This office is a rip off. The staff pressure you into buying expensive packages, instead of letting you try out the treatment. I came to the office for help with my adult acne. My prior MD was Kathy Fields of Proactive, and a practicing dermatologist in San Francisco. It was recommended that I try a cool laser to clear up my acne, but after paying 3k for a 6 treatment series I discovered no one else uses a cool laser for acne. Why? According to research, it doesnt work. In addition, I bought an expensive package of 6 microdermabrasion treatments. My aesthetician would do this for free with a facial...Every time I went to Dr. Sozios office, my faced was doused in, what was referred to as, pure alcohol. Naturally, during my entire treatment time, which I only completed half because I couldnt stand it anymore, my face was red, raw and broken out. I experienced no improvement. The office doesnt return my emails...and I have received no money back. Consumer beware- I cant confirm Dr. Sozios credentials. I do not believe he is board certified in dermatology, and I cant find anything that indicates plastic surgery either. His profile on his own website says nothing about dermatology or plastic surgery...
