental Zone, especially one that is so up to date and modern. My favorite part is how reasonable the wait time is for my kids appointments.

Appointment was for 9:20 waited in waiting room for almost a hour.

I have been sending my kids there for 17 years, I was also a patient when Bippos Place was located in Algiers back in the 80s &90s my entire childhood life! I love this place and the staff is wonderful very professional and friendly!

Never again they are rude and inconsiderate! I didnt even want to give them one star! Previsously Kids Dental zone now Bippo , My husband took my daughter to see the dentist and he had my 15 year old daughter with him and they told my husband she could not sit in the waiting room because she is a minor and that he could leave to bring her home and come back later then told him she had to sit in the car! Lied and said they explained to me that other children could not come there unless being seen. When they clearly did not explain that to me because my husband would not have taken her with him. I called to speak to the office manager and she told me that my husband should have bought her home or to school and that rules are rules. I told her if something happens to my daughter in that car who am I suing because I will sue yall out of yall socks and I ended the call. 30 seconds later they told my husband to go and get her out of the car and they allowed her to sit in the waiting area. Why couldnt they do that from the beginning and just say sir next time no other kids are allowed.

I would definitely recommend Kids Dental Zone to friends and family. They do a great job and know how to work with kids.

They always remember my kids names when we come in for their appointments. They are very friendly and it makes it easy for the kids to want to go to the Dentist.

I cant remember when I first started taking my children to Kids Dental Zone in Harvey, LA but its been a while! Ive been so happy with how they treat my little ones that I never wish to go elsewhere.

Excellent Place

One of the ladies was laying her arm on my childs face as she was cleaning.Then my child jerked and she got an attitude with my child. My child was uncomfortable. The lady was extremely rude and even threatened not to even provide service.

Long wait...waited over a hour for child to be seen with a scheduled appointment. Too many patients scheduled for same appointment time. Office filled with running and screaming kids.
