If possible I would rate this clinic 5 negative stars. Staff is incompetent. Nurses tell you anything to get you out the door so they can continue with their personal conversations. The Dr herself is also incompetent. I had to ask for the Supervising Nurse practioner to get what I came and made the appt for.
