Thank you all for making my day today! I usually dread any doctors appointments, but yall are great! Susan always takes her time with me, goes above and beyond the call of duty and answers all kinds of crazy questions I have, even if it has to do with a rifle scope, or in this case, rheumatoid arthritis?? Lol! Im bad on names, but the the young lady that checked me out before my initial exam was super nice as well as the the young lady (Armistead?) that does the fitting for new glasses/lenses! Maybe you guys already know this, but a visit to any doctor can be stressful, but when you know you are going to be amongst a really friendly staff, and I mean all of you!! It really helps!

Jana did an excellent job on getting my sons lenses put into a new frame after they got demolished on the school bus. They was very quick friendly and so kind. My husband only had to wait about 10 mins and they had my sons glasses ready with a brand new frame. I highly recommend them and will be taking my other kids there for there glasses from now on.

The staff here has been very understanding, patient, and most of all listens carefully to my needs. Patient care from all the staff was awesome. I greatly appreciate the professionalism. My glasses fit to a T and I can see things significantly clearer than I could before. Just want to say a Huge Thank You to the Hartselle Eye Care Team.
